Abstract
本发明涉及线材卷绕设备技术领域，尤其是一种挡线绕线盘。现有绕线盘外围没有配套的挡线装置，在贮藏过程中常会出现线材松动脱出的情况。该绕线盘包括绕线轴和其两端的挡板，挡板上均布定位孔，两侧挡板的定位孔之间通过销轴连接。本发明结构简单，操作方便，通过贯穿两侧挡板的销轴对盘具上的线材进行固定，有效防止脱出。

技术领域
本发明涉及线材卷绕设备技术领域，尤其是一种挡线绕线盘。
背景技术
线盘最早用于电线电缆的机用成缆、周转等用途，随着各行各业的发展，线盘的运用领域也逐渐扩大，但主要还是针对相应产品的包装容器来使用，已经成为不可或缺的一项配套产品，用于缠绕、存放线材、线缆等。现有绕线盘外围没有配套的挡线装置，在贮藏过程中常会出现线材松动脱出的情况。
发明内容
为了克服现有的上述的不足，本发明提供了一种挡线绕线盘。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种挡线绕线盘，包括绕线轴和其两端的挡板，挡板上均布定位孔，两侧挡板的定位孔之间通过销轴连接。
本发明的有益效果是，结构简单，操作方便，通过贯穿两侧挡板的销轴对盘具上的线材进行固定，有效防止脱出。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，一种挡线绕线盘，包括绕线轴1和其两端的挡板2，挡板2上均布定位孔3，两侧挡板2的定位孔3之间通过销轴4连接。使用时，根据绕线轴1卷绕线材的多少，在对应的定位孔3内插入销轴4进行固定。

1.一种挡线绕线盘，包括绕线轴（1）和其两端的挡板（2），其特征是，所述挡板（2）上均布定位孔（3），两侧挡板（2）的定位孔（3）之间通过销轴（4）连接。
