Abstract

本发明公开了一种分散式锅炉,包括炉体、水箱、燃气供应装置;所述的燃气供应装置连通于炉体的底部;所述的炉体一侧上方设有出烟筒;所述的炉体内部设有分散装置;所述的分散装置包括圆柱形导管和分散板;所述的圆柱形导管一端封闭,另一端开口;所述圆柱形导管的侧面开设有一条分散口;所述的分散板一侧边缘固定在圆柱形导管的侧面上,且分散板位于分散口的一侧;所述的水箱通过入水管和圆柱形导管的另一端连通;所述的炉体底部通过出水管和水箱连通;所述的转辊设于分散板下方。如此结构,水会顺着分散板的整个板面下流,达到水的分散目的,如此单位面积的水会更加快的吸收热量,吸热效率更高。

一种分散式锅炉
技术领域
本发明涉及一种分散式锅炉。
背景技术
锅炉是一种常用的加热装置,市场上存在各种各样的锅炉,这些锅炉有的使用燃气,有的使用诸如煤等固体燃料。一般锅炉的结构包括炉体和加热源,炉体内部设有加热腔室,加热腔室主要是提供加热的空间,将需要加热的液体、固体等等放入其中进行加热,加热源可以是上述提到的燃气加热、煤气加热或者电加热等等方式,通过加热源对炉体的加热腔室进行加热,使待加热的液体或者固定达到所需要的温度条件。但是这种结构的锅炉加热效率低下,加热速度慢。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明解决的问题为:传统结构的锅炉加热效率低下,加热速度慢。
为解决上述问题,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种分散式锅炉,包括炉体、水箱、燃气供应装置;所述的燃气供应装置连通于炉体的底部;所述的炉体一侧上方设有出烟筒;所述的炉体内部设有分散装置;所述的分散装置包括圆柱形导管和分散板;所述的圆柱形导管一端封闭,另一端开口;所述圆柱形导管的侧面开设有一条分散口;所述的分散板一侧边缘固定在圆柱形导管的侧面上,且分散板位于分散口的一侧;所述的水箱通过入水管和圆柱形导管的另一端连通;所述的炉体底部通过出水管和水箱连通;所述的转辊设于分散板下方。
进一步,所述的分散板呈上小下大的结构。
进一步,还包括转动机构;所述的转动机构包括电机、转轴和转辊;所述的电机设置在炉体外侧;所述的电机连接转轴;所述的转辊固定在转轴上。
本发明的有益效果
1.本发明增设了分散装置,分散装置包括圆柱形导管和分散板,可以将水箱内的水通过入水管输送至圆柱形导管的开口一端,水在圆柱形导管内向前输送的同时会有一部分水沿着分散板的板面向下运动,如此结构,水会顺着分散板的整个板面下流,达到水的分散目的,如此单位面积的水会更加快的吸收热量,吸热效率更高。
2.本发明的分散板呈上小下大的结构,有利于水的扩散,吸热更加快速,吸热效率进一步提高。
3.本发明进一步增设了转动机构,转动机构包括电机、转轴和转辊,电机设置在炉体外侧,电机连接转轴,转辊固定在转轴上,转辊设于分散板下方,如此结构的设置,从分散板流下的水会被转辊二次打散,细小的水粒受热更加快,吸热效率更高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明内容作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,一种分散式锅炉,包括炉体1、水箱2、燃气供应装置3。所述的燃气供应装置3连通于炉体1的底部。所述的炉体1一侧上方设有出烟筒11。所述的炉体1内部设有分散装置4。所述的分散装置4包括圆柱形导管41和分散板42。所述的圆柱形导管41一端封闭,另一端开口。如图2所示,所述圆柱形导管41的侧面开设有一条分散口43。所述的分散板42一侧边缘固定在圆柱形导管41的侧面上,且分散板42位于分散口43的一侧。如图1所示,所述的水箱2通过入水管12和圆柱形导管41的另一端连通。所述的炉体1底部通过出水管13和水箱2连通。所述的转辊51设于分散板42下方。进一步优选,所述的分散板42呈上小下大的结构。进一步优选,还包括转动机构5。所述的转动机构5包括电机52、转轴53和转辊51。所述的电机52设置在炉体1外侧。所述的电机52连接转轴53。所述的转辊51固定在转轴53上。如图1和2所示,本发明增设了分散装置4,分散装置4包括圆柱形导管41和分散板42,可以将水箱2内的水通过入水管12输送至圆柱形导管41的开口一端,水在圆柱形导管41内向前输送的同时会有一部分水沿着分散板42的板面向下运动,如此结构,水会顺着分散板42的整个板面下流,达到水的分散目的,如此单位面积的水会更加快的吸收热量,吸热效率更高。本发明的分散板42呈上小下大的结构,有利于水的扩散,吸热更加快速,吸热效率进一步提高。本发明进一步增设了转动机构5,转动机构5包括电机52、转轴53和转辊51,电机52设置在炉体1外侧,电机52连接转轴53,转辊51固定在转轴53上,转辊51设于分散板42下方,如此结构的设置,从分散板42流下的水会被转辊51二次打散,细小的水粒受热更加快,吸热效率更高。

1.一种分散式锅炉,包括炉体、水箱、燃气供应装置;所述的燃气供应装置连通于炉体的底部;所述的炉体一侧上方设有出烟筒;其特征在于,所述的炉体内部设有分散装置;所述的分散装置包括圆柱形导管和分散板;所述的圆柱形导管一端封闭,另一端开口;所述圆柱形导管的侧面开设有一条分散口;所述的分散板一侧边缘固定在圆柱形导管的侧面上,且分散板位于分散口的一侧;所述的水箱通过入水管和圆柱形导管的另一端连通;所述的炉体底部通过出水管和水箱连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分散式锅炉,其特征在于,所述的分散板呈上小下大的结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的分散式锅炉,其特征在于,还包括转动机构;所述的转动机构包括电机、转轴和转辊;所述的电机设置在炉体外侧;所述的电机连接转轴;所述的转辊固定在转轴上;所述的转辊设于分散板下方。
