本发明公开了一种结构简便的拖拉机传动装置,包括前桥、后桥、齿轮分动箱、机电复合传动系统、动力输出传动箱,所述机电复合传动系统包括发动机、一号电机、二号电机、功率分配器、行星减速器和功率集合件,功率集合件通过外啮合齿轮与齿轮分动箱的输入轴连接,齿轮分动箱的后输出轴与后桥连接,前输出轴与前桥连接,所述发动机的输出轴依次通过弹性联轴器、一号电机、功率分配器,再通过离合器与动力输出传动箱相连接,本发明所述的传动装置将发动机功率在输入端进行分流,在输出端汇合于车轮驱动轴上,可实现无级变速和两种功率流的复合驱动,具有传动结构简单、占用空间小,传动效率高,排放低,油耗低,易操作的优点。

[0002]目前我国农业拖拉机特别是大马力拖拉机的传动装置大多采用齿轮式的变速箱,在利用拖拉机耕田时,需要低的行驶速度和大的输出扭矩,拖拉机在路面上运输行驶时,需要相对高的行驶速度和小的输出扭矩,为适应外界负荷和行程阻力的频繁变动,变速箱需能够适时的变更转速和扭矩,这通常需要增加变速箱的换挡排数,必然使变速箱的结构复杂而笨重,而采用液压栗加马达的静压传动方式虽可以实现平稳的无级变速,但存在传动效率较低、元件造价成本高等问题,但纯电动驱动存在续航时间短、充电不便等缺点,尤其对于大马力拖拉机来说,大容量的蓄电池存在体积大、重量重、成本高等问题;而采用发动机、发电机、电动机、变速箱依次串联设置的驱动系统可以应用在大马力拖拉机上,但发动机发出的功率先由发电机转为电能,再由电动机转为机械能,整个传动装置存在两次能量转换,导致传动装置传动效率不高,同时由于发动机与发电机直接连接,发电机转速低且电机装机功率大,同样存在电机体积和重量大,整车空间布置困难,造价成本高等问题。
[0003]现在有的汽车生产厂家开始研制功率分流的变速箱,可简化变速箱的结构,实现无级变速功能,丰田公司的Prius混合动力系统(THS)就是采用功率分汇流式的无级变速传动装置,并已成功应用于汽车领域,THS传动装置根据汽车的工况,有多种工作模式,系统控制复杂,其驱动系统主要满足汽车对前进方向速度的控制需要,Prius汽车在倒车时,发动机关闭,采用蓄电池能量进行纯电动倒车,这主要是由于倒车时,Prius的电动机(齿圈)反转,如果发动机仍在工作,即行星架在正向旋转,根据行星机构差动原理,会使发电机(太阳轮)正向旋转的速度更快,超过允许的额定转速,影响齿轮及轴承的使用寿命,故Prius倒车采用纯电动模式,且倒车速度不易过快,可使行星机构的各个部件工作在限定转速范围内。
[0004]而拖拉机工况多变、作用种类繁多、工作环境恶劣,在前进方向和倒车方向都要精确控制拖拉机的行驶速度和输出牵引力,对于拖拉机长时间倒车的工况,如果采用纯电动模式,则需要非常大的蓄电池容量,导致整车布局困难,故Prius的THS传动装置是不适合在拖拉机上运用;此外Prius汽车在市区行驶时,会频繁刹车和加速,制动能量回收可观,另外对于汽车起步和倒车工况,均采用纯电动方式行驶,故Prius汽车都配有一个较大容量蓄电池,而拖拉机常在田间工作,行驶速度低,制动能量回收有限,且拖拉机前进和后退均需对外输出牵引力,因此需要对现有的传动装置进行改进。
发明内容
[0005]为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种结构简便的拖拉机传动装置,将发动机功率在输入端进行分流,在输出端汇合于车轮驱动轴上,使拖拉机在前进和后退时均利用发动机的功率进行驱动,通过适宜的控制策略,即可实现拖拉机在前进和后退方向上都有较宽的无级调速范围和较大的牵引力,驱动装置具有传动机构结构简单、操作简便、传动效率高等优点,同时可改善发动机的工作点,提高发动机的燃料经济性和改善排放性。
[0006]为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种结构简便的拖拉机传动装置,其特征在于:包括前桥、后桥、齿轮分动箱、机电复合传动系统、动力输出传动箱、弹性联轴器,所述机电复合传动系统包括发动机、一号电机、二号电机、功率分配器、行星减速器和功率集合件,所述功率分配器、行星减速器为齿轮结构,所述功率分配器有三个连接端,分别为行星齿轮机构的太阳轮一、齿圈一和行星架一,所述行星架一与发动机的输出轴连接,齿圈一与一号电机输入轴连接,太阳轮一通过外啮合齿轮与功率集合件连接,所述行星减速器有两个副连接端和一个固定端,其第一副连接端对应为太阳轮二,并与二号电机的输出轴连接,第二副连接端对应为行星架二与功率集合件连接,固定端对应为齿圈二且固定不动,功率集合件与行星减速器的行星架二相连接,再通过外啮合齿轮和功率分配器的太阳轮一相连接,由功率集合件把总功率输入齿轮分动箱,齿轮分动箱的后输出轴与后桥连接,前输出轴与前桥连接,所述发动机的输出轴依次通过弹性联轴器、一号电机、功率分配器,再通过离合器与动力输出传动箱相连接,所述发动机、一号电机和功率分配器为同轴布置,二号电机、行星减速器和功率集合件为同轴布置,所述动力输出传动箱另一端设有动力输出轴。
[0007]作为本发明的一种改进,所述功率分配器为二自由度的单排行星齿轮。

[0010]本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所述的一种结构简便的拖拉机传动装置,采用功率分流后再汇合的传动模式,由功率分配器将发动机功率进行分流:一部分流向电力传动部分,另一部分流向机械传动部分,两部分功率最后汇合于车轮驱动轴上,共同驱动行走,通过控制系统的合理控制,使之能够根据拖拉机的作业工况,把发动机的驱动功率合理分配为电功率和机械功率,使两路传动协同工作,在实现无级变速功能平稳实现的同时,可改善发动机的工作点,从而提高了拖拉机的作业效率及燃料经济性,同时电机装机功率小,易于电机在拖拉机上的结构布置和安装,同时考虑到拖拉机存在前进和后退均需要工作的工况,对发电机与电动机进行了专门布置,使拖拉机在后退时,仍采用发动机功率进行电力驱动,保证拖拉机在倒车时仍可以无级调速并发挥出合适牵引力,确保拖拉机前进、后退方向可靠工作。

[0021]下面结合附图和具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。需要说明的是,下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”和“下”指的是附图中的方向,词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向。
[0022]如图I所示,本发明所述的一种结构简便的拖拉机传动装置,包含前桥1、后桥11、齿轮分动箱15、机电复合传动系统、动力输出传动箱12,机电复合传动系统包括发动机2、一号电机5、二号电机9、功率分配器6、行星减速器8和功率集合件7,一号电机5构造为发电机,二号电机9构造为电动机,在空间布局上,所述发动机2、一号电机5和功率分配器6为同轴布置,二号电机9、行星减速器8和功率集合件7为同轴布置,由功率集合件把总功率输入齿轮分动箱15,齿轮分动箱15的后输出轴14与后桥11连接,前输出轴16与前桥I连接,发动机的输出轴4在经过弹性联轴器3的连接作用后,依次穿过一号电机5、功率分配器6,再通过离合器10与拖拉机的动力输出传动箱12相连接,动力输出传动箱12另一端设有动力输出轴13,通过调节动力输出传动箱12速比,可实现动力输出轴13不同工作转速的需求。
[0023]本发明所述的一种结构简便的拖拉机传动装置,功率分配器6包含太阳轮一 61、行星齿轮一62、齿圈一63和行星架一64,如图2所不:功率分配器6为两自由度的单排行星齿轮机构,功率分配器6有三个连接端,第一连接端为行星架一64并与发动机的输出轴4相连接;其第二连接端构造为齿圈一 63并与一号电机5的输入轴相连接;其第三连接端构造为太阳轮一 61并与功率集合件7连接,功率分配器6的作用是将发动机2的输出功率分成电功率和机械功率两部分,并对外输出。
[0024]本发明所述的一种结构简便的拖拉机传动装置,行星减速器8为单自由度的单排行星齿轮机构,包含齿圈二81,行星架二 82,行星齿轮二 83、和太阳轮二 84,所述行星减速器8有两个副连接端和一个固定端,行星减速器8的构造方式如图3所示:其第一副连接端为太阳轮二 84并与二号电机9的输出轴相连接;其第二副连接端构造为行星架二 82并与功率集合件7连接;其固定端为齿圈二 81且固定不动。
[0025]功率集合件7与行星减速器的行星架二 82相连接,再通过外啮合齿轮17和功率分配器6的太阳轮一61相连接,功率集合件7的作用是将电功率和机械功率汇总,并传送给拖拉机的后续传动机构。
[0026]本发明所述的一种结构简便的拖拉机传动装置,具体工作原理如下:发动机2输出的功率经发动机输出轴4首先进入功率分配器6,通过功率分配器6的分流作用将发动机2的功率(转速和扭矩)进行分流:一部分发动机功率经过功率分配器的齿圈一63流向一号电机5,这部分为电力传动,由齿圈一63带动一号电机5进行发电,发出的电功率经过电机模块控制器后,输出给二号电机9,由二号电机9对外旋转做功,将电能变为机械能,输出到行星减速器8的太阳轮二84上,再由行星架二82输出;另一部分的发动机功率流向功率分配器6的太阳轮一 61,为机械传动,两部分的功率最后汇合于功率集合件7,传给后续的齿轮分动箱15,通过后输出轴14和前输出轴16将总功率分配给后桥11和前桥I,实现拖拉机的驱动行走,在齿轮分动箱15中使用高低速换挡同步器,可使拖拉机在I档(低速挡)进行田间作业和Π档(高速档)进行运输作业,通过电机模块控制器的控制,可控制电力传动的输出转速和扭矩,从而使整个系统输出端的转速和扭矩连续变化,实现无级变速功能平稳过渡,不会在变速过程中出现停顿现象。
[0027]根据拖拉机的作业工况,在电机控制系统的合理控制下,可使两路传动协同工作,使发动机的功率得到合理分配,拖拉机表现出优异的牵引特性,如图4、5所示为电功率和机械功率在拖拉机不同行驶速度下的功率分配比例示意图,图6、7为拖拉机的牵引力特性曲线,以拖拉机I档(低速挡,不超过20km/h)工作为例说明,拖拉机I档工作区的前进车速为0-20km/h,拖拉机起步时,需要较大驱动力,发动机功率主要转换为电功率,这充分利用电动机低速大扭矩的特性,进行大扭矩的电力驱动,发挥电力驱动的优势;图6所示在6km/h以下(这是拖拉机常用的犁耕工作速度),拖拉机可发挥出最大牵引力,随着拖拉机速度的不断提高,所需驱动力减少,在电机控制系统的调节下,使电功率逐渐变小而机械功率逐渐变大,如图4和图6所示,在车速为6km/h时,电功率变为73%,机械功率变为27%,车速增加到15km/h时,电功率减少到27%,机械功率增加到73%,牵引力逐步减少,当达到最大车速20km/h时,仅为机械传动,功率百分比平滑改变,既充分利用机械传动效率高效的特点,同时牵引力也降为最小值,符合车辆行驶理论,拖拉机后退车速为O〜-15km/h,后退时,发动机功率通过发电机变为电功率,使电动机反转,机械传动为无功功率,系统效率有下降,但仍可实现无级调速并发挥出较大牵引力,如图6,保证了拖拉机可长时间处于后退工作状态,图5和图7为拖拉机Π档运输区的功率分配比和牵引力特性曲线,其特征与I档工作区类似,而且原理相同。
[0028]本发明对发电机(一号电机5)与电动机(二号电机9)的安装位置进行了特殊布置,倒车时,可防止发电机转速过高,如图8所示为本发明中的行星机构列线图,通过电动机反转,实现倒车工况,此时功率集合件7反转,即功率分配器6的太阳轮一61反转,而行星架(与发动机的输出轴连接)只能正向旋转,由于行星轮系的结构,3个零件转速之间的关系总是为一条以传动比为比例关系的直线,故发电机的齿圈一会增速,但增加幅度不太,仍在可允许的转速范围内,故可实现由发动机功率驱动车辆倒车;而Prius汽车倒车时,如采用发动机功率进行驱动,则发电机的太阳轮转速会超高,图9为Prius汽车THS系统行星机构列线图,图中的虚线位置,发电机的太阳轮已超速,故Prius汽车倒车,采用纯电动模式,使发动机停转(行星架转速为零),且车速不易过快,才能使发电机的太阳轮转速在允许转速范围之内,如图9所示的实线位置,THS系统不适宜于拖拉机使用。
[0029]由于为机电复合驱动,因此该传动方式下的电机装机功率与串联模式相比可减小,且电机为高速电机,通过提高电机的转速,可使电机的体积和重量得到明显减少,因此采用该用驱动方式,易于实现电机在大马力拖拉机上的结构布置和安装。
[0030]本发明所述发动机2为柴油机,经济性较好,故障少,保养容易,工作可靠,坚固耐用,寿命长,所述一号电机5采用永磁同步发电机,所述二号电机9采用永磁同步电动机,体积小,损耗低,效率高,节约能源。

[0032]本发明所述的一种结构简便的拖拉机传动装置,克服了以前拖拉机串联设置的驱动系统传动效率不高、电机装机功率大、体积大的缺点,本发明所述的传动装置,将发动机功率在输入端进行分流,在输出端汇合于车轮驱动轴上,使拖拉机在前进和后退时均利用发动机的功率进行驱动,功率传递的综合效率较高,既保证了传动效率,又能够减少安装空间与设备重量,变速平稳,拖拉机在前进和后退方向上都有较宽的无级调速范围和较大的牵引力,提高了工作效率。

Claims (4)

1. 一种结构简便的拖拉机传动装置,其特征在于:包括前桥、后桥、齿轮分动箱、机电复合传动系统、动力输出传动箱、弹性联轴器,所述机电复合传动系统包括发动机、一号电机、二号电机、功率分配器、行星减速器和功率集合件,所述功率分配器、行星减速器为齿轮结构,所述功率分配器有三个连接端,分别为行星齿轮机构的太阳轮一、齿圈一和行星架一,所述行星架一与发动机的输出轴连接,齿圈一与一号电机输入轴连接,太阳轮一通过外啮合齿轮与功率集合件连接,所述行星减速器有两个副连接端和一个固定端,其第一副连接端对应为太阳轮二与二号电机的输出轴连接,第二副连接端对应为行星架二,与功率集合件连接,固定端对应为齿圈二且固定不动,功率集合件与行星减速器的行星架二相连接,再通过外啮合齿轮和功率分配器的太阳轮一相连接,由功率集合件把总功率输入齿轮分动箱,齿轮分动箱的后输出轴与后桥连接,前输出轴与前桥连接,所述发动机的输出轴依次通过弹性联轴器、一号电机、功率分配器,再通过离合器与动力输出传动箱相连接,所述发动机、一号电机和功率分配器为同轴布置,二号电机、行星减速器和功率集合件为同轴布置,所述动力输出传动箱另一端设有动力输出轴。
