本发明公开了一种钢板自动抓取输送机构,包括送料架,所述送料架的顶板上固定有主输送架,主输送架的顶板的中部具有移动通槽,移动通槽的两侧固定有第一推动气缸,第一推动气缸的推杆的端部固定在移动板的侧壁上固定有的移动连接块上,移动板处于移动通槽的正上方,移动板的两侧底面固定有滑移块,滑移块插套在移动通槽的两侧的主输送架的顶板的顶面具有的滑动槽中,抓取移动板处于移动板的中部具有的送料通槽中,抓取移动板的两侧具有凸起条,凸起条插套在送料通槽的两个内侧壁上具有的导向槽中,抓取移动板处于移动通槽的正上方,它可以自动将钢板抓取并自动输送,其输送效率高,效果好。

技术领域:
本发明涉及金属部件加工设备技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种钢板自动抓取输送机构。
背景技术:
现有的钢板冲孔设备中需要人工将钢板从原料箱中拿取后放置在冲床的台板上,其人工搬运安装,非常麻烦,而且增加工人劳动量。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种钢板自动抓取输送机构,它可以自动将钢板抓取并自动输送,其输送效率高,效果好。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种钢板自动抓取输送机构,包括送料架,所述送料架的顶板上固定有主输送架,主输送架的顶板的中部具有移动通槽,移动通槽的两侧固定有第一推动气缸,第一推动气缸的推杆的端部固定在移动板的侧壁上固定有的移动连接块上,移动板处于移动通槽的正上方,移动板的两侧底面固定有滑移块,滑移块插套在移动通槽的两侧的主输送架的顶板的顶面具有的滑动槽中,抓取移动板处于移动板的中部具有的送料通槽中,抓取移动板的两侧具有凸起条,凸起条插套在送料通槽的两个内侧壁上具有的导向槽中,抓取移动板处于移动通槽的正上方,移动板的两侧底面固定有抓取移动气缸,抓取移动气缸的推杆的端部固定在抓取移动板的底面固定有的连接部上,抓取移动板的中部顶面固定有抓取气缸,抓取气缸的推杆竖直向下穿过抓取移动板并固定有真空吸盘,真空吸盘对着送料架的顶板。
所述抓取气缸的推杆的底端固定有水平支撑板,水平支撑板的顶面固定有导向连接杆,导向连接杆插套在抓取移动板上具有的竖直通孔中,水平支撑板的底面固定有真空吸盘。
所述抓取移动板的竖直通孔中插套有导向耐磨套,导向耐磨套的外侧壁固定在竖直通孔的内侧壁上,导向连接杆插套在导向耐磨套中。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它可以自动将钢板抓取并自动输送,其输送效率高,效果好。

实施例:见图1至图3所示,一种钢板自动抓取输送机构,包括送料架30,所述送料架30的顶板上固定有主输送架31,主输送架31的顶板的中部具有移动通槽311,移动通槽311的两侧固定有第一推动气缸32,第一推动气缸32的推杆的端部固定在移动板33的侧壁上固定有的移动连接块331上,移动板33处于移动通槽311的正上方,移动板33的两侧底面固定有滑移块332,滑移块332插套在移动通槽311的两侧的主输送架31的顶板的顶面具有的滑动槽312中,抓取移动板34处于移动板33的中部具有的送料通槽333中,抓取移动板34的两侧具有凸起条341,凸起条341插套在送料通槽333的两个内侧壁上具有的导向槽334中,抓取移动板34处于移动通槽311的正上方,移动板33的两侧底面固定有抓取移动气缸335,抓取移动气缸335的推杆的端部固定在抓取移动板34的底面固定有的连接部上,抓取移动板34的中部顶面固定有抓取气缸35,抓取气缸35的推杆竖直向下穿过抓取移动板34并固定有真空吸盘36,真空吸盘36对着送料架30的顶板。
进一步的说,所述抓取气缸35的推杆的底端固定有水平支撑板37,水平支撑板37的顶面固定有导向连接杆371,导向连接杆371插套在抓取移动板34上具有的竖直通孔中,水平支撑板37的底面固定有真空吸盘36。
进一步的说,所述抓取移动板34的竖直通孔中插套有导向耐磨套38,导向耐磨套38的外侧壁固定在竖直通孔的内侧壁上,导向连接杆371插套在导向耐磨套38中。
工作原理:将待加工的钢板叠放在送料架30的顶板上,然后通过,抓取气缸35的推杆向下推动,使得真空吸盘36压靠在钢板上并并将钢板吸附,然后,抓取气缸35的推杆提升,第一推动气缸32的推杆推动,使得移动板33从送料架30移出,然后,再通过抓取移动气缸335的推杆推动,使得抓取移动板34从移动板33中移出,使得钢板处于所需输送位置的上方,然后,抓取气缸35的推杆向下推动,使得钢板放置在需要输送的位置处,然后,真空吸盘36停止运行,抓取气缸35的推杆提升即可,非常方便。

1.一种钢板自动抓取输送机构,包括送料架(30),其特征在于:所述送料架(30)的顶板上固定有主输送架(31),主输送架(31)的顶板的中部具有移动通槽(311),移动通槽(311)的两侧固定有第一推动气缸(32),第一推动气缸(32)的推杆的端部固定在移动板(33)的侧壁上固定有的移动连接块(331)上,移动板(33)处于移动通槽(311)的正上方,移动板(33)的两侧底面固定有滑移块(332),滑移块(332)插套在移动通槽(311)的两侧的主输送架(31)的顶板的顶面具有的滑动槽(312)中,抓取移动板(34)处于移动板(33)的中部具有的送料通槽(333)中,抓取移动板(34)的两侧具有凸起条(341),凸起条(341)插套在送料通槽(333)的两个内侧壁上具有的导向槽(334)中,抓取移动板(34)处于移动通槽(311)的正上方,移动板(33)的两侧底面固定有抓取移动气缸(335),抓取移动气缸(335)的推杆的端部固定在抓取移动板(34)的底面固定有的连接部上,抓取移动板(34)的中部顶面固定有抓取气缸(35),抓取气缸(35)的推杆竖直向下穿过抓取移动板(34)并固定有真空吸盘(36),真空吸盘(36)对着送料架(30)的顶板。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种钢板自动抓取输送机构,其特征在于:所述抓取气缸(35)的推杆的底端固定有水平支撑板(37),水平支撑板(37)的顶面固定有导向连接杆(371),导向连接杆(371)插套在抓取移动板(34)上具有的竖直通孔中,水平支撑板(37)的底面固定有真空吸盘(36)。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种钢板自动抓取输送机构,其特征在于:所述抓取移动板(34)的竖直通孔中插套有导向耐磨套(38),导向耐磨套(38)的外侧壁固定在竖直通孔的内侧壁上,导向连接杆(371)插套在导向耐磨套(38)中。
