本发明涉及电力设施领域,特别公开了一种带电作业用绝缘钳。它包括绝缘手柄、左钳头和右钳头,其特征是:所述左钳头上开有横向的U型张口,所述横向的U型张口朝向右钳头,所述右钳头开有纵向的U型张口,所述纵向的U型张口朝向远离绝缘手柄的方向,所述左钳头正对右钳头的中心并能从纵向的U型张口中穿过,当左钳头和右钳头处于闭合状态时,所述横向的U型张口全部穿过纵向的U型张口。本发明体积小、携带方便,并且操作简单,可有效解决高空电力作业时导线的弯曲工作,避免了爬上爬下,提高了工作效率。

一种带电作业用绝缘钳
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及电力设施领域,特别涉及一种带电作业用绝缘钳。
(二)背景技术
在10千伏线路带电作业时,很多情况下需要在杆塔上将直径240毫米的导线握弯(就是在导线端部握一个10厘米的直角弯,以便将两个导线T接),由于导线太粗,且导线中部有钢芯,端部握的长度又非常短(10-20厘米),操作起来非常困难。
(三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的缺陷,提供了一种携带方便、省事省力、高效的带电作业用绝缘钳。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种带电作业用绝缘钳,包括绝缘手柄、左钳头和右钳头,其特征是:所述左钳头上开有横向的U型张口,所述横向的U型张口朝向右钳头,所述右钳头开有纵向的U型张口,所述纵向的U型张口朝向远离绝缘手柄的方向,所述左钳头正对右钳头的中心并能从纵向的U型张口中穿过,当左钳头和右钳头处于闭合状态时,所述横向的U型张口全部穿过纵向的U型张口。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明体积小、携带方便,并且操作简单,可有效解决高空电力作业时导线的弯曲工作,避免了爬上爬下,提高了工作效率。

附图为本发明的具体实施例。如图1、图2所示,该种带电作业用绝缘钳,包括绝缘手柄3、左钳头1和右钳头2,左钳头1上开有横向的U型张口11,横向的U型张口11朝向右钳头2,右钳头2开有纵向的U型张口21,纵向的U型张口21朝向远离绝缘手柄3的方向,左钳头1正对右钳头2的中心并能从纵向的U型张口21中穿过,当左钳头1和右钳头2处于闭合状态时,横向的U型张口11全部穿过纵向的U型张口21。
使用时,将导线端部卡入横向的U型张口11,然后闭合左钳头1和右钳头2,横向的U型张口11带动导线穿过纵向的U型张口21,导线被折弯。
