1、以长期持续鼻塞，或间歇性、交替性鼻塞，鼻涕量多为主要症状；或伴有头昏、记忆力下降、失眠、耳鸣、耳内闭塞感等症；
2、病程较长，疲劳、感寒后症状加重；易并发耳胀、耳闭；
3、鼻腔检查粘膜充血，呈红色或暗红色，鼻粘膜肿胀以下鼻甲为主；
4、应与鼻鼽、鼻渊相鉴别。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，五天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：鼻塞、流涕等症状消失，鼻腔检查正常；
2、好转：鼻塞、流涕等症状减轻，局部体征明显改善；
3、未愈：症状和体征无明显改善。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药5-10个疗程，治愈45例，好转14例，未愈5例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：王某，男，26岁。就诊自述：2年前就患有间歇性鼻塞，流鼻涕，鼻音重，并未重视。近半年来，症状加重，尤其在疲劳或运动后。期间服用过很多抗生素类西药，疗效并不明显，总是反复发作。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂4个疗程后，自觉鼻塞、流涕等症状明显好转；继续服用3个疗程，症状消失，治愈。
病例2：万某，女，47岁。就诊自述;长期鼻塞声重，鼻涕量多，并伴有发热、头痛，咽痛等症状，总是感觉没有精神。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂5个疗程，鼻塞、头痛等症状显著减轻，精神大有好转；续服3个疗程后，各症状消失，治愈。

1.一种治疗慢性鼻炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：鱼腥草10-30份，白芷10-20份，连翘10-20份，鹅不食草5-15份，石菖蒲10-20份，鸡血藤10-20份，麦冬10-20份，麻黄5-15份，桑叶10-20份，苍耳子10-20份，天麻5-15份，天花粉10-20份，桂枝10-20份，蔓荆子5-15份，山茱萸10-20份，白蒺藜10-20份，夏枯草10-20份，黄柏5-15份，百部10-20份，茜草10-20份，木通5-15份，紫苏10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗慢性鼻炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：鱼腥草20份，白芷15份，连翘15份，鹅不食草10份，石菖蒲15份，鸡血藤15份，麦冬15份，麻黄10份，桑叶15份，苍耳子15份，天麻10份，天花粉15份，桂枝15份，蔓荆子10份，山茱萸15份，白蒺藜15份，夏枯草15份，黄柏10份，百部15份，茜草15份，木通10份，紫苏15份，甘草10份。
