本发明涉及双层面料,提供一种双层面料的生产方法,主要特点是采用高支数高密度经纬色纱色织的表层和里层,调整工艺参数和条件,按现有双层面料的织造工艺,所织出的双层面料,与现有双层面料相比,风格新颖、平整、细腻、手感好,色泽亮丽。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织领域,具体涉及一种双层面料的生产方法。
背景技术
现有的双层面料,其经纬纱均为同一本色纱,织布后再染色,而且经纬纱支数少,密度低;在纺织过程中,经纱相互摩擦产生静电,易因停经片处集聚飞花造成经纱相互缠绕,导致经纱断头;对于毛羽多的纱,由于引纬路线长,开口清晰度较差,织机工作效率低。现有的双层面料存在着表层与里层色彩相同单一,需后续染色,经纬纱支数少密度低,面料风格欠平整、细致,手感差等缺陷,不能满足人们对双层面料的需求。
发明内容
申请人在长期从事纺织领域的生产经营活动中,经过市场调查,发现现有的双层面料及织造工艺存在着一定缺陷,技术人员经过不断探索改进,目的在于研制一种双层色织面料,及其织造工艺。
本发明所采取的技术方案是设计一种双层色织面料,其表层和里层采用不同色纱色织的表层和里层,构成双层色织面料。
本发明的一种双层色织面料的织造工艺,采用不同色彩的经纬色纱,经纬色纱支数40支一60支,经色纱密度156一200根/inch,纬色纱密度100一130根/inch,纱浆料采用贴伏毛羽浆料,上浆率16一19%,回潮率8一9%,上机张力士10,织布车间环境相对湿度50一70%,温度偏高于常温,降低织机喷气压力,延长喷气时间。
在上述织造工艺中,所采用的贴伏毛羽浆料采用以下重量份原料:接枝淀粉80一100,PVA一1799为10一20,丙烯酸20一30,蜡片2一5。
本发明采用上述技术方案和措施,由于采用不同色彩的经纬色纱,按现有双层面料的织造工艺即可织出双层色织面料,为人们提供了一种风格新颖的新品种双层面料;由于采用高支数高密度的经纬色纱,调整工艺参数和条件,所织出的双层色织面料,不仅透气性好,而且平整、细腻,手感光滑,色泽亮丽;由于采用贴伏毛羽浆料,纱线强力提高,毛羽降低,断经断纬减少,开口清晰度提高,加上整经工序分段控制,低速小张力,降低织机喷气压力,延长喷气时间,调整车间环境温度、相对湿度等工艺参数和工艺条件,从而提高了织机工作效率,保证了本发明双层色织面料的风格和品质。
具体实施方式
以吸湿性好的纤维纱作经纱纬纱,支数60支,密度分别为180根、110根/inch;
经纱:筒子纱一格式络筒一A色漂染一络筒一贴伏毛羽浆料浆纱一穿筘;纬纱:筒子纱一格式络筒一B色漂染一络筒一络纬;织造:双层织造一验布一修布一烧毛一退浆一拉幅一柔软一缩水一成卷。其中,在浆纱工序中,上浆率掌握高而稳定19%,浆纱回潮率9%;在穿筘工序中采用花筘;在织造工序中,采用进口喷气织机,降低喷气压力,延长喷气时间,车间湿度60%,上机张力士10,所织出的双层面料比现有双层面料平整、细腻、手感好,色泽鲜明亮丽,吸湿透气性好。

1.一种双层面料,其特征是表层和里层采用不同色纱色织的表层和里层。
2.如权利要求1所述的双层面料的生产方法,其特征是采用不同色彩的经纬色纱,经纬色纱支数40支一60支,经色纱密度156一200根/inch,纬色纱密度100一130根/inch,纱浆料采用贴伏毛羽浆料,上浆率16一19%,回潮率8一9%,上机张力士10,织布车间环境相对湿度50一70%,温度偏高于常温,降低织机喷气压力,延长喷气时间。
3.如权利要求2的双层面料生产方法,其特征是所述贴伏毛羽浆料采用以下重量份原料:接枝淀粉80一100,PVA一1799为10一20,丙烯酸20一30,蜡片2一5。
