一种双端凸矩形成桩机,前半凸矩形刀柱一、后半凸矩形刀柱一、前半凸矩形刀柱二、后半凸矩形刀柱二以及前半凹矩形刀柱、后半凹矩形刀柱在转动中将其下端的土体与水泥浆搅拌;前半凸矩形刀柱一、后半凸矩形刀柱一在转动中将左端搅拌成凸矩形头,前半凸矩形刀柱二、后半凸矩形刀柱二在转动中将右端搅拌成凸矩形头;钻杆在向下压进过程中形成一个左右两端分别带有凸矩形头的水泥土搅拌桩。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种成桩机 ,特别是一种建筑基础工程中使用的双端凸矩形成桩机。
背景技术
目前,其它型式的水泥土搅拌桩机所成的桩体都是多个水泥土圆柱的组合体,无法制造两端带有凸矩形的搅拌桩。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种能制造桩体两端带有凸矩形的双端凸矩形成桩机。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种双端凸矩形成桩机,钻杆的下端固定于钢管撑的中间上部,钢管撑的中间下部固定于钢板撑二的上端,钢板撑二的下端固定于电动机二的外壳中间上部,电动机二的前端输出轴固定有前半凹矩形刀柱,电动机二的后端输出轴固定有后半凹矩形刀柱;钢管撑的左端下部固定于钢板撑一的上端,钢板撑一的下端固定于电动机一的外壳中间上部,电动机一的前端输出轴固定有前半凸矩形刀柱一,电动机一的后端输出轴固定有后半凸矩形刀柱一;钢管撑的右端下部固定于钢板撑三的上端,钢板撑三的下端固定于电动机三的外壳中间上部,电动机三的前端输出轴固定有前半凸矩形刀柱二,电动机三的后端输出轴固定有后半凸矩形刀柱二;前半凸矩形刀柱一和后半凸矩形刀柱一组成一个中间凸的凸矩形刀柱,前半凸矩形刀柱二和后半凸矩形刀柱二组成另一个中间凸的凸矩形刀柱,每个凸矩形刀柱的侧表面分别安装有多个刀头;前半凹矩形刀柱和后半凹矩形刀柱组成一个中间凹的凹矩形刀柱,凹矩形刀柱的侧表面安装有多个刀头;凸矩形刀柱横截面的凸矩形与凹矩形刀柱横截面的凹矩形吻合。
本发明具有以下的特点:
本发明可制造两端带有凸矩形头的水泥土桩、与其它方式制造的凹矩形桩相互扣合、形成扣合桩墙,用于建筑物基础挡土、防渗漏。

附图为本发明的一种具体实施例,该实施例钻杆1的下端固定于钢管撑2的中间上部,钢管撑的中间下部固定于钢板撑二4的上端,钢板撑二的下端固定于电动机二7的外壳中间上部,电动机二的前端输出轴16固定有前半凹矩形刀柱10,电动机二的后端输出轴固定有后半凹矩形刀柱14;钢管撑的左端下部固定于钢板撑一3的上端,钢板撑一的下端固定于电动机一6的外壳中间上部,电动机一的前端输出轴16固定有前半凸矩形刀柱一9,电动机一的后端输出轴固定有后半凸矩形刀柱一13;钢管撑的右端下部固定于钢板撑三5的上端,钢板撑三的下端固定于电动机三8的外壳中间上部,电动机三的前端输出轴固定有前半凸矩形刀柱二11,电动机三的后端输出轴固定有后半凸矩形刀柱二15;前半凸矩形刀柱一和后半凸矩形刀柱一组成一个中间凸的凸矩形刀柱,前半凸矩形刀柱二和后半凸矩形刀柱二组成另一个中间凸的凸矩形刀柱,每个凸矩形刀柱的侧表面分别安装有多个刀头12;前半凹矩形刀柱和后半凹矩形刀柱组成一个中间凹的凹矩形刀柱,凹矩形刀柱的侧表面安装有多个刀头12;凸矩形刀柱横截面的凸矩形与凹矩形刀柱横截面的凹矩形吻合。
本发明还安装有灌浆泵,工作时灌浆泵对左边凸矩形刀柱和中间凹矩形刀柱之间以及右边凸矩形刀柱和中间凹矩形刀柱之间的部位分别灌注水泥浆,电动机一驱动前半凸矩形刀柱一和后半凸矩形刀柱一正转,电动机三驱动前半凸矩形刀柱二和后半凸矩形刀柱二反转,电动机二驱动前半凹矩形刀柱正转,电动机二驱动后半凹矩形刀柱反转,前半凸矩形刀柱一、后半凸矩形刀柱一、前半凸矩形刀柱二、后半凸矩形刀柱二以及前半凹矩形刀柱、后半凹矩形刀柱在转动中将其下端的土体与水泥浆搅拌;前半凸矩形刀柱一、后半凸矩形刀柱一在转动中将左端搅拌成凸矩形头,前半凸矩形刀柱二、后半凸矩形刀柱二在转动中将右端搅拌成凸矩形头;钻杆在向下压进过程中形成一个左右两端分别带有凸矩形头的水泥土搅拌桩。

所述双端凸矩形成桩机包括钻杆(1)的下端固定于钢管撑(2)的中间上部,钢管撑的中间下部固定于钢板撑二(4)的上端,钢板撑二的下端固定于电动机二(7)的外壳中间上部,电动机二的前端输出轴(16)固定有前半凹矩形刀柱(10),电动机二的后端输出轴固定有后半凹矩形刀柱(14);钢管撑的左端下部固定于钢板撑一(3)的上端,钢板撑一的下端固定于电动机一(6)的外壳中间上部,电动机一的前端输出轴(16)固定有前半凸矩形刀柱一(9),电动机一的后端输出轴固定有后半凸矩形刀柱一(13);钢管撑的右端下部固定于钢板撑三(5)的上端,钢板撑三的下端固定于电动机三(8)的外壳中间上部,电动机三的前端输出轴固定有前半凸矩形刀柱二(11,电动机三的后端输出轴固定有后半凸矩形刀柱二(15);前半凸矩形刀柱一和后半凸矩形刀柱一组成一个中间凸的凸矩形刀柱,前半凸矩形刀柱二和后半凸矩形刀柱二组成另一个中间凸的凸矩形刀柱,每个凸矩形刀柱的侧表面分别安装有多个刀头(12);前半凹矩形刀柱和后半凹矩形刀柱组成一个中间凹的凹矩形刀柱,凹矩形刀柱的侧表面安装有多个刀头12;
