Abstract

一种截留真空带料凝冻器,涉及油脂化工——脂肪酸的负压蒸馏技术领域。在进气口和出气口之间的筒体内沿筒体的长度方向设置若干折流板,各折流板的上、端分别与筒体的内壁连接,两块相邻的折流板分别在筒体内相反的水平方向各留有小半圆形的空隙;在各折流板的最下端附近的筒体上分别开设导流孔,并在各导流孔上连接导流管。本发明产品可用于串接于真空泵的进口前,可以有效地将蒸馏釜中带出气体所含的硬脂酸分离出来,使得进入真空泵中的气体纯度提高,可以有效地保护真空泵不被硬脂酸堵塞,保障蒸馏的顺利进行。

Description

一种截留真空带料凝冻器
技术领域
本发明涉及油脂化工——脂肪酸的负压蒸馏技术领域。
背景技术
真空系统带料是指接在真空泵与脂肪酸蒸馏釜之间的冷凝器在工作时由于受到不断夹带的硬脂酸等物在壳程换热管外壁凝固增厚导致冷凝器壳层堵塞,气流不畅,蒸馏釜内真空因此下降,最后造成蒸馏无法正常进行,必须停车清除堵塞物,疏通后才能再行开车蒸馏。
从工艺上看,问题出在冷凝器和前面的冷阱上面。因为如果冷阱将随尾气带出的硬脂酸等可凝物完全冷凝下来,就不会造成与其相连接的冷凝器冻结堵塞。但冷凝器换热管间距过小,使得只要有少量的硬脂酸固结在外管壁上,就会导致堵塞,气流不畅,真空压降增大。经研究发现冷阱不是冷凝面积不够,而是管程短而直,微量硬脂酸随尾气带出冷阱,进入后面的冷凝器。
从实际使用效果来看,每小时硬脂酸等可凝物中的绝大多数(超过200公斤)都已在前面的冷阱中冷凝下来,而随着真空带走的约0.2公斤(按COD倒推计算得到),所以冷阱的效率是很高的,达到预期效果。
发明内容
本发明目的是提出一种在真空生产过程中能避免以上堵塞现象发生影响连续生产的截留真空带料凝冻器。
本发明包括筒体,在筒体的两端分别连接前端筒节和后端筒节,在筒体与前端筒节之间夹持前分隔板,在筒体与后端筒节之间夹持后分隔板,在前分隔板和后分隔板上分别开设若干通孔,在前分隔板和后分隔板之间布置若干换热管,各换热管的两端分别密封连接在对应的前分隔板和后分隔板的通孔中;在前端筒节的端部连接循环冷却水出水口,在后端筒节的端部连接循环冷却水进水口,在筒体的前后两端分别连接进气口和出气口;其特征在于在进气口和出气口之间的筒体内沿筒体的长度方向设置若干折流板,各折流板的上、端分别与筒体的内壁连接,两块相邻的折流板分别在筒体内相反的水平方向各留有小半圆形的空隙;在各折流板的最下端附近的筒体上分别开设导流孔,并在各导流孔上连接导流管。
本发明产品可用于串接于真空泵的进口前,将本发明的循环冷却水进水口、出水口与一循环冷却水系统相连,循环冷却水从进水口进入由后分隔板与后端筒节形成的密封腔后,经换热管到达由前分隔板与前端筒节形成的密封腔,然后自循环冷却水出水口返回循环冷却水系统。
蒸汽喷射泵对脂肪酸蒸馏釜进行抽真空时,蒸馏釜中挥发出的气体中夹带有硬脂酸,该气体自设置在筒体上的进气口进入筒体内腔,经位于前分隔板和后分隔板之间的换热管以及折流板的换热冷却下,气体得以降温,使原气体中含有的硬脂酸冷凝分离出来并冻结在换热管道外壁和折流板上,去除硬脂酸后的纯气体则由出气口排出筒体,然后进入真空泵中。
本发明所用折流板呈大半圆形,两块相邻的折流板分别在水平相反的方向各留有小半圆形的空隙,使得气体流动畅通,减小压降,气体在筒体的空腔里面沿着折流板留下的小半圆空隙呈S形的走向,并不断撞击其中的导热管和折流板,气体中所含硬脂酸在碰撞时凝结在导热管外壁和折流板上面。因此,本发明可以有效地将蒸馏釜中带出气体所含的硬脂酸分离出来,使得进入真空泵中的气体纯度提高,可以有效地保护真空泵不被硬脂酸堵塞,保障蒸馏的顺利进行。
本发明还在各折流板上开设换热管穿孔,换热管穿插在相应的穿孔中。这有利于安装导热管,也有利于筒体内气体与导热管间的热交换,使硬脂酸得以充分凝结下来。
本发明还在前端筒节上部通过第一组三通分别连接排空管和蒸汽进汽管;在后端筒节的下部通过第二组三通分别连接排水管和蒸汽回汽管。
由于长时间的工作,筒体内壁、前后端板、折流板和换热管表面可能会积留有硬脂酸,为了提高换热效率、提高硬脂酸的分离效果,必须及时清理这些积留的硬脂酸。当发现脂肪酸蒸馏釜中真空开始下降时,立即切换使用另一个备用凝冻器,分别关闭停用凝冻器的循环冷却水进水和出水阀门,打开与排水管串接的阀门和与排空管串接的阀门,将凝冻器中的循环冷却水排尽后关闭这两个阀门。按顺序先后打开与蒸汽进汽管串接的阀门和与蒸汽回汽管串接的阀门,通入高温蒸汽,使凝冻器中积留的硬脂酸熔化成液体再由筒体下方导流管排出筒体外。等蒸汽加热至凝冻器筒体外壁温度升到足够高时,关闭与蒸汽进汽管串接的阀门和与蒸汽回汽管串接的阀门。至此,该凝冻器又可以重复使用。
本发明还在筒体下部设置外夹套,在外夹套的前后两端分别连接高温蒸汽进汽管和回汽管。在加热熔化凝冻器内部积留的硬脂酸同时,向外夹套内通入高温蒸汽,以保持下筒体具有一定的温度,有效防止硬脂酸积留在筒体内壁、前后端板、折流板和换热管表面,防止硬脂酸在筒体下部及导流管处凝结冻堵,使熔化后的液体硬脂酸得以顺利排出凝冻器。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示,本发明在筒体1的两端分别连接前端筒节2和后端筒节3,在筒体1与前端筒节2之间夹持前分隔板4,在筒体1与后端筒节3之间夹持后分隔板5。
在前分隔板和后分隔板上分别开设若干通孔6,在前分隔板4和后分隔板5之间布置若干换热管7,各换热管7的两端分别密封连接在对应的前分隔板和后分隔板的通孔中6。
在前端筒节2的端部连接循环冷却水出水口8,在后端筒节3的端部连接循环冷却水进水口9,在筒体1的前后两端分别连接进气口10和出气口11。在进气口10和出气口11之间的筒体1内、延筒体1的长度方向设置五块折流板12。
各折流板12分别与筒体1的内壁连接,两块相邻的折流板12分别在筒体1内相反的水平方向各留有小半圆形的空隙13。在各折流板12上开设导热管穿孔14,导热管7穿置在相应的导热管穿孔14中。对应于各折流板12的下端、在筒体1底部分别设置导流管20。
在前端筒节2上部通过第一组三通15分别连接排空管16和蒸汽进汽管21。在后端筒节3的下部通过第二组三通22分别连接排水管23和蒸汽回汽管24。
在筒体1下部设置外夹套17,在外夹套17的前后两端分别连接蒸汽进汽管18和回汽管19。

Claims (4)

1.一种截留真空带料凝冻器,包括筒体,在筒体的两端分别连接前端筒节和后端筒节,在筒体与前端筒节之间夹持前分隔板,在筒体与后端筒节之间夹持后分隔板,在前分隔板和后分隔板上分别开设若干通孔,在前分隔板和后分隔板之间布置若干换热管,各换热管的两端分别密封连接在对应的前分隔板和后分隔板的通孔中;在前端筒节的端部连接循环冷却水出水口,在后端筒节的端部连接循环冷却水进水口,在筒体的前后两端分别连接进气口和出气口;其特征在于在进气口和出气口之间的筒体内沿筒体的长度方向设置若干折流板,各折流板的上、端分别与筒体的内壁连接,两块相邻的折流板分别在筒体内相反的水平方向各留有小半圆形的空隙;在各折流板的最下端附近的筒体上分别开设导流孔,并在各导流孔上连接导流管。
2.根据权利要求1所述截留真空带料凝冻器,其特征在于在各折流板上开设导热管穿孔,导热管穿置在相应的导热管穿孔中。
3.根据权利要求1所述截留真空带料凝冻器,其特征在于在前端筒节上部通过第一组三通分别连接排空管和蒸汽进汽管;在后端筒节的下部通过第二组三通分别连接排水管和蒸汽回汽管。
4.根据权利要求1所述截留真空带料凝冻器,其特征在于在筒体下部设置外夹套,在外夹套的前后两端分别连接高温蒸汽进汽管和回汽管。
