Abstract

多功能日光温室属于农业设施;在日光温室的顶部斜面上覆盖安装晶硅太阳能电池板,在日光温室的房脊顶平面上安装太阳池集热器和太阳能光纤导光器,阳光放大器配置在日光温室内,且与太阳能光纤导光器连通,所述太阳池集热器与温室热水供暖系统连通,所述太阳池集热器由太阳池体及弧形菲涅尔透镜聚光器、阳光透明上、下隔板、电加热器、涂黑吸热层及清水组成;本发明创造实现了日光温室功能的多样化,结构设计新颖、合理,作业功能全,作业效果好,使用成本低廉,无环境污染。

技术领域
本发明创造属于农业设施,主要涉及日光温室。
背景技术
日光温室是我国北方寒冷地区保护地栽培设施,它能在不适宜农作物生长发育的寒冬季节,创造适合作物生长发育的小气候条件,实现多种蔬菜的反季节、超时令生产,部份解决了北方寒冷地区冬季蔬菜供应问题,提高了土地利用率和产出率,为一大批农民开创了脱贫致富之路。但是,现有的日光温室全部采用燃煤取暖升温,生产成本高,污染环境,劳动强度大。另外,由于现有的日光温室内农作物生长全部依靠太阳光的直接照射,因此温室顶棚必须采用透明玻璃制作,温室顶棚使用性能单一,造成温室顶棚硕大面积使用上的损失浪费。
发明内容
本发明创造的目的就是针对上述现有技术存在的问题,设计提供一种新结构的多功能日光温室,达到扩大日光温室使用功能、节约燃煤、降低生产成本、减轻劳动强度、无环境污染、提高经济效益的目的。
本发明创造的目的是这样实现的:多功能日光温室包括日光温室,日光温室的前侧立面由透光膜覆盖,在日光温室地基周边设置防寒沟,在所述日光温室的顶部斜面上覆盖安装晶硅太阳能电池板,在所述日光温室的房脊顶平面上安装太阳池集热器和太阳能光纤导光器;阳光放大器配置在日光温室内,且与太阳能光纤导光器连通;所述太阳池集热器结构是:在太阳池体上端顶部上覆盖设置弧形菲涅尔透镜聚光器,在所述太阳池体池内从上至下依次配置阳光透明上隔板和阳光透明下隔板,所述阳光透明上、下隔板将太阳池体池内分隔成上腔室、中腔室和下腔室,在所述下腔室底壁和四周侧壁上设有涂黑吸热层,电加热器配装在下腔室内,在所述上、中、下腔室一侧壁上分别设置补水口,在所述下腔室另一侧壁上设置热水出口,所述热水出口与配置在日光温室内的温室热水供暖系统连通,通过补水口分别在上、中、下腔室内注满清水。
本发明创造采用在日光温室顶部斜面上覆盖安装的晶硅太阳能电池板发电,采用太阳能光纤导光器为日光温室内的农业作物进行太阳能补光照射,采用太阳池集热器为日光温室内取暖升温提供热水,实现了日光温室功能的多样化,具有结构设计新颖、合理、作业功能全、作业效果好、使用成本低廉、无环境污染的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明创造实施方案进行详细描述。一种多功能日光温室包括日光温室1,日光温室1的前侧立面由透光膜7覆盖,在日光温室1地基周边设置温室防寒沟2,在所述日光温室1的顶部斜面上覆盖安装晶硅太阳能电池板6,在所述日光温室1的房脊顶平面上安装太阳池集热器4和太阳能光纤导光器5;阳光放大器19配置在日光温室1内,且与太阳能光纤导光器5连通;所述太阳池集热器4结构是:在太阳池体8上端顶部上覆盖设置弧形菲涅尔透镜聚光器17,在所述太阳池体8池内从上至下依次配置阳光透明上隔板10和阳光透明下隔板11,所述阳光透明上、下隔板10、11将太阳池体8池内分隔成上腔室18、中腔室16和下腔室12,在所述下腔室12底壁和四周侧壁上设有涂黑吸热层13,电加热器14配装在下腔室12内,在所述上、中、下腔室18、16、12一侧壁上分别设置补水口15,在所述下腔室12另一侧壁上设置热水出口9,所述热水出口9与配置在日光温室1内的温室热水供暖系统3连通,通过补水口15分别在上、中、下腔室18、16、12内注满清水。所述太阳池体8的长×宽×高尺寸分别为3-5米×1.2-1.5米×0.5-0.8米;所述太阳池体8内的上、中、下腔室18、16、12的高度尺寸分别为太阳池体8高度尺寸的15%、50%、35%。
作业使用时,太阳光直接照射在晶硅太阳能电池板6和太阳能光纤导光器5上,由晶硅太阳能电池板6发电,供给日光温室照明或输入国家电网;太阳能光纤导光器5将太阳光传导到日光温室1内的阳光放大器19上,照射日光温室1内作物上,补充仅由透光膜7射入阳光的不足。同时,太阳光照射在弧形菲涅尔透镜聚光器17上,弧形菲涅尔透镜聚光器17将太阳光聚集成条形光带照射在太阳池体8内的清水中,将水体加热,尤其在涂黑吸热层13吸热作用,并在阳光透明上、下隔板10、11阻挡配合下,太阳池体8的下腔室12内水体温度升高,可达80-90℃,成为一个闷晒式太阳能热水器,将该热水经热水出口9送入温室热水取暖系统3内对日光温室1进行取暖升温。当太阳能热量不足时,开启电加热器14完成临时增温作业。

Claims (2)

1.一种多功能日光温室,包括日光温室(1),日光温室(1)的前侧立面由透光膜(7)覆盖,在日光温室(1)地基周边设置温室防寒沟(2),其特征在于:在所述日光温室(1)的顶部斜面上覆盖安装晶硅太阳能电池板(6),在所述日光温室(1)的房脊顶平面上安装太阳池集热器(4)和太阳能光纤导光器(5);阳光放大器(19)配置在日光温室(1)内,且与太阳能光纤导光器(5)连通;所述太阳池集热器(4)结构是:在太阳池体(8)上端顶部上覆盖设置弧形菲涅尔透镜聚光器(17),在所述太阳池体(8)池内从上至下依次配置阳光透明上隔板(10)和阳光透明下隔板(11),所述阳光透明上、下隔板(10、11)将太阳池体(8)池内分隔成上腔室(18)、中腔室(16)和下腔室(12),在所述下腔室(12)底壁和四周侧壁上设有涂黑吸热层(13),电加热器(14)配装在下腔室(12)内,在所述上、中、下腔室(18、16、12)一侧壁上分别设置补水口(15),在所述下腔室(12)另一侧壁上设置热水出口(9),所述热水出口(9)与配置在日光温室(1)内的温室热水供暖系统(3)连通,通过补水口(15)分别在上、中、下腔室(18、16、12)内注满清水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能日光温室,其特征在于:所述太阳池体(8)的长×宽×高尺寸分别为3-5米×1.2-1.5米×0.5-0.8米;所述太阳池体(8)内的上、中、下腔室(18、16、12)的高度尺寸分别为太阳池体(8)高度尺寸的15%、50%、35%。
