Description
技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及垃圾处理设备领域,具体为一种用于餐厨垃圾厌氧发酵的酸化处理装置。
背景技术
[0002]餐厨垃圾是指居民生活、食品加工、饮食服务等活动中产生的食物废料,是城市生活垃圾的重要组成部分,仅次于建筑垃圾,是第二大垃圾产生源。餐厨垃圾具有高含水率、高有机物含量,在高温条件下容易腐烂发臭,孽生蚊蝇、病菌,且不能满足垃圾焚烧发电的发热量要求(5000kJ/kg以上)。如果将其直接用作动物饲料,容易导致病菌进入人类食物链,对人体健康造成危害。因此,有关餐厨垃圾的合理利用和处理方式的研究已日益引起重视。
[0003]目前餐厨垃圾主要的处理处置方法包括粉碎直排、卫生填埋、高温好氧堆肥、固态发酵、生物处理机、厌氧发酵等,其中利用餐厨垃圾作为厌氧发酵技术的原料,既可以获得清洁能源,又能减少污染物排放,是目前国内外针对大规模餐厨垃圾处理利用的主要方向。餐厨垃圾的厌氧发酵经过四个阶段,包括水解阶段、酸化阶段、酸衰退阶段和甲烷化阶段。在水解阶段,可使固体有机物质降解为溶解性物质,大分子有机物质降解为小分子物质。在产酸阶段,碳水化合物等有机物降解为有机酸,主要是乙酸、丁酸和丙酸等。水解和酸化反应进行得相对较快,一般难于将它们分开,此阶段的主要微生物是水解一酸化细菌。
发明内容
[0004]本发明的目的是提供一种用于餐厨垃圾厌氧发酵的酸化处理装置,该处理装置能够将浆液快速水解成为有机酸,将产酸部分分离出来,避免单相发酵中有机物产酸过程太快,造成发酵罐内酸化现象。
[0005]实现上述目的的技术方案是:用于餐厨垃圾厌氧发酵的酸化处理装置,其特征在于:包括水解酸化罐,水解酸化罐的底端连接有支脚,水解酸化罐的上端连接有罐盖,罐盖上设置有进料口以及排气口,水解酸化罐的底端设置出料口;所述水解酸化罐内设置有搅拌装置,罐盖上安装有驱动搅拌装置转动的电机,水解酸化罐的外壁上包覆有保温夹套,保温夹套的底端设置有热水进口,上部设置有热水出口。
[0006]进一步地,所述水解酸化罐内的下部设置有呈上下布置的第一液位传感器和第二液位传感器,水解酸化罐的上部设置有呈上下布置的第三液位传感器、第四液位传感器以及第五液位传感器。
[0007]进一步地,所述罐盖上还设置有稀释水进口、人孔组件和观察镜,所述水解酸化罐的下部设置有取样口。

[0014] 二、本发明的工作过程:
打开进料栗7,餐厨垃圾通过进料口 4输入水解酸化罐I内,液位到达第二液位传感器16位置时,水解酸化罐I的出料口 6停止向后续工艺装置供料;液位到达第一液位传感器16位置时,搅拌装置9启动工作,液位到达第五液位传感器19位置时,搅拌装置9停止工作,液位到达第四液位传感器18位置时,水解酸化罐I的出料口6开始向后续工艺装置供料,液位到达第三液位传感器17位置时,进料栗7停止进料,同时关闭进水阀门24,停止向水解酸化罐I内输入稀释水,以免出现水解酸化罐I液位超高情况。
[0015]进水阀门24在水解酸化罐I停止运行时不得开启,其余情况视水解酸化罐I进料情况确定是否开启、开启频率及开启时间。
[0016]水解酸化罐I装有独立的温度计,实时显示罐内温度;当水解酸化罐I内温度高于37 0C时,可关闭热水进口 12连接的控制阀14,当水解酸化罐I内温度低于35°C时,开启热水进口 12连接的控制阀14。
[0017]三、本发明的工艺说明:
1、稀释:当水解酸化罐I进料含固率过高(>10%)时,需往罐内加入稀释水,将含固率调至8%-10%,确保厌氧系统的稳定运行。稀释水可使用污水站提供超滤清液或工业给水,具体使用视污水站运行情况确定。
[0018] 2、加热:水解酸化罐I加热保温采用夹套水加热方式,可使用餐厨厌氧发酵产生的沼气发电系统提供热水(>80°C)进行加热。
[0019] 3、出料:经水解处理后的浆液送入厌氧消化罐处理。

1.用于餐厨垃圾厌氧发酵的酸化处理装置,其特征在于:包括水解酸化罐,水解酸化罐的底端连接有支脚,水解酸化罐的上端连接有罐盖,罐盖上设置有进料口以及排气口,水解酸化罐的底端设置出料口 ;所述水解酸化罐内设置有搅拌装置,罐盖上安装有驱动搅拌装置转动的电机,水解酸化罐的外壁上包覆有保温夹套,保温夹套的底端设置有热水进口,上部设置有热水出口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于餐厨垃圾厌氧发酵的酸化处理装置,其特征在于:所述水解酸化罐内的下部设置有呈上下布置的第一液位传感器和第二液位传感器,水解酸化罐内的上部设置有呈上下布置的第三液位传感器、第四液位传感器以及第五液位传感器。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于餐厨垃圾厌氧发酵的酸化处理装置,其特征在于:所述罐盖上还设置有稀释水进口、人孔组件和观察镜,所述水解酸化罐的下部设置有取样口。
