Conductive loop of circuit breaker
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of low-voltage electric appliances, in particular to a conductive loop with a plurality of cascaded contacts in a circuit breaker.
Background
With the increasingly strict control of the input cost in the photovoltaic power generation industry, the cost control of the combiner box and the inverter equipment manufacturer on the equipment is also increasingly strict, the development trend of the current market is to increase the system voltage to reduce the equipment cost, and a common consensus is that the photovoltaic system voltage is increased from the existing DC1000V to DC1500V in the future. DC1500V will become the mainstream voltage rating for future photovoltaic systems. As the voltage rating increases, the voltage rating of switching devices, such as circuit breakers, associated with photovoltaic systems also needs to be increased accordingly. The photovoltaic special direct-current molded case circuit breaker with the rated voltage of DC1500V is a mainstream product required by the future photovoltaic industry.
In order to realize the short-circuit breaking capacity under high rated voltage, the solution adopted for improving the rated working voltage of the direct current circuit breaker is to adopt an external cascading mode, and provide multiple breakpoints through a plurality of cascading contacts so as to realize higher working voltage. However, the volume of the product is increased by the plurality of cascaded contacts, so that external wiring is complicated, and the product cost and the assembly process are increased. More importantly, the positions of the wire inlet end and the wire outlet end need to be changed by adopting a mode of cascading a plurality of contacts, so that the matching of the circuit breaker and other electrical equipment is more complicated.

FIG. 1 discloses a block diagram of a conductive loop according to an embodiment of the invention. Fig. 1 discloses an arrangement when applying the conductive loop of the invention in a circuit breaker. As shown, the conductive circuit of the circuit breaker includes: a first loop and a second loop. The first loop circuit includes a first incoming line terminal 101, a first contact set, a second contact set, a first release 104, and a first outgoing line terminal 105. The first contact set includes a first fixed contact 121 and a first movable contact 122. The first stationary contact 121 is connected to the first incoming line terminal 101. The second contact set includes a second stationary contact 131 and a second movable contact 132. The first movable contact 122 is electrically connected to the second movable contact 132. Here, the conductive connection means that the first movable contact 122 and the second movable contact 132 are electrically conducted. In various embodiments, the first movable contact 122 and the second movable contact 132 can be electrically connected through a soft connection, a hard connection, or a combination of soft and hard connections. The second stationary contact 131 is connected to the first release 104, and the first release 104 is connected to the first outlet terminal 105. The second loop includes a second incoming terminal 201, a third set of contacts, a second trip 204, and a second outgoing terminal 205. The third contact set includes a third fixed contact 221 and a third movable contact 222, the third fixed contact 221 is connected to the third incoming line terminal 201, the third movable contact 222 is connected to the second release 204, and the second release 204 is connected to the second outgoing line terminal.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the first, second, and third contact sets are coaxially mounted. Specifically, the coaxial arrangement means that the first movable contact 122, the second movable contact 132 and the third movable contact 222 are arranged on the same rotating shaft. The coaxial mounting has the advantage that the mounting space can be saved, so that the structure of the contact group is more compact. It should be noted that, the coaxial installation here means that the first movable contact 122, the second movable contact 132 and the third movable contact 222 share the same rotating shaft, but the first movable contact 122, the second movable contact 132 and the third movable contact 222 rotate independently and do not interfere with each other. In operation, the first movable contact 122, the second movable contact 132 and the third movable contact 222 are independent and can be independently closed or opened respectively according to requirements.
The first incoming line end 101 is located on a first side of the rotating shaft, and in the illustrated embodiment, the first side of the rotating shaft is the right side of the illustration, and the second side of the rotating shaft is the left side of the illustration. The contacts of the first fixed contact 121 and the first movable contact 122 are located on the first side of the rotating shaft. The contact points of the first fixed contact 121 and the first movable contact 122 are silver points. The contacts of the second stationary contact 131 and the second movable contact 132 are located on the first side of the rotating shaft. The contact points of the second fixed contact 131 and the second movable contact 132 are silver points. The first outlet terminal 105 and the first release 104 are located on the second side of the rotating shaft. Since the contacts of the second fixed contact 131 and the second movable contact 132 in the second contact group and the final outlet end of the second contact group (outlet end of the second fixed contact) are located at two sides of the rotating shaft, the second fixed contact 131 needs to bypass the second movable contact 132 (the second movable contact 132 is installed on the rotating shaft), and extend from the first side of the rotating shaft to the second side of the rotating shaft. Since the second fixed contact 131 bypasses the second movable contact 132, it is necessary to perform insulation isolation between the second fixed contact and the second movable contact to avoid direct conduction therebetween.
In the illustrated embodiment, the second stationary contact 131 bypasses below the second movable contact 132, and an insulating isolation member is disposed between the second stationary contact 131 and the second movable contact 132. Fig. 2, 3, 4a, 4b and 4c disclose the structure of the second contact set and the manner of isolation. Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a structural diagram of a second stationary contact in a conductive loop according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 2, the main body of the second stationary contact 131 is a concave conductive bar, and the concave portion is located below the movable contact 132, so that the second stationary contact 131 can bypass below the second movable contact 132. A first end (the left end as viewed in the figure) of the second stationary contact 131 has a contact 301 thereon, and in one embodiment, the contact 301 is a silver point. A first end of the second stationary contact 131 extends outwardly to mate with a contact of the second movable contact 132. A second end of the second stationary contact 131 is connected to the first release 104, a second end of the second stationary contact 131 has a hole 302, and the first release 104 is fixed and connected to the second stationary contact 131 by a fixing member such as a screw. The screw is passed through the hole 302 and tightened so that the first release 104 is fixedly connected to the conductive bar of the second stationary contact 131. Fig. 3 discloses a block diagram of a second set of contacts in a conductive loop according to an embodiment of the invention. The second stationary contact 131 and the second movable contact 132 form a contact point on a first side (the left side as viewed in the figures). The second fixed contact 131 bypasses below the second movable contact 132, and a second end of the second fixed contact 131 is connected to the first release 104.
Fig. 4a, 4b and 4c disclose schematic diagrams of an isolation structure of the second contact set in the conductive loop according to an embodiment of the present invention. The insulating isolation of the second contact set comprises two parts: and the second moving contact is insulated and isolated from the first release. In one embodiment, the second fixed contact and the second movable contact are insulated and isolated by the base. The base 401 is provided with two slots, a first end of the second stationary contact 131 enters the inside of the base from one of the slots, a second end of the second stationary contact 131 enters the inside of the base from the other slot, a concave portion of the conductive bar of the second stationary contact 131 is left outside the base, and a part of the housing 402 of the base is sandwiched between the second stationary contact 131 and the second movable contact 132 to form an insulation isolation. Two ends of the second fixed contact 131 enter the inside of the base to be matched with the movable contact and the release. In this embodiment, the housing of the base 401 itself serves as an isolation component to isolate and isolate the second fixed contact from the second movable contact. In one embodiment, the second movable contact and the first release are also insulated and isolated by the base. The base 401 has a partition 403, and the partition 403 is disposed between the second movable contact 132 and the first release 104 to isolate the two. In this embodiment, the housing of the base 401 itself also serves as an isolation member to isolate the second movable contact from the first trip unit.
Returning to fig. 1, the current path in this embodiment is represented by the solid arrowed line in fig. 1. Since the current path of the second loop is a conventional path, it is not labeled, and the current path of the first loop is labeled. The current path of the first loop is as follows:
the current enters from a first incoming line end (marked as 1), reaches a first moving contact (marked as 2) through a first fixed contact in a first contact group, passes through the first moving contact (marked as 3), reaches a second moving contact (marked as 4) through a conductive path between the first moving contact and the second moving contact, reaches a second fixed contact (marked as 5) through the second moving contact, reaches a second end of the second fixed contact (marked as 6) from a contact of the second fixed contact through a concave conductive bar, reaches a first tripper (marked as 7) from the second end of the second fixed contact, reaches a first outgoing line end (marked as 8) through the first tripper, and flows out from a first outgoing line end (marked as 9).
Referring to fig. 5a and 5b, fig. 5a and 5b disclose circuit schematic diagrams of a conductive loop according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 5a is a schematic circuit diagram of a conventional circuit breaker with a dual circuit. As shown in fig. 5a, two sets of contacts are required for each of the two circuits, and four sets of contacts are required for the two circuits in total. Fig. 5b is a circuit schematic of a conductive loop according to an embodiment of the invention. The conductive loop of the present invention uses only three sets of contacts. Because the contact group is large in size and is a part with large size in the circuit breaker, the whole size of the circuit breaker can be obviously reduced by using one contact group less. The width of the circuit breaker using the conductive circuit of the present invention can be reduced to approximately 3/4 of that of the circuit breaker using the conductive circuit of the transmission technology.
The conductive loop of the circuit breaker is characterized in that the plurality of moving contacts are in conductive connection, the plurality of moving contacts are coaxially arranged, and the fixed contact is connected with the wire outlet end across the moving contacts under the condition of ensuring insulation. Make the inlet wire end and outlet terminal can distribute in both sides under the prerequisite that makes circuit breaker overall structure compact, occupation space little, be convenient for circuit breaker and other electrical equipment's wiring.
