一种新型玻璃纤维
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃纤维技术领域,特别涉及一种新型玻璃纤维。
(二)背景技术
用于制造连续玻璃纤维原丝最常用的玻璃组合物为 “E 玻璃” 。随着社会经济、技术的发展,E 玻璃纤维的应用需求不断扩大,对于玻璃纤维的性能要求更加严苛,在某些领域,普通的 E 玻璃纤维的基础性能已经达不到相关要求,特别是在近些年逐渐兴起的航空部件、风电等高端领域的应用,急需一种更高强度、更高弹性模量的玻璃纤维来替代之前的普通E玻璃纤维。
(三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种新型玻璃纤维。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种新型玻璃纤维,其特征在于:包括以下重量分数组份:SiO2 56~62份,ZrO2 18.3~24.2份,Al2O3 22.2~24.2份,Fe2O3 10.3~12.6份,CaF2 1.2~3.3份, MgO 0.32~0.45份,TiO2 1.5~3.5份,B2O3 2.4~3.25份,Na2O 0.32~0.45份,K2O 0.1~0.3份,MgF20.23~0.35份。
进一步,包括以下重量分数组份:SiO2 58.9份,ZrO2 22.1份,Al2O3 23.1份,Fe2O311.7份,CaF2 2.2份, MgO 0.38份,TiO2 2.5份,B2O3 3.37份,Na2O 0.33份,K2O 0.28份,MgF2 0.32份。
进一步,还包含有0.1~0.5份的Li2O。
所述原料混合后经窑炉熔融后拉制成原丝。
含ZrO2的硅酸盐玻璃在碱溶液中水化后水化产物很难以离解成离子,因此ZrO2 在碱溶液侵蚀下很稳定。 ZrO2 对提高玻璃的耐酸、 碱性能起到很好的作用,尤其是玻璃的耐碱性能。ZrO2 作为提高耐碱玻璃耐碱性的重要组分,其组分含量的多少对提高耐碱性能的效果也不一样。
Li2O 作为一种碱金属氧化物,在玻璃结构中主要为断键作用, 助熔作用强烈,是强助熔剂。
本玻璃配方基础玻璃体系为硅、铝、钙、镁体系,在此基础上, 对体系的氧化物组成比例按照高强度、高模量、低能耗、熔制稳定性的要求进行设计。SiO2是玻璃形成骨架的主体,以硅氧四面体[SiO4 ] 的结构组成不规则的连续网络结构。其在保持玻璃化学稳定性、热稳定性、硬度和机械强度方面起重要作用。Al2O3 在玻璃中提高化学稳定性、热稳定性、硬度和机械强度的同时主要起抑制分相的作用。本发明中CaF2可提高配合料的熔化性能,降低玻璃黏度,改善玻璃失透性,增加玻璃机械强度,提高耐水性。MgO 可减慢玻璃硬化速度,降低玻璃析晶倾向。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的新型玻璃纤维具有优异的耐腐蚀性,且生产工艺稳定,单位产品能耗低,生产成本低。

一种新型玻璃纤维,其特征在于:包括以下重量分数组份:SiO2 56份,ZrO2 18.3份,Al2O3 22.2份,Fe2O3 10.3份,CaF2 1.2份, MgO 0.32份,TiO2 1.5份,B2O3 2.4份,Na2O0.32份,K2O 0.1份,MgF2 0.23份, Li2O 0.1份;所述原料混合后经窑炉熔融后拉制成原丝。

一种新型玻璃纤维,其特征在于:包括以下重量分数组份:SiO2 62份,ZrO2 24.2份,Al2O3 24.2份,Fe2O3 12.6份,CaF2 3.3份, MgO 0.45份,TiO2 3.5份,B2O3 3.25份,Na2O0.45份,K2O 0.3份,MgF2 0.35份,Li2O 0.5份;所述原料混合后经窑炉熔融后拉制成原丝。
实施例3:
一种新型玻璃纤维,其特征在于:包括以下重量分数组份:SiO2 58.9份,ZrO2 22.1份,Al2O3 23.1份,Fe2O3 11.7份,CaF2 2.2份, MgO 0.38份,TiO2 2.5份,B2O3 3.37份,Na2O0.33份,K2O 0.28份,MgF2 0.32份,Li2O 0.3份;所述原料混合后经窑炉熔融后拉制成原丝。
