Abstract

本发明为一种双层实木复合地板及其制备方法，包括表板、背板，所述背板上镂空有多个通孔，所述表板与所述背板之间设置有胶层并热压形成为双层木板结构，所述表板、背板的木材纹理方向相同，所述通孔内嵌有与所述表板、背板纹理相互垂直并与所述通孔轮廓相对应的木块。采用了双层实木复合地板减少了胶层，只使用一层胶层，减小了有害气体的排放量。嵌入中间纹理相互垂直的木块，大大提高了纵向强度，可以加工大幅面地板。解决了双层实木复合地板抗变形、应力能力差，传统三层或多层复合木地板胶层过多，释放有害气体过量的问题。

一种双层实木复合地板及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种双层实木复合地板及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着实木复合地板产业的不断发展，用户对实木复合地板的环保性能的要求也越来越高。传统的三层或多层实木复合地板工艺相对复杂，胶层多存在有害气体释放过量的问题。传统的两层实木复合地板因其纯粹的两层纵横结构存在纵向强度低、无法加工大幅面地板的缺点，另一种背板纵横向拼接的两层地板因其背板纵向接缝贯通地板的长度方向，当温湿度变化时，表板极易从接缝处开裂。亟需一种双层实木复合地板及其制备方法，来解决传统三层或多层复合木地板胶层过多，释放有害气体过多的问题，同时解决两种两层实木复合地板纯在的抗变形、应力能力差和温湿度变化时表板极易从接缝处开裂的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双层实木复合地板及其制备方法，解决了传统三层或多层复合木地板胶层过多，释放有害气体过多的问题，同时解决两种两层实木复合地板纯在的抗变形、应力能力差和温湿度变化时表板极易从接缝处开裂的问题。
本发明采用以下的技术方案：
一种双层实木复合地板及其制备方法，由多个地板块相互拼接，所述的地板块包括背板(1)、表板(2)，所述背板(1)上沿其纹理方向等距设有多个等大镂空通孔(11)，所述表板(2)与所述背板(1)之间设置有胶层并热压形成为双层木板结构，所述表板(2)、背板(1)的木材纹理方向相同，所述通孔(11)内嵌有与所述表板(2)、背板(1)纹理相互垂直并与所述通孔(11)轮廓相对应的木块(3)并固定在所述胶层上。
所述通孔(11)距离所述背板两侧边缘距离为10至30mm，所述通孔(11)横向宽度为1至300mm。
所述通孔为正方形(111)、矩形(112)、圆形(113)、横置的长孔形(114)。
所述背板两侧开槽、榫设置锁扣或平扣。
该方法包括
步骤1：通过刨切、锯切制作地板块的背板(1)、表板(2)；
步骤2：对步骤1的表板(2)的一面进行刨光定厚或砂光定厚的预处理；
步骤3：对步骤2的背板(1)沿其纹理方向等距制作多个等大的镂空通孔(11)，该通孔(11)距离两侧边缘的距离为10至30mm，通孔(11)的宽度为1至300mm；
步骤4：将步骤3的所述通孔(11)内嵌入外轮廓相对应的木块(3),所述木块(3)的纹理与所述背板纹理相互垂直；
步骤5：将步骤4得到的背板(1)进行刨光定厚或砂光定厚，并将一面进行涂胶，形成胶层；
步骤6：将步骤5背板(1)涂胶面与步骤2所述表板(2)热压成为一体的双层结构，并将所述背板(1)、表板(2)的纹理方向相同设置；
步骤7：将步骤6得到的双层结构进行砂光并将四周开槽、榫制得所述的地板块,所述槽榫为锁扣或平扣结构；
步骤8：将步骤7制得的所述地板块槽榫插接后即得到所述的双层实木复合地板。
本发明的优点如下：
1.背板、表板纹理方向相同，大幅削减两者之间变形不统一的问题，同时抵消
内应力增加纵向抗变形的能力，可以加工大幅面地板。背板镂空并嵌入纹理
相互垂直的木块，背板除镂空部分外其它部分为一个整体，防止了表板在背
板接缝出现开裂，同时保证了地板横向的抗变形能力。
2.采用了双层实木复合地板减少了胶层，只使用一层胶层，减小了有害气体的
排放量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步说明。
以下实施例仅是为清楚说明本发明所作的举例，而并非对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说，在下述说明的基础上还可以做出其他不同形式的变化或变动，而这些属于本发明精神所引出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之中。
一种双层实木复合地板及其制备方法，由多个地板块相互拼接，所述的地板块包括背板1、表板2，所述背板1上沿其纹理方向等距设有多个等大镂空通孔11，所述表板2与所述背板1之间设置有胶层并热压形成为双层木板结构，所述表板2、背板1的木材纹理方向相同，所述通孔11内嵌有与所述表板2、背板1纹理相互垂直并与所述通孔11轮廓相对应的木块3并固定在所述胶层上。
所述通孔11距离所述背板两侧边缘距离为10至30mm，所述通孔11横向宽度为1至300mm。
所述通孔为正方形111、矩形112、圆形113、横置的长孔形114。
所述背板两侧开槽、榫设置锁扣或平扣。
该方法包括
步骤1：通过刨切、锯切制作地板块的背板1、表板2；
步骤2：对步骤1的表板2的一面进行刨光定厚或砂光定厚的预处理；
步骤3：对步骤2的背板1沿其纹理方向等距制作多个等大的镂空通孔11，该通孔11距离两侧边缘的距离为10至30mm，通孔11的宽度为1至300mm；
步骤4：将步骤3的所述通孔11内嵌入外轮廓相对应的木块3,所述木块3的纹理与所述背板纹理相互垂直；
步骤5：将步骤4得到的背板1进行刨光定厚或砂光定厚，并将一面进行涂胶，形成胶层；
步骤6：将步骤5背板1涂胶面与步骤2的表板2热压成为一体的双层结构，并将所述背板1、表板2的纹理方向相同设置；
步骤7：将步骤6得到的双层结构进行砂光并将四周开槽、榫制得所述的地板块,所述槽榫为锁扣或平扣结构；
步骤8：将步骤7制得的所述地板块槽榫插接后即得到所述的双层实木复合地板。
如图3、4的情况下，所述通孔与背板的两端相通，图7的情况说明也可以不相通。
克服了其它双层实木复合地板应力释放不均的问题，所述背板与表板的纹理方向相同，背板有镂空，镶有横向纹理的木块，背板除镂空部分外，其余为一个整体。有效防止由于湿度、温度的变化导致表板从背板的接缝处出现横向弯曲变形、甚至表板开裂的问题。因为有效的控制了其变形和纵向强度低的问题，也可以有效的增大地板制作的幅面，达到2200mm长、320㎜宽，通过制作大幅面的地板，达到简化工序，降低成本，使产品达到美观大方和高附加值的效果。
同时，该种设计方案一方面只用一层胶层，而现有技术多采用三层或多层复合的地板结构,上述两种情况用胶量很大。排放的有害气体超标过量。

Claims (4)

1.一种双层实木复合地板，由多个地板块相互拼接，所述的地板块包括背板(1)、表板(2)，其特征在于：所述背板(1)上沿其纹理方向等距设有多个等大镂空通孔(11)，所述表板(2)与所述背板(1)之间设置有胶层并热压形成为双层木板结构，所述表板(2)、背板(1)的木材纹理方向相同，所述通孔(11)内嵌有与所述表板(2)、背板(1)纹理相互垂直并与所述通孔(11)轮廓相对应的木块(3)并固定。
2.根据权利要求2所述的一种双层实木复合地板，其特征在于：所述通孔为正方形(111)、矩形(112)、圆形(113)、横置的长孔形(114)。
3.根据权利要求3所述的一种双层实木复合地板，其特征在于：所述背板(1)四周开槽、榫设置锁扣或平扣。
4.权利要求1所述的一种双层实木复合地板的制备方法，其特征在于：该方法包括：
步骤1：通过刨切、锯切制作地板块的背板(1)、表板(2)；
步骤2：对步骤1的表板(2)的一面进行刨光定厚或砂光定厚的预处理；
步骤3：对步骤2的背板(1)沿其纹理方向等距制作多个等大的镂空通孔(11)；
步骤4：将步骤3的所述通孔(11)内嵌入外轮廓相对应的木块(3),所述木块(3)的纹理与所述背板纹理相互垂直；
步骤5：将步骤4得到的背板(1)进行刨光定厚或砂光定厚，并将一面进行涂胶，形成胶层；
步骤6：将步骤5背板(1)涂胶面与步骤2所述表板(2)热压成为一体的双层结构，并将所述背板(1)、表板(2)的纹理方向相同设置；
步骤7：将步骤6得到的双层结构进行砂光并将四周开槽、榫制得所述的地板块,所述槽榫为锁扣或平扣结构；
步骤8：将步骤7制得的所述地板块槽榫插接后即得到所述的双层实木复合地板。
