Abstract

一种空气净化器,包括壳体,壳体的里侧板、上侧板及下侧板上均开有孔,所述壳体内安装有蜂窝铝板,所述蜂窝铝板表面喷涂有纳米光催化材料,并且所述壳体内安装有用于发出UVA光的紫外灯。本发明空气净化器,可以设置在发热的电器上,对室内空气局部进行持续净化,还可防止电器产生静电吸尘,延长电器的使用寿命。

背景技术
[0002] 光敏材料(Photocatalyst),也叫光催化剂(Lightcatalyst),纳米光敏材料(T12)是一种在光的照射下自身不起变化,却能促进化学反应的物质;一般来说,纳米光敏材料必须在紫外线照射下才能发挥作用;纳米光敏材料以其无毒无害和具有持续性等优点而备受青睐,是一种新型的室内空气净化材料;现在,空气污染日益严重,急需能持续使用的空气净化装置。
发明内容
[0003]本发明的目的是提供一种空气净化器,其可以设置在发热的电器上,对室内空气局部进行持续净化,还可防止电器产生静电吸尘,延长电器的使用寿命。
[0004]为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案为:一种空气净化器,包括壳体,壳体的里侧板、上侧板及下侧板上均开有孔,所述壳体内安装有蜂窝铝板,所述蜂窝铝板表面喷涂有纳米光催化材料,并且所述壳体内安装有用于发出UVA光的紫外灯。

[0010]采用上述方案后,与现有技术相比,由于本发明空气净化器壳体上开有通孔,壳体内安装有蜂窝铝板,蜂窝铝板表面喷涂有纳米光催化材料,并且壳体内安装有用于发出UVA光的紫外灯,将本发明空气净化装置固定在冰箱后面的风扇位置处或固定在电视机背后发热处后,冰箱或电视机散发的热量使空气升温,热空气从下往上流动过程中,在空气流经净化器内,蜂窝铝板上喷涂的系列纳米光催化材料在紫外灯发出的UVA光的照射下使热空气被净化,能有效去除空气中的V0C,消除空气异味,杀灭多种细菌并且可以将细菌和真菌释放的毒素分解及无害化处理,使室内空气得到净化,而纳米光催化材料本身并不发生消耗,可持续使用;另外,由于纳米光催化材料具有很强的自净性,壳体内部不会积聚灰尘,同时可以防止电视机产生静电吸尘问题,可以保护电视机,延长电视机的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
[0015] 如图1、2所示,本发明一种空气净化器,包括壳体11,壳体11长25-40cm,宽2-5cm,高25-35cm,壳体11的里侧板、上侧板及下侧板上均开有通孔111,壳体11内安装有蜂窝铝板12,蜂窝铝板12表面喷涂有匪系列纳米光催化材料,并且壳体11内安装有多个用于发出UVA光的紫外灯14,壳体11的里侧板外侧上设置有固定装置,固定装置可以是挂钩、魔术贴或其他粘贴板。
[0016]如图3、4所示,使用时,本发明空气净化器可以通过固定装置固定在冰箱后面的风扇位置处或固定在电视机背后发热处,冰箱或电视机散发的热量使空气升温,热空气从下往上流动过程中,经壳体11下侧板上的通孔111进入空气净化器内,在空气净化器内,蜂窝铝板12上喷涂的匪系列纳米光催化材料在紫外灯14发出的UVA光的照射下,产生游离羟基和氧负离子,这两种物质对有机物有很强的分解作用使热空气被净化,能有效去除空气中的V0C,消除空气异味,杀灭多种细菌并且可以将细菌和真菌释放的毒素分解及无害化处理,使室内空气得到净化,而蜂窝铝板12上喷涂的系列纳米光催化材料本身并不发生消耗;另外,由于NM系列纳米光催化材料具有很强的自净性,壳体内部不会积聚灰尘,同时可以防止电视机产生静电吸尘问题,可以保护电视机,延长电视机的使用寿命。
[0017]为加快空气净化,同时促进电视机或冰箱散热,壳体11的外侧板上安装有散热扇13,散热扇13和紫外灯14均连接有电源,电源可采用电池或其他外接电源,在实际使用时可根据情况开启或关闭散热扇。
[0018]本发明空气净化器还可以实现智能控制,在壳体11内部设置联网模块,在Wif i条件下可快速将安装有客户端的手机与空气净化器联网,联网后,通过手机客户端可以对净化器进行遥控。

1.一种空气净化器,其特征在于:包括壳体(11),壳体(11)的里侧板、上侧板及下侧板上均开有孔(111),所述壳体(11)内安装有蜂窝铝板(12),所述蜂窝铝板(12)表面喷涂有纳米光催化材料,并且所述壳体(11)内安装有用于发出UVA光的紫外灯(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述壳体(11)的外侧板上安装有散热扇(13),所述壳体(11)上设置有散热扇(13)的开关。
3.根据权利要求2所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述散热扇(13)和紫外灯连接有电池。
4.根据权利要求2所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述散热扇(13)和紫外灯连接有外接电源。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述壳体(11)的里侧板上设置有固定装置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:在所述壳体(11)内部设置联网模块,在Wifi条件下所述联网模块可与安装有客户端的手机联网。
7.根据权利要求6所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述壳体(I I)长25-40cm,宽2_5cm,高25_35cm。
