本发明公开了一种铝板胶层厚度控制用刮胶机构，包括固定板，固定板的侧壁设有第一扣板与第二扣板，第一扣板与第二扣板呈平行布置，第一扣板与第二扣板之间设有导向管，导向管的外表面套装有刮胶筒。本发明通过刮胶筒可以对铝板上的多余的胶层进行刮去，从而方便了对铝板胶层厚度的控制，可以使铝板胶层的厚度均匀。

背景技术
铝板是指用铝锭轧制加工而成的矩形板材，分为纯铝板，合金铝板，薄铝板，中厚铝板花纹铝板。现有的铝板上胶不方便，且铝板上的胶层厚度控制不均匀，操作不方便。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题，从而提供一种通过刮胶筒可以对铝板上的多余的胶层进行刮去，从而方便了对铝板胶层厚度的控制，可以使铝板胶层的厚度均匀的铝板胶层厚度控制用刮胶机构。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：
一种铝板胶层厚度控制用刮胶机构，包括固定板，固定板的侧壁设有第一扣板与第二扣板，第一扣板与第二扣板呈平行布置，第一扣板与第二扣板之间设有导向管，导向管的外表面套装有刮胶筒。
进一步地，所述刮胶筒为圆筒形形状。
进一步地，所述导向管与刮胶筒的端部之间设有锁板。
采用上述技术方案的铝板胶层厚度控制用刮胶机构，通过刮胶筒可以对铝板上的多余的胶层进行刮去，从而方便了对铝板胶层厚度的控制，可以使铝板胶层的厚度均匀。

如图1与图2所示，一种铝板胶层厚度控制用刮胶机构，包括固定板1，固定板1的侧壁设有第一扣板2与第二扣板3，第一扣板2与第二扣板3呈平行布置，第一扣板2与第二扣板3之间设有导向管4，导向管4的外表面套装有刮胶筒5；刮胶筒5为圆筒形形状，导向管4与刮胶筒5的端部之间设有锁板6。
本发明铝板胶层厚度控制用刮胶机构，通过刮胶筒5可以对铝板上的多余的胶层进行刮去，从而方便了对铝板胶层厚度的控制，可以使铝板胶层的厚度均匀。
其中，刮胶筒5为圆筒形形状，所以方便刮胶。
其中，导向管4与刮胶筒5的端部之间设有锁板6，所以套接更加牢固。
