Abstract

本发明公开了一种石料振动筛,本发明中的两转轴转动设于筛箱上,且转轴的两端均穿过筛箱并伸于筛箱外,两传动带轮设于两转轴上,传动带绕设于两传动带轮上,法兰盘螺纹连接在一所述转轴上,电机的转轴通过弹性联轴器与法兰盘相连,两偏心块设于两转轴上;若干所述第二弹簧分层固定连接在筛箱的内腔壁上,每层筛板通过两块安装板支承在第二弹簧上。本发明结构简单,一个电机驱动两个转轴同时旋转,增大筛板的运动幅度;弹性联轴器能够有效的缓冲激振器作用于电机的离心力,延长电机的使用寿命,在筛箱的内侧壁上设有第二弹簧,筛板固定于该第二弹簧上,转轴激发筛箱产生振幅的同时,筛板也产生振动,从而增加本发明振动筛的筛选效率。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种石料振动筛。
背景技术:
在碎石厂等场合,经常会用到振动筛。现有的振动筛主要由筛箱、弹簧、激振器、主轴、筛板以及电机组成,电机驱动主轴,安装在主轴上的激振器随主轴一起旋转,运转的偏心块产生离心力,激发筛箱产生一定振幅的运动,物料在筛面上产生连续的抛掷运动,从而达到对物料进行筛选和分级的目的。
现有的振动筛中的筛板运动幅度小,振动筛中的电机的输出轴直接与主轴相连,在电机旋转过程中,激振器产生的离心力作用反作用于电机,容易损坏电机。
因此,确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种石料振动筛。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种石料振动筛,包括筛箱、支架、第一弹簧和筛板,所述筛箱通过第一弹簧弹性支承于支架上,三块筛板分层设于筛箱内,还包括转轴、传动带轮、传动带、偏心块、电机、弹性联轴器、法兰盘、第二弹簧以及安装板,两所述转轴转动设于筛箱上,且转轴的两端均穿过筛箱并伸于筛箱外,两传动带轮设于两转轴上,传动带绕设于两传动带轮上,法兰盘螺纹连接在一所述转轴上,电机的转轴通过弹性联轴器与法兰盘相连,两偏心块设于两转轴上;若干所述第二弹簧分层固定连接在筛箱的内腔壁上,每层筛板通过两块安装板支承在第二弹簧上。
进一步地,所述弹性联轴器包括连接块、连接盘以及连接带,两所述连接盘相互平行设置,若干连接带固定连接在两连接盘之间,两连接块分别焊接在两连接盘上,两连接块分别与法兰盘以及电机转轴相连。
进一步地,所述连接带与连接盘之间通过螺栓固定连接。
进一步地,所述筛箱的前后两侧内腔壁上均分层设有三块安装凸台,所述第二弹簧固定连接在该安装凸台上。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1)本发明结构简单,一个电机驱动两个转轴同时旋转,增大筛板的运动幅度。
2)本发明中的弹性联轴器能够有效的缓冲激振器作用于电机的离心力,延长电机的使用寿命。
3)本发明中的筛箱的内侧壁上设有第二弹簧,筛板固定于该第二弹簧上,转轴激发筛箱产生振幅的同时,筛板也产生振动,从而增加本发明振动筛的筛选效率。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明一种石料振动筛,包括筛箱11、支架12、第一弹簧13和筛板14,筛箱11通过第一弹簧13弹性支承在支架12上,三块筛板14分层设于筛箱11内,本发明振动筛还包括有转轴21、传动带轮22、传动带23、偏心块24、电机25、弹性联轴器26以及法兰盘27,两转轴21转动设于筛箱11上,且该两根转轴21的前后两端均穿过筛箱11的前后壁并伸于筛箱11外,两个传动带轮22分别固定连接在两转轴21的前端,传动带23绕设在两个传动带轮22上。法兰盘27螺纹连接在一转轴21的后端,电机25的转轴通过弹性联轴器26与法兰盘27相连,并驱动两转轴21转动,两偏心块24固定连接在两转轴21的后端。本发明中的偏心块24在转轴21上的连接方式与现有技术中激振器中偏心块在轴上的连接方式相同,故不再对本发明中的偏心块24与转轴21之间连接结构进行赘述。
如图3,本发明中的弹性联轴器26包括连接块260、连接盘261以及连接带262,两连接盘261相互平行设置,若干连接带262设于两连接盘261之间,且每根连接带262的两端均通过螺栓与两连接盘261固定连接。两连接块260分别焊接在两连接盘261上,其中一连接块260与法兰盘27固定连接,另一连接块260与电机25转轴相连。弹性联轴器26中的连接带262能够有效的缓冲激振器作用于电机的离心力,延长电机的使用寿命。
本发明为增加筛板14的运动幅度,在筛箱11内腔壁的前后两侧壁上均分层设有三块安装凸台31,在每块安装凸台31上均设有若干第二弹簧32,为便于将筛板14固定于第二弹簧上,在筛板14上固定有两块安装板33,每层筛板14通过两块安装板33支承在第二弹簧32上。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种石料振动筛,包括筛箱(11)、支架(12)、第一弹簧(13)和筛板(14),所述筛箱(11)通过第一弹簧(13)弹性支承于支架(12)上,三块筛板(14)分层设于筛箱(11)内,其特征在于:还包括转轴(21)、传动带轮(22)、传动带(23)、偏心块(24)、电机(25)、弹性联轴器(26)、法兰盘(27)、第二弹簧(32)以及安装板(33),两所述转轴(21)转动设于筛箱(11)上,且转轴(21)的两端均穿过筛箱并伸于筛箱外,两传动带轮(22)设于两转轴(21)上,传动带(23)绕设于两传动带轮(22)上,法兰盘(27)螺纹连接在一所述转轴(21)上,电机(25)的转轴通过弹性联轴器(26)与法兰盘(27)相连,两偏心块(24)设于两转轴(21)上;若干所述第二弹簧(32)分层固定连接在筛箱(11)的内腔壁上,每层筛板(14)通过两块安装板(33)支承在第二弹簧(32)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的石料振动筛,其特征在于:所述弹性联轴器(26)包括连接块(260)、连接盘(261)以及连接带(262),两所述连接盘(261)相互平行设置,若干连接带(262)固定连接在两连接盘(261)之间,两连接块(260)分别焊接在两连接盘(261)上,两连接块(260)分别与法兰盘(27)以及电机(25)转轴相连。
3.如权利要求2所述的石料振动筛,其特征在于:所述连接带(262)与连接盘(261)之间通过螺栓固定连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的石料振动筛,其特征在于:所述筛箱(11)的前后两侧内腔壁上均分层设有三块安装凸台(31),所述第二弹簧(32)固定连接在该安装凸台(31)上。
