Abstract
一种V形头钻搅机,前半凸V形刀柱一、后半凸V形刀柱一在转动中将左端切削成凸V形头,前半凸V形刀柱二、后半凸V形刀柱二在转动中将右端切削成凸V形头;切削掉的土体混在泥浆中,高压水不断加注,泥浆不断从孔中流出,钻杆在向下压进过程中形成一个左右两端分别带有凸V形头的孔,在此孔中浇筑混凝土、形成混凝土桩。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种钻搅机,特别是一种建筑基础工程中使用的V形头钻搅机。
背景技术
目前,其它型式的混凝土搅拌桩机所成的桩体都是多个混凝土圆柱的组合体,无法制造两端带有尖头的桩体。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种能制造桩体两端带有V形头的V形头钻搅机。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种V形头钻搅机,钻杆的下端固定于钢管撑的中间上部,钢管撑的中间下部固定于钢板撑二的上端,钢板撑二的下端固定于电动机二的外壳中间上部,电动机二的前端输出轴固定有前半凹V形刀柱,电动机二的后端输出轴固定有后半凹V形刀柱;钢管撑的左端下部固定于钢板撑一的上端,钢板撑一的下端固定于电动机一的外壳中间上部,电动机一的前端输出轴固定有前半凸V形刀柱一,电动机一的后端输出轴固定有后半凸V形刀柱一;钢管撑的右端下部固定于钢板撑三的上端,钢板撑三的下端固定于电动机三的外壳中间上部,电动机三的前端输出轴固定有前半凸V形刀柱二,电动机三的后端输出轴固定有后半凸V形刀柱二;前半凸V形刀柱一和后半凸V形刀柱一组成一个中间凸的凸V形刀柱,前半凸V形刀柱二和后半凸V形刀柱二组成另一个中间凸的凸V形刀柱,每个凸V形刀柱的侧表面分别安装有多个刀头;前半凹V形刀柱和后半凹V形刀柱组成一个中间凹的凹V形刀柱,凹V形刀柱的侧表面安装有多个刀头;凸V形刀柱横截面的凸V形与凹V形刀柱横截面的凹V形吻合。
本发明具有以下的特点:
本发明可制造两端带有凸V形头的混凝土桩、与其它方式制造的凹V形桩相互扣合、形成扣合桩墙,用于建筑物基础挡土、防渗漏。

附图为本发明的一种具体实施例,该实施例钻杆1的下端固定于钢管撑2的中间上部,钢管撑的中间下部固定于钢板撑二4的上端,钢板撑二的下端固定于电动机二7的外壳中间上部,电动机二的前端输出轴16固定有前半凹V形刀柱10,电动机二的后端输出轴固定有后半凹V形刀柱14;钢管撑的左端下部固定于钢板撑一3的上端,钢板撑一的下端固定于电动机一6的外壳中间上部,电动机一的前端输出轴16固定有前半凸V形刀柱一9,电动机一的后端输出轴固定有后半凸V形刀柱一13;钢管撑的右端下部固定于钢板撑三5的上端,钢板撑三的下端固定于电动机三8的外壳中间上部,电动机三的前端输出轴固定有前半凸V形刀柱二11,电动机三的后端输出轴固定有后半凸V形刀柱二15;前半凸V形刀柱一和后半凸V形刀柱一组成一个中间凸的凸V形刀柱,前半凸V形刀柱二和后半凸V形刀柱二组成另一个中间凸的凸V形刀柱,每个凸V形刀柱的侧表面分别安装有多个刀头12;前半凹V形刀柱和后半凹V形刀柱组成一个中间凹的凹V形刀柱,凹V形刀柱的侧表面安装有多个刀头12;凸V形刀柱横截面的凸V形与凹V形刀柱横截面的凹V形吻合。
本发明还安装有灌浆泵,工作时灌浆泵对左边凸V形刀柱和中间凹V形刀柱之间以及右边凸V形刀柱和中间凹V形刀柱之间的部位分别灌注高压水,电动机一驱动前半凸V形刀柱一和后半凸V形刀柱一正转,电动机三驱动前半凸V形刀柱二和后半凸V形刀柱二反转,电动机二驱动前半凹V形刀柱正转,电动机二驱动后半凹V形刀柱反转,前半凸V形刀柱一、后半凸V形刀柱一、前半凸V形刀柱二、后半凸V形刀柱二以及前半凹V形刀柱、后半凹V形刀柱在转动中将其下端的土体切削;前半凸V形刀柱一、后半凸V形刀柱一在转动中将左端切削成凸V形头,前半凸V形刀柱二、后半凸V形刀柱二在转动中将右端切削成凸V形头;切削掉的土体混在泥浆中,高压水不断加注,泥浆不断从孔中流出,钻杆在向下压进过程中形成一个左右两端分别带有凸V形头的孔,在此孔中浇筑混凝土、形成混凝土桩。

所述V形头钻搅机包括钻杆(1)的下端固定于钢管撑(2)的中间上部,钢管撑的中间下部固定于钢板撑二(4)的上端,钢板撑二的下端固定于电动机二(7)的外壳中间上部,电动机二的前端输出轴(16)固定有前半凹V形刀柱(10),电动机二的后端输出轴固定有后半凹V形刀柱(14);钢管撑的左端下部固定于钢板撑一(3)的上端,钢板撑一的下端固定于电动机一(6)的外壳中间上部,电动机一的前端输出轴(16)固定有前半凸V形刀柱一(9),电动机一的后端输出轴固定有后半凸V形刀柱一(13);钢管撑的右端下部固定于钢板撑三(5)的上端,钢板撑三的下端固定于电动机三(8)的外壳中间上部,电动机三的前端输出轴固定有前半凸V形刀柱二(11,电动机三的后端输出轴固定有后半凸V形刀柱二(15);前半凸V形刀柱一和后半凸V形刀柱一组成一个中间凸的凸V形刀柱,前半凸V形刀柱二和后半凸V形刀柱二组成另一个中间凸的凸V形刀柱,每个凸V形刀柱的侧表面分别安装有多个刀头(12);前半凹V形刀柱和后半凹V形刀柱组成一个中间凹的凹V形刀柱,凹V形刀柱的侧表面安装有多个刀头12;
所述V形头钻搅机工作时灌浆泵对左边凸V形刀柱和中间凹V形刀柱之间以及右边凸V形刀柱和中间凹V形刀柱之间的部位分别灌注高压水,电动机一驱动前半凸V形刀柱一和后半凸V形刀柱一正转,电动机三驱动前半凸V形刀柱二和后半凸V形刀柱二反转,电动机二驱动前半凹V形刀柱正转,电动机二驱动后半凹V形刀柱反转,前半凸V形刀柱一、后半凸V形刀柱一、前半凸V形刀柱二、后半凸V形刀柱二以及前半凹V形刀柱、后半凹V形刀柱在转动中将其下端的土体切削;前半凸V形刀柱一、后半凸V形刀柱一在转动中将左端切削成凸V形头,前半凸V形刀柱二、后半凸V形刀柱二在转动中将右端切削成凸V形头;切削掉的土体混在泥浆中,高压水不断加注,泥浆不断从孔中流出,钻杆在向下压进过程中形成一个左右两端分别带有凸V形头的孔,在此孔中浇筑混凝土、形成混凝土桩。
