本发明公开了一种电机定子端子插入机的压装组件,包括端子压装气缸,气缸顶杆端部固定有端子压块,还包括端子压装组件安装底板;端子压装组件安装底板上设有轴承座,轴承座内设有与定子的内圈键连接的旋转轴,旋转轴的轴线垂直于端子压装组件安装底板的安装面;端子压装组件安装底板上还设有定子本体定位模和端子定位模,两者可以旋转轴的轴线为轴而转动;所述端子压装气缸固定在端子压装组件安装底板上,气缸顶杆的轴线垂直于旋转轴的轴线,且气缸顶杆的位置与端子定位模的位置适配。本发明的有益效果是:成品精确度高、质量稳定。

电机定子端子插入机的压装组件
技术领域
本发明涉及电机制造领域,具体是一种电机定子端子插入机的压装组件。
背景技术
电机的拼块式定子部分,一般包括圆环形的定子本体和若干个端子两部分,两者通过卡槽适配的拼接在一起。中国专利文献CN204391911U,于2015年2月15日公开了“一种集中绕组拼装式定子”,包括呈圆环型的铁芯、绕组线圈,所述铁芯由至少三段分段铁芯拼装而成,绕组线圈绕于各分段铁芯上;各分段铁芯的一侧设有定位凹槽,各分段铁芯的另一侧设有定位凸台,相邻两分段铁芯之间通过定位凹槽和定位凸台拼装,各分段铁芯上套装有骨架,骨架一侧设有汇流条沟槽,汇流条沟槽内装有汇流条,各分段铁芯上的绕组线圈的首尾引出线接于汇流条上。该类型的定子在制造时,需要使用到电机定子端子插入机。压装组件是电机定子端子插入机中的重要组件,负责将端子与定子本体压装在一起。由于一个定子本体上要适配的压装多个端子,每个端子均对应设计一个压装部件,导致现有的压装组件压装部件繁多,布局不佳,设备体积庞大,成品精确度低,质量不稳定。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是,现有电机定子端部插入机的压装组件成品精确度低,质量不稳定,从而提供一种电机定子端子插入机的压装组件,具有成品精确度高、质量稳定的优势。
为了实现发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种电机定子端子插入机的压装组件,包括端子压装气缸,气缸顶杆端部固定有端子压块,还包括端子压装组件安装底板;端子压装组件安装底板上设有轴承座,轴承座内设有与定子的内圈键连接的旋转轴,旋转轴的轴线垂直于端子压装组件安装底板的安装面;端子压装组件安装底板上还设有定子本体定位模和端子定位模,两者可以旋转轴的轴线为轴而转动;所述端子压装气缸固定在端子压装组件安装底板上,气缸顶杆的轴线垂直于旋转轴的轴线,且气缸顶杆的位置与端子定位模的位置适配。
本技术方案中设计了旋转轴,旋转轴与定子本体的内圈键连接,使定子本体可转动。定子本体定位模和端子定位模分别套接在定子本体和端子外,也同步绕旋转轴转动。定子本体定位模对定子本体实现定位作用,端子定位模对端子实现定位作用,定子本体上与端子对接的部位和端子上与定子本体对接的部位均暴露在外,两者位置相对。端子压装气缸的活塞顶杆上安装有端子压块,正对一圈端子中的其中一个。启动端子压装气缸,就可以将正对的那个端子连带端子定位模一起向心推进,使端子上与定子本体对接的部位插入定子本体上与端子对接的部位,完成压装。由于定子本体、端子、定子本体定位模、端子定位模都是同步随旋转轴转动的,在一个端子压装完成后,旋转旋转轴至下一个端子位置正对端子压装气缸的活塞顶杆,再进行下一个压装作业,如此逐步压装,直至全部的端子全都压装完成。在本方案中,由于将定子本体和端子设计成了可转动的,因此理论上仅需要一个压装气缸,就能对所有的端子实现依次压装,压装效果的一贯性就得以保持,有助于压装质量的稳定。
作为优选,所述端子压装气缸的数量为2至6个,各个端子压装气缸的轴线彼此相交于旋转轴的轴线上,且各个端子压装气缸等距的分布在圆周上,圆周的圆心位于旋转轴的轴线上。为了加快压装全部端子的速度,本方案提出将端子压装气缸的数量确定为2至6个,数量越多,则压装速度越快。同时,各个气缸等距的排列在圆周上,可以保证各个端子压装气缸在同时向心压装时,不会造成定子本体的偏心,保证了成品质量。
作为优选,所述旋转轴以步进电机驱动。为了提高自动化控制精度,本方案选用步进电机来控制旋转轴的转动,使旋转轴的每个步进转动角度均能精确对应相邻端子的排列角度。
作为优选,所述端子定位模的数量与端子的数量适配,每个端子定位模适配的设有端子定位模导向滑轨,所述端子定位模滑动连接在端子定位模导向滑轨;所述端子定位模导向滑轨的轴线相交于旋转轴的轴线上。在本方案中,为每个端子定位模设计了一个滑轨,滑轨的滑动方向就是端子的压装方向,这样可以进一步提高压装精度。
作为优选,所述端子定位模适配地设有端子定位模推动气缸,端子定位模与端子定位模推动气缸的活塞顶杆固定连接;端子定位模推动气缸的活塞顶杆的伸缩方向平行于端子定位模导向滑轨的轴线。本方案中,为每一个端子定位模匹配了一个端子定位模推动气缸,该气缸用来将端子预推至定子本体与端子对接的部位,可以提高精确度,加快压装速度。
作为优选,还包括直线滑轨,所述端子压装组件安装底板可滑动的连接在直线滑轨上。直线滑轨可以使压装组件安装板及设置其上的所有结构一起在直线滑轨上位移,方便了压装组件从滑轨一端的上料点滑动到滑轨另一端的下料点。
作为优选,所述直线滑轨的两侧端部均设有缓冲器。直线滑轨两端设计有缓冲器,对端子压板组件安装板及其上的结构起到缓冲保护作用。
作为优选,所述端子压装气缸安装于端子压装气缸安装板上,端子压装气缸安装板垂直于端子压装组件安装底板,端子压装气缸安装板与端子压装组件安装底板之间固定有直角连接块作为斜拉强化。由于端子压装气缸的压力比较大,本方案通过设置直角联接块来加固端子压装气缸所在的安装板,使其保持长久的固定性,有益质量稳定。
作为优选,还包括定子本体压模,所述定子本体压模可升降地位于所述定子本体定位模的上方。压装时,为了使端子和定子本体在水平方向上保持正对,避免上下方向的错位,需要在定子本体定位模上方以定子本体压模施加一定的下压力。
作为优选,所述定子本体定位模与旋转轴之间以圆锥滚子轴承连接。当定子本体压模向下施加下压力时,圆锥滚子轴承可以保证定子本体定位模依然可旋转。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果是:成品精确度高、质量稳定。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的描述。
如图1、图2、图3所示的实施例,为一种电机定子端部插入机的压装组件,包括滑轨安装板201,其上固定有一对直线滑轨2W1。滑轨安装板上设有缓冲器安装板219,其上安装有缓冲器2W8,位置正位于直线滑轨的两端部。在直线滑轨上滑动的设置有端子压装组件安装底板202,端子压装组件安装底板上设有轴承座214,轴承座内设有旋转轴215。端子压装组件安装底板上还设有定子本体定位模208和端子定位模207,本体定位模与旋转轴固定连接,端子定位模共18个,呈环形排列在定子本体定位模的外侧。每个端子定位模都固定在端子定位槽安装板209上,每个端子定位槽安装板都滑动连接在端子定位模导向滑轨2W4上,且每个端子定位模都在滑轨滑动方向上受到端子定位模推动气缸2W2的气缸顶杆的推拉作用。端子定位模推动气缸安装在端子定位模推动气缸安装板205上,18个端子定位模推动气缸安装板固定在固加强圈210上,而加强圈与定子本体定位模连接在一起。端子定位模导向滑轨的内侧端是固定在本体定位模上的,使端子定位模可以在端子定位模推动气缸的推动下在端子定位模导向滑轨上内外滑动。端子定位模推动气缸的轴线彼此相交于旋转轴的轴线上,端子定位模导向滑轨的轴线也彼此相交于旋转轴的轴线上。端子压装组件安装底板上还垂直安装有3个端子压装气缸安装板204,端子压装气缸安装板与端子压装组件安装底板之间固定有直角连接块203作为斜拉强化。每个端子压装气缸安装板上均安装有一个端子压装气缸2W3,每个端子压装气缸的顶杆端部都固定有端子压块206。三个端子压装气缸的顶杆在以旋转轴轴心为圆心的圆周上彼此形成120°的夹角,每个顶杆的伸缩方向都指向旋转轴轴心,且端子压块都适配的正对一个端子定位模。旋转轴的下端通过联轴器2W7与带减速器的步进电机2W6连接。压装时,为了使端子和定子本体在水平方向上保持正对,避免上下方向的错位,需要在定子本体定位模上方以定子本体压模320施加一定的下压力,为此定子本体定位模与旋转轴之间设置了圆锥滚子轴承2W5。本例中的定子本体压模由一个气缸机构和弹簧控制,可在需要时升起或下压至定子本体的上端面上。
本例的一种电机定子端部插入机的压装组件,在上料时定子本体进入定子本体定位模,端子定位模推动气缸的顶杆处于收缩状态,使端子定位模处于打开状态,方便端子进入。待定子本体和端子都完成进料后,端子定位模推动气缸工作,顶杆处于伸展状态,将端子定位模由周围向心推进至紧靠定子本体定位模,使端子和定子本体的接插部位彼此正对。此时3个端子压装气缸工作,3个端子压块各自推动一个端子定位模,使端子与定子本体完成接插。此时3个端子压装气缸的顶杆收缩,步进电机转动20°,带动旋转轴和旋转轴上的所有旋转部件一起转动20°,将下一个端子定位模对准端子压装气缸顶杆上的端子压块,再进行下一次接插,完成全部18个端子的接插,共需要步进电机转动5次,3个端子压装气缸各工作6次,最终完成压装。压装完成后,端子压装组件安装底板及设于其上的组件都沿直线滑轨滑动至下料端,由其他组件中的机械手完成下料。下完料后,再回到上料端进行下一次上料。

Claims (10)

1.一种电机定子端子插入机的压装组件,包括端子压装气缸(2W3),气缸顶杆端部固定有端子压块(206),其特征是,还包括端子压装组件安装底板(202);端子压装组件安装底板上设有轴承座(214),轴承座内设有与定子本体的内圈键连接的旋转轴(215),旋转轴的轴线垂直于端子压装组件安装底板的安装面;端子压装组件安装底板上还设有定子本体定位模(208)和端子定位模(207),两者可以旋转轴的轴线为轴而转动;所述端子压装气缸固定在端子压装组件安装底板上,气缸顶杆的轴线垂直于旋转轴的轴线,且气缸顶杆的位置与端子定位模的位置适配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电机定子端子插入机的压装组件,其特征是:所述端子压装气缸的数量为2至6个,各个端子压装气缸的轴线彼此相交于旋转轴的轴线上,且各个端子压装气缸等距的分布在圆周上,圆周的圆心位于旋转轴的轴线上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种电机定子端子插入机的压装组件,其特征是:所述旋转轴以步进电机(2W6)驱动。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种电机定子端子插入机的压装组件,其特征是,所述端子定位模的数量与端子的数量适配,每个端子定位模适配的设有端子定位模导向滑轨(2W4),所述端子定位模滑动连接在端子定位模导向滑轨;所述端子定位模导向滑轨的轴线相交于旋转轴的轴线上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种电机定子端子插入机的压装组件,其特征是,所述端子定位模适配地设有端子定位模推动气缸(2W2),端子定位模与端子定位模推动气缸的活塞顶杆固定连接;端子定位模推动气缸的活塞顶杆的伸缩方向平行于端子定位模导向滑轨的轴线。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种电机定子端子插入机的压装组件,其特征是,还包括直线滑轨(2W1),所述端子压装组件安装底板可滑动的连接在直线滑轨上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种电机定子端子插入机的压装组件,其特征是,所述直线滑轨的两侧端部均设有缓冲器(2W8)。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种电机定子端子插入机的压装组件,其特征是,所述端子压装气缸安装于端子压装气缸安装板(204)上,端子压装气缸安装板垂直于端子压装组件安装底板,端子压装气缸安装板与端子压装组件安装底板之间固定有直角连接块(203)作为斜拉强化。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种电机定子端子插入机的压装组件,其特征是,还包括定子本体压模(320),所述定子本体压模可升降地位于所述定子本体定位模的上方。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种电机定子端子插入机的压装组件,其特征是,所述定子本体定位模与旋转轴之间以圆锥滚子轴承(2W5)连接。
