Abstract
低氮节能燃烧器燃烧单元,包括筒状壳体和扩散喉管混合室,扩散喉管混合室的前部置于筒状壳体内,其特征在于扩散喉管混合室的前端为圆锥形,一个圆锥形罩安装在圆锥形收缩喉管前方,圆锥形收缩喉管外壁与圆锥形罩内壁形成一个环形缝隙风道,二次风管与环形缝隙风道连通,一个圆锥形燃烧喷嘴固定在圆锥形罩的前端。本发明的结构使燃气形成两次燃烧,筒状燃烧喷嘴喷出的火焰速度高,造成对炉内的充分搅动,使得炉内温度场分布均匀,提高了热交换率,本发明节能提高10%以上。本发明的氮氧化合物排放量小于40毫克/每立米排放物,远小于国家标准,节能减排效果非常显著。
Description
技术领域
[0001 ]本发明涉及以可燃气体为燃料的工业化工加热炉用燃烧器。
背景技术
[0002]燃烧器是向加热炉提供热能的装置,一个加热炉设置多个燃烧器,可燃气体由燃烧器喷嘴喷射到炉内使炉内的温度达到工艺要求。燃烧单元是燃烧器的主要部件,一个燃烧器由多个燃烧单元组成,燃烧单元的燃烧状态决定了燃烧器乃至整个加热炉的节能和减排情况。现有燃烧器的燃烧单元供风管道喷嘴与燃气管道喷嘴平行设置或在燃烧头内相通,燃气及空气由各自管道前端喷嘴喷出燃气与空气在燃烧头外混合,称为后混合,这种结构的主要缺点一是混合不充分、不均匀,燃烧效率低;二是燃烧单元出口火焰流速较低,氮分子在燃烧室内停留时间长,造成氮氧化合物高;三是不能做到精确配比(燃气和空气的最佳配比是KcKl.1,α为配比系数),这样就造成空气不足时过剩燃气被分解为游离碳、氮、一氧化碳,燃气利用率低,同时产生大量的一氧化碳有害气体和游离碳排放,当空气过量时,多余空气会带走热量和产生过量的氮氧化合物排放,造成热损失。
发明内容
[0003]本发明的目的在于提供一种低氮节能燃烧器燃烧单元,如附图1所示,包括筒状壳体、法兰盘和扩散喉管混合室,空气隔板通过法兰固定螺杆与法兰盘连接,空气隔板用于固定燃气输入管道,扩散喉管混合室固定在法兰盘上,扩散喉管混合室的后端与燃烧器的一次配风气室连通,扩散喉管混合室的前部置于筒状壳体内,其特征在于扩散喉管混合室的前端向内收缩,构成圆锥形收缩喉管,一个与圆锥形收缩喉管形状相吻合的圆锥形罩安装在圆锥形收缩喉管的前方,圆锥形收缩喉管外壁与圆锥形罩内壁形成一个环形缝隙风道,扩散喉管混合室的外侧有二次风管与环形缝隙风道连通,一个圆锥形燃烧喷嘴固定在圆锥形罩的前端,圆锥形燃烧喷嘴在圆锥形收缩喉管前方形成筒状二次燃烧室。
[0004]进一步的技术方案包括:
喉管混合室由后至前由三个圆锥形组成,第一个圆锥形在扩散喉管混合室的后部,由扩散喉管混合室后端向前方直径逐渐缩小;第二个圆锥形在扩散喉管混合室的中部,由后向前直径逐渐增大;第三个圆锥形就是扩散喉管混合室的前端出口向内收缩成圆锥形,其前端出口直径小于散喉管混合室后端进口直径,圆锥形燃烧喷嘴后端直径小于前端直径,呈向前方扩散形。
[0005]本发明的结构使燃气形成两次燃烧,第一次燃烧发生在扩散喉管混合室,火焰由圆锥形收缩喉管喷出,第二次燃烧发生在筒状二次燃烧室,火焰由圆锥形燃烧喷嘴喷出,使环形缝隙风道变成了负压环带,造成二次风管内的空气流动速度加快,同时,由于扩散喉管混合室出口处呈圆锥形收缩,使火焰喷出的速度提高,这两个因素使得圆锥形燃烧喷嘴喷出的火焰速度,高于圆锥形收缩喉管喷出的火焰速度20%,这样就造成对炉内热量的充分搅动,使得炉内温度场分布均匀,提高了热交换率,本发明节能相对现有技术提高10%以上;本发明的配比系数α接近理论值,没有过剩氧气,从根本上解决了氮氧化合物的产生。通过一个小型的炼油炉试验表明,本发明的氮氧化合物排放量小于25毫克/每立米排放物,远小于国家规定的标准40毫克/每立米排放物,而现有技术是296毫克/每立米排放物,本发明的减排效果非常显著,比目前传统的燃烧器节能15%以上。本发明另一个积极效果在于减排的同时炉内的温度不降低,解决了目前化工炉依靠补充冷空气减排氮氧化合物从而影响炉内温度这一难题。

具体实施方式
[0011 ]如附图1所示,扩散喉管混合室2整体呈圆筒形,其后部通过空气隔板3和法兰盘4固定,扩散喉管混合室2的后端与一次配风室20连通,扩散喉管混合室2的中、前部固定在筒状壳体内11,扩散喉管混合室2由后至前(燃气运动方向为前)由三个圆锥形组成,第一个圆锥形在扩散喉管混合室2的后部,由扩散喉管混合室2后端向前方直径逐渐缩小;第二个圆锥形在扩散喉管混合室2的中部,由后向前直径逐渐增大;第三个圆锥形就是扩散喉管混合室2的前端出口向内收缩成圆锥形,其前端出口直径小于散喉管混合室2后端进口直径;圆锥形燃烧喷嘴10后端直径小于前端直径,呈向前方扩散形。扩散喉管混合室2的三圆锥形结构及圆锥形燃烧喷嘴10的扩散结构使燃气形成扩散、收缩、再扩散、再收缩、再扩散的流动过程,促进燃气和空气混合均匀,减少运动阻力,增加二次燃烧的吸气作用,提升二次燃烧的出口速度,缩短氮分子在燃烧室停留的时间,减少氮氧化合物形成,提高节能效果。
[0012]在扩散喉管混合室2的外侧均布12个与燃烧器二次配风室23相通的二次风管6,圆锥形罩24安装在圆锥形收缩喉管7前方,圆锥形收缩喉管7外壁与圆锥形罩24内壁形成一个环形缝隙风道9,扩散喉管混合室2的外侧的二次风管6与环形缝隙风道9连通,圆锥形燃烧喷嘴后端10与圆锥形罩24前端固定连接,在圆锥形收缩喉管7前端形成筒状二次燃烧室8。
[0013]附图3给出了一个由18个前述燃烧单元组成的化工燃烧器,燃烧器整体呈筒形,燃烧单元在其圆面上均匀分布,由每个燃烧单元的燃气输入管道I接入燃气室16,燃烧器的前部设有与一次配风室20连通的二次配风室23,燃烧单元的扩散喉管混合室2的后端及风道6都与二次配风室23连通,外置风机通过助燃风入口 17,向一次配风室20提供空气。
Claims (2)
1.低氮节能燃烧器燃烧单元,包括筒状壳体(U)、法兰盘(4)和扩散喉管混合室(2),空气隔板(3)通过法兰固定螺杆(5)与法兰盘(4)连接,空气隔板(3)用于固定燃气输入管道(1),扩散喉管混合室(2)固定在法兰盘(4)上,扩散喉管混合室(2)的后端与燃烧器的一次配风气室(20)连通,扩散喉管混合室(2)的前部置于筒状壳体(11)内,其特征在于扩散喉管混合室(2)的前端向内收缩,构成圆锥形收缩喉管(7),一个与圆锥形收缩喉管(7)形状相吻合的圆锥形罩(24)安装在圆锥形收缩喉管(7)前方,圆锥形收缩喉管(7)外壁与圆锥形罩(24)内壁形成一个环形缝隙风道(9),扩散喉管混合室(2)的外侧有二次风管(6)与环形缝隙风道(9)连通,一个圆锥形燃烧喷嘴(10)固定在圆锥型罩(24)的前端,圆锥型燃烧喷嘴(10)在圆锥型收缩喉管(7)前方形成筒状二次燃烧室(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低氮节能燃烧器燃烧单元,其特征在于扩散喉管混合室(2)由后至前由三个圆锥形组成,第一个圆锥形在扩散喉管混合室(2)的后部,由扩散喉管混合室(2)后端向前方直径逐渐缩小;第二个圆锥形在扩散喉管混合室(2)的中部,由后向前直径逐渐增大;第三个圆锥形就是扩散喉管混合室(2)的前端出口向内收缩成圆锥形,其前端出口直径小于散喉管混合室(2)后端进口直径,圆锥形燃烧喷嘴(IQ)后端直径小于前端直径,呈向前方扩散形。
