背景技术
[0002]如图1所示,现有液晶显示装置主要包括背光模组、显示面板2、面框7等。在背光模组中,导光板1、反射片11、光学膜层4等设于背板8中,胶框3连接在背板8上,且胶框3具有设于导光板2(或者说光学膜层4)出光面上的隔垫部31,当把背光模组与显示面板2、面框7等组成液晶显示装置时,隔垫部31就被夹在显示面板2边缘部与导光板I之间,并通过双面胶9与显示面板2粘接,从而起到固定显示面板2和导光板I位置的作用。其中,在导光板I的非入光侧面(即没有设置线光源的侧面)上还粘接有挡光件5,挡光件5为反光条,用于阻止光从非入光侧面射出。
[0003]由于注塑工艺的限制,以上胶框的隔垫部不可能太薄,且为保证强度,隔垫部也必须达到较大厚度。显然,按照以上方式,背光模组的厚度至少为导光板厚度加上隔垫部厚度(不考虑背板、光学膜层等)。由此,现有背光模组的厚度较大,不利于液晶显示装置的薄型化。
发明内容
[0004]本发明针对现有的液晶显示装置中的背光模组厚度较大,故难以实现薄型化的问题,提供一种厚度小的背光模组、液晶显示装置。

[0047]为对从导光板I射出的光进行进一步处理,故导光板I的出光面上还可设有扩散片等光学膜层4。现有技术中,可通过在背板上设置挡墙等固定光学膜层4。而在本实施例中,如图7所示,由于胶框3的隔垫部31有一部分“低于”导光板I出光面,故可在该隔垫部31中设置插入结构311(如凸起的小柱),插入结构311插入光学膜层4上的对应通孔中,从而固定光学膜层4。
[0048]更优选的,液晶显示装置还包括设于光学膜层4远离导光板I 一侧间的压片6,其具有通孔,挡光件5的插入结构311插入压片6的通孔中。

[0051]显然,如图8、图9所示,挡光件5必须在导光板I的非入光侧面的各位置均有设置才能起到完全的挡光效果,但支撑凸起51则只要在挡光件5长度方向上的几个位置间隔设置即可起到支撑作用;相应的,胶框3的隔垫部31也要为多个并间隔设置。这样,既可起到定位导光板1(和显示面板2)的作用,且其定位作用又不是太强,故当显示过程中导光板I受热膨胀时,能允许导光板I产生微小运动,避免因定位过死而损坏其他结构。
[0052] 优选的,胶框3的相邻隔垫部31之间通过连接部32相连,连接部32靠近导光板I出光面所在平面的一侧粘接有双面胶9。
[0053] 如图5、图8、图9所示,当挡光件5的支撑凸起51间隔设置时,胶框3的隔垫部31也是间隔的,而这些间隔的隔垫部31之间优选通过连接部32相连,以便提高胶框3整体的强度。其中,连接部32下方并无支撑凸起51,故其厚度可比隔垫部31厚度大以提高强度,由此隔垫部31位置下侧看起来形成类似“凹槽”的结构。其中,连接部32靠近导光板I出光面所在平面的一侧(即上侧)是靠近显示面板2的,故其上可粘接有双面胶9,以便在组成液晶显示装置时与显示面板2粘接,进一步改善固定效果。
[0054]优选的,背光模组还包括:背板8,其包围在导光板I的底面外,胶框3连接在背板8上。

Claims (10)

1.一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括: 导光板,其具有相对的底面和出光面,以及连接在底面和出光面间的多个侧面,所述侧面包括入光侧面和非入光侧面; 设于所述导光板的非入光侧面外、与所述非入光侧面接触、相对于所述导光板固定设置的挡光件,所述挡光件远离导光板非入光侧面的一侧设有支撑凸起,所述支撑凸起靠近导光板出光面所在平面的一侧为支撑侧,所述支撑侧与导光板底面间的距离小于导光板的厚度; 胶框,其包括隔垫部,所述隔垫部设于挡光件的支撑凸起的支撑侧上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于, 所述挡光件由金属材料构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于, 所述挡光件粘接在所述导光板的非入光侧面上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,还包括: 设于所述导光板出光面外的光学膜层,所述光学膜层的边缘部设有通孔; 所述胶框的隔垫部包括用于插入所述光学膜层的通孔中的插入结构。
5.根据权利要求4所述的背光模组,其特征在于,还包括: 设于所述光学膜层远离导光板一侧的压片,所述压片具有通孔,所述挡光件的插入结构插入所述压片的通孔中。
6.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于, 每个所述挡光件包括多个间隔设置的支撑凸起; 每个所述胶框包括多个间隔设置的隔垫部。
7.根据权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于, 所述胶框的相邻隔垫部之间通过连接部相连,所述连接部靠近导光板出光面所在平面的一侧粘接有双面胶。
8.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,还包括: 背板,其包围在所述导光板的底面外,所述胶框连接在所述背板上。
9.一种液晶显示装置,其特征在于,包括: 权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的背光模组; 显示面板,其设于所述导光板的出光面外,所述胶框的隔垫部夹设在所述挡光件的支撑凸起与显示面板之间。
10.根据权利要求9所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,还包括: 面框,其包围在所述显示面板的边缘部外。
