Abstract

本发明公开了一种PDC‑孕镶块混合自适应钻头，是由钢体、数个自适应元件和数个PDC齿—孕镶块混合切削刀翼组成，PDC齿—孕镶块混合切削刀翼通过销轴固定设置在钢体上的，数个自适应元件分别固定设置在钢体和PDC齿—孕镶块混合切削刀翼之间；在钻遇软到中硬地层时，PDC钻头起主要切削作用，钻遇硬地层时，孕镶金刚石钻头起主要碎岩作用，极大的提高钻头对地层的适应性，还能够保持钻头高效碎岩特性，减小更换钻头的次数。本发明钻头结构简单，刀翼便于拆卸，综合PDC钻头和孕镶金刚石钻头的优势，极大的提高了钻头对地层的适应性，既能保持钻头高效碎岩作用，又能减少地层对PDC齿的冲击破坏现象的发生。

一种PDC-孕镶块混合自适应钻头
技术领域
本发明涉及一种钻井领域的钻头，特别涉及一种PDC-孕镶块混合自适应钻头。
背景技术
PDC钻头和孕镶金刚石钻头是两种主要的碎岩工具，应用十分广泛，PDC钻头后倾角对钻速和钻头寿命有着明显的影响，钻进软地层时，角度越小越有利于提高机械钻速，钻进硬地层时，后倾角适当增大，有利于减小岩石冲击对PDC齿的正面冲击力，提高钻头寿命。综合来说，PDC钻头在软到中硬岩层有着良好的机械钻速，但在硬到坚硬地层、高研磨性地层、软硬交错夹层、砾夹层、破碎岩层等地层时PDC齿极易崩落、断裂，钻头寿命和机械钻速急剧下降，目前在钻进硬到坚硬这类地层主要选用胎体硬度较小的孕镶金刚石钻头，但该类型的钻头在钻进软到中硬岩层时，机械钻速远低于PDC钻头及胎体硬度较大的孕镶金刚石钻头。
为了提高钻头对地层的适应性，特别是适用于硬到坚硬地层、高研磨性地层、软硬交错夹层、砾夹层、破碎岩层等地层的钻头，已有部分学者进行了相关研究：如西南石油大学发明专利《一种混合钻头》专利号：CN103147691A，该专利公开的钻头为牙轮齿和固定切削齿的复合，该钻头是通过牙轮来进行辅助切削岩石，切削齿后倾角固定，二者在钻进过程中碎岩并没有先后级别，不能发挥出某种钻头结构在钻进某一地层的特殊优势；再如成都惠灵丰金刚石钻头有限公司的实用新型专利《一种设置有金刚石复合片和金刚石孕镶块的混合钻头》，专利号：CN203701990U，该钻头是在每个刀翼上设置有金刚石复合片和金刚石孕镶块，通过金刚石孕镶块来进行辅助碎岩，同前一专利一样，该钻头金刚石复合片的切削角固定，并不能根据地层来选择合理的切削方式；吉林大学发明专利《一种仿生自适应PDC钻头》，专利号：CNIO5019833A，公布一种能够根据地层自适应改变后倾角的PDC钻头，但是该钻头在软到中硬岩层的复杂地层具有很好的钻进效果，而在硬地层仅能够保护PDC齿，减少非正常损坏现象产生，对钻进速度没有明显提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要解决上述现有的PDC钻头对地层适应性较差的问题，特别是在钻进硬到坚硬地层、高研磨性地层、软硬交错夹层、砾夹层、破碎岩层等复杂地层时，PDC钻头容易出现切削齿断裂、脱层等非常规磨损现象等问题，而提供一种PDC-孕镶块混合自适应钻头。
本发明是由钢体、数个自适应元件和数个PDC齿—孕镶块混合切削刀翼组成，PDC齿—孕镶块混合切削刀翼通过销轴固定设置在钢体上的，数个自适应元件分别固定设置在钢体和PDC齿—孕镶块混合切削刀翼之间；
所述PDC齿—孕镶块混合切削刀翼是由数个PDC齿和数个孕镶块组成，数个PDC齿分别设置在数个孕镶块上；
所述PDC齿—孕镶块混合切削刀翼上的PDC齿初始工作角a为0-10°；
所述孕镶块的高度低于PDC齿上端工作层。
本发明的工作原理和过程：
在钻进过程中，因为PDC齿工作层高于孕镶块，优先压入岩石，在回转过程中会受到岩层的反作用力，PDC齿—孕镶块混合切削刀翼会以销轴为中心进行转动，PDC齿向后倾斜，孕镶块被抬高与岩石接触，在钻进软岩时，岩层反作用力较小，在自适应元件作用下，PDC齿后倾角改变较小，孕镶块还不能接触到岩石，此时PDC齿起主要切削作用；在钻进硬岩时，岩层反作用力较大，PDC齿后倾角改变也较大，孕镶块与岩层接触进行碎岩，此时PDC齿与孕镶块同时碎岩，但以孕镶块磨削碎岩为主。
本发明的有益效果：
本发明钻头结构为组装式，便于拆卸和更换零部件，钻头能够根据地层的软硬程度自适应的选择合理的切削方式和切削角，在软到中硬岩层，PDC齿其主要碎岩作用，在硬岩层孕镶块起主要碎岩作用，既能保持钻头高效碎岩作用，又能减少地层对PDC齿的冲击破坏现象的发生，不需要频繁更换软、硬钻头，提高工作效率和成本。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1、图2、图3和图4所示，本发明是由钢体1、数个自适应元件2和数个PDC齿—孕镶块混合切削刀翼3组成，PDC齿—孕镶块混合切削刀翼3通过销轴4固定设置在钢体1上的，数个自适应元件2分别固定设置在钢体1和PDC齿—孕镶块混合切削刀翼3之间；
所述PDC齿—孕镶块混合切削刀翼3是由数个PDC齿5和数个孕镶块6组成，数个PDC齿5分别设置在数个孕镶块6上；
所述PDC齿—孕镶块混合切削刀翼3上的PDC齿5初始工作角a为0-10°；
所述孕镶块6的高度低于PDC齿5上端工作层。

1.一种PDC-孕镶块混合自适应钻头，其特征在于：是由钢体(1)、数个自适应元件(2)和数个PDC齿—孕镶块混合切削刀翼(3)组成，PDC齿—孕镶块混合切削刀翼(3)通过销轴(4)固定设置在钢体(1)上的，数个自适应元件(2)分别固定设置在钢体(1)和PDC齿—孕镶块混合切削刀翼(3)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PDC-孕镶块混合自适应钻头，其特征在于：所述PDC齿—孕镶块混合切削刀翼(3)是由数个PDC齿(5)和数个孕镶块(6)组成，数个PDC齿(5)分别设置在数个孕镶块(6)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种PDC-孕镶块混合自适应钻头，其特征在于：所述PDC齿—孕镶块混合切削刀翼(3)上的PDC齿(5)初始工作角a为0-10°。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种PDC-孕镶块混合自适应钻头，其特征在于：所述孕镶块(6)的上端面高度低于PDC齿(5)上端面高度。
