本发明提供了一种锥型混合机,其结构简单,可有效解决原料不均质混合、混合精度不高、效率低的问题;其包括筒体,投料口设置于所述筒体上端,所述筒体底端设置出料阀,所述筒体为圆锥型,所述筒体内设置有彼此独立的双螺带式搅拌器、螺杆螺带式搅拌器和前双折叶小桨式搅拌器,三种所述搅拌器通过同一根主轴组合在所述筒体内。

技术领域
[0001 ]本发明涉及一种混合分散机,具体为一种锥型混合机。
背景技术
[0002]在粉体工程和其他化学工程中,混合程度的好坏直接影响到产品的性能和质量,比如化工、医药、农药、化肥、染料、矿山、冶金、塑料、橡胶、食品、饲料、味精、酿造等行业的固-固混合、固-液混合、液-液混合等,均需要混合机,但现有使用的混合机为圆筒型粉体混合机,其滞留于筒体壁的物料无法与混合作用区域内的物料进行充分的传递,致使部分物料始终得不到充分的混合与分散,对热敏性物料会产生过热现象,对颗粒物料,会压馈和磨碎,严重影响产品质量以及生产效率。
发明内容
[0003]针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种锥型混合机,其结构简单,可有效解决原料不均质混合、混合精度不高、效率低的问题。
[0004]其技术方案是这样的:其包括筒体,投料口设置于所述筒体上端,所述筒体底端设置出料阀,其特征在于:所述筒体为圆锥型,所述筒体内设置有彼此独立的双螺带式搅拌器、螺杆螺带式搅拌器和前双折叶小桨式搅拌器,三种所述搅拌器通过同一根主轴组合在所述筒体内。
[0005]其进一步特征在于:所述双螺带式搅拌器、螺杆螺带式搅拌器均设置于所述筒体内部的锥壁处;所述前双折叶小桨式搅拌器设置于所述筒体内部的中心处;
所述筒体内的所述主轴上部套装有套轴,所述套轴通过副减速机连接副电机,所述套轴上装有四个转臂,所述转臂呈两两对称均匀布置于所述套轴的轴向环面上;
一对相对称的所述转臂上均连接有所述双螺带式搅拌器,所述双螺带式搅拌器包括第一螺带、第二螺带,所述转臂上均连接有所述第一螺带、第二螺带,且所述第一螺带、第二螺带相互交叉,所述第一螺带、第二螺带之间通过支撑杆连接;
另外一对相对称的所述转臂上均连接有所述螺杆螺带式搅拌器,所述螺杆螺带式搅拌器包括螺杆、螺带,所述转臂均连接有所述螺杆、螺带,所述螺杆上装有交错布置的圆棒,且所述圆棒与所述螺带的弯折部分相互交错布置;
所述前双折叶小桨式搅拌器安装于所述主轴上,所述前双折叶小桨式搅拌器包括双折叶小桨,所述双折叶小桨交错安装于所述主轴上,所述主轴通过减速机连接主电机。
[0006]本发明的有益效果是,彼此独立的双螺带式搅拌器、螺杆螺带式搅拌器和前双折叶小桨式搅拌器通过同一根主轴组合在筒体内,转臂分别带动双螺带式、螺杆螺带式的搅拌器在筒体内锥壁公转运动使螺带外的物料不同程度地进入螺带包络体内,一部分物料被错位提升,另一部分物料又被甩出螺带,从而达到全圆周方位物料更新扩散,同时被提升到上部的两股物料,再向中心凹穴汇合,两股物料汇合并成一股向下流动,又受到中心主轴上前双折叶小桨叶式搅拌器剪切、混合作用,形成对流循环,由于上述运动的复合,从而使物料在较短的时间内获得了均匀混合,混合精度较高。

具体实施方式
[0008]如图1、图2所示,本发明包括筒体8,投料口 17设置于筒体8上端,筒体8底端设置出料阀9,筒体8为圆锥型,筒体8内设置有彼此独立的双螺带式搅拌器、螺杆螺带式搅拌器和前双折叶小桨式搅拌器,三种搅拌器通过同一根主轴15组合在筒体8内。
[0009] 双螺带式搅拌器、螺杆螺带式搅拌器均设置于筒体8内部的锥壁处;前双折叶小桨式搅拌器设置于筒体8内部的中心处;筒体8内的主轴15上部套装有套轴16,套轴16通过副减速机2连接副电机I,套轴16上装有转臂5-1、5-2、14-1、14_2,转臂5_1、5_2、14-1、14_2呈两两对称均匀布置于套轴16的轴向环面上,即转臂5-1、5-2相对称,转臂14-1、14-2相对称;一对相对称的转臂5-1、5-2上均连接有双螺带式搅拌器,双螺带式搅拌器包括第一螺带6、第二螺带7,转臂5-1、5-2上均连接有第一螺带6、第二螺带7,且第一螺带6、第二螺带7相互交叉,第一螺带6、第二螺带7之间通过支撑杆18连接;另外一对相对称的转臂14-1、14-2上均连接有螺杆螺带式搅拌器,螺杆螺带式搅拌器包括螺杆12、螺带11,转臂14-1、14-2上均连接有螺杆12、螺带11,螺杆12上装有交错布置的圆棒13,且圆棒13与螺带11的弯折部分相互交错布置;前双折叶小桨式搅拌器安装于主轴15上,前双折叶小桨式搅拌器包括双折叶小桨10,多个双折叶小桨10交错安装于主轴15上,主轴15通过减速机4连接主电机3。
[0010]本发明的工作过程是,物料进入圆锥筒体8的上方投料口 17,进入圆锥筒体8后经第一螺带6、第二螺带7以及螺杆12、螺带11;前双折叶小桨式搅拌器10混合分散作用,物料由出料阀9排出;具体为:彼此独立的双螺带式搅拌器、螺杆螺带式搅拌器和前双折叶小桨式搅拌器通过同一根主轴15组合在筒体8内,转臂5-1、5-2、14-1、14-2分别带动双螺带式、螺杆螺带式的搅拌器在筒体8内锥壁公转运动使螺带外的物料不同程度地进入螺带包络体内,一部分物料被错位提升,另一部分物料又被甩出螺带,从而达到全圆周方位物料更新扩散,同时被提升到上部的两股物料,再向中心凹穴汇合,两股物料汇合并成一股向下流动,又受到中心主轴15上前双折叶小桨叶式搅拌器剪切、混合作用,形成对流循环,由于上述运动的复合,从而使物料在较短的时间内获得了均匀混合,混合精度较高,以及可适应各种混合物,对热敏性物料不会产生过热现象,对颗粒物料不会压馈和磨碎,对比重悬殊和粒度不同的物料组成的混合不会产生分层离析现象,对粗粒、细粒和超细粉等各种颗粒、纤维或片状物料的混合有很好的适应性,并能使凝聚的物料以颗粒的形式进行分散,得以有效的混合,有效适用于粉体与粉体混合、粉体内添加液体混合、液体与液体混合等,具有十分广泛的应用范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种锥型混合机,其包括筒体,投料口设置于所述筒体上端,所述筒体底端设置出料阀,其特征在于:所述筒体为圆锥型,所述筒体内设置有彼此独立的双螺带式搅拌器、螺杆螺带式搅拌器和前双折叶小桨式搅拌器,三种所述搅拌器通过同一根主轴组合在所述筒体内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种锥型混合机,其特征在于:所述双螺带式搅拌器、螺杆螺带式搅拌器均设置于所述筒体内部的锥壁处;所述前双折叶小桨式搅拌器设置于所述筒体内部的中心处。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种锥型混合机,其特征在于:所述筒体内的所述主轴上部套装有套轴,所述套轴通过副减速机连接副电机,所述套轴上装有四个转臂,所述转臂呈两两对称均匀布置于所述套轴的轴向环面上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种锥型混合机,其特征在于:一对相对称的所述转臂上均连接有双螺带式搅拌器,所述双螺带式搅拌器包括第一螺带、第二螺带,所述转臂上均连接有所述第一螺带、第二螺带,且所述第一螺带、第二螺带相互交叉,所述第一螺带、第二螺带之间通过支撑杆连接。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种锥型混合机,其特征在于:另外一对相对称的所述转臂上均连接有螺杆螺带式搅拌器,所述螺杆螺带式搅拌器包括螺杆、螺带,所述转臂均连接有所述螺杆、螺带,所述螺杆上装有交错布置的圆棒,且所述圆棒与所述螺带的弯折部分相互交错布置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种锥型混合机,其特征在于:所述前双折叶小桨式搅拌器安装于所述主轴上,所述前双折叶小桨式搅拌器包括双折叶小桨,所述双折叶小桨交错安装于所述主轴上,所述主轴通过减速机连接主电机。
