Abstract

本发明涉及保温玻璃,具体公开了一种新型中空保温玻璃,包括铝框和平行设置于铝框两侧的玻璃,铝框的内侧于两块玻璃之间设有密封环框,铝框与玻璃之间通过胶水层相连接,两块玻璃之间为真空腔,密封环框靠近边部的侧面上设有三角形抽真空孔;靠近三角形抽真空孔的玻璃外侧由内至外设有钢化层、镀银层、镀铜层、红外线反射层和保护层,靠近三角形抽真空孔的玻璃上印有标识,远离三角形抽真空孔的玻璃外侧由内至外设有钢化层和保护层,所述两块玻璃内侧分别设有钢化层;钢化层、镀银层、镀铜层、红外线反射层和保护层均为透明状,保温效果好,透过颜色为无色,降低了生产成本。

技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及保温玻璃,具体涉及了一种新型中空保温玻璃。
背景技术
[0002]现有技术中的中空保温玻璃,是一种良好的隔热、隔音、美观适用、并可降低建筑物自重的新型建筑材料,中空玻璃是将两片或多片玻璃以有效支撑均匀隔开并周边粘结密封,使玻璃层间形成有干燥气体空间的玻璃制品,但是现有技术中的中空保温玻璃对450至550nm波段的光线的透射率比其他波段的光线的透射率高,不可避免的导致中空保温玻璃的透过颜色呈绿色,达不到透射光无色的市场要求。
[0003]现今的中空保温玻璃最外侧的玻璃与其他的玻璃会有镀膜的区别,但是又未做特殊标记,使在组装和安装时只根据工艺步骤直接安装,无法区分那片玻璃该朝向外侧,当本该是最外侧的玻璃处在其他位置时,导致中空保温玻璃不能达到最理想的保温效果。
发明内容
[0004]为解决上述技术问题,我们提出了一种新型中空保温玻璃,其目的:保温效果好,透过颜色为无色。
[0005]为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
[0006] —种新型中空保温玻璃,包括铝框和平行设置于铝框两侧的玻璃,铝框的内侧于两块玻璃之间设有密封环框,铝框与玻璃之间通过胶水层相连接,两块玻璃之间为真空腔,密封环框靠近边部的侧面上设有三角形抽真空孔;
[0007]靠近三角形抽真空孔的玻璃外侧由内至外设有钢化层、镀银层、镀铜层、红外线反射层和保护层,靠近三角形抽真空孔的玻璃上印有标识,远离三角形抽真空孔的玻璃外侧由内至外设有钢化层和保护层,所述两块玻璃内侧分别设有钢化层;
[0008]钢化层、镀银层、镀铜层、红外线反射层和保护层均为透明状。
[0009]优选的,所述镀银层的厚度为15纳米。
[0010]优选的,所述镀铜层的厚度为20纳米。
[0011]通过上述技术方案,靠近三角形抽真空孔的玻璃外侧由内至外设有钢化层、镀银层、镀铜层、红外线反射层和保护层,镀银层防止了有害光线透过该玻璃,镀铜层确保了该玻璃对450至550nm波段的光线的透射率和其他波段的光线的透射率相同,使该新型中空保温玻璃的透过颜色为无色,红外线反射层即能保证外界的红外线被反射回去,又能保证室内的红外线不会辐射至外侧,确保了该新型中空保温玻璃的保温效果好,由于密封环框靠近边部的侧面上设有三角形抽真空孔,靠近三角形抽真空孔的玻璃上印有标识,使该新型中空保温玻璃在安装和组装时,很容易确定最外侧玻璃的位置,确保了该新型中空保温玻璃的保温效果好。

[0019]靠近三角形抽真空孔41的玻璃2外侧由内至外设有钢化层21、镀银层22、镀铜层23、红外线反射层24和保护层25,靠近三角形抽真空孔41的玻璃2上印有标识,远离三角形抽真空孔41的玻璃2外侧由内至外设有钢化层21和保护层25,所述两块玻璃2内侧分别设有钢化层21,钢化层21、镀银层22、镀铜层23、红外线反射层24和保护层25均为透明状,所述镀银层22的厚度为15纳米,所述镀铜层23的厚度为20纳米,镀银层22防止了有害光线透过该玻璃,镀铜层23确保了该玻璃对450至550nm波段的光线的透射率和其他波段的光线的透射率相同,使该新型中空保温玻璃的透过颜色为无色,红外线反射层24即能保证外界的红外线被反射回去,又能保证室内的红外线不会辐射至外侧,确保了该新型中空保温玻璃的保温效果好;使该新型中空保温玻璃在安装和组装时,很容易确定最外侧玻璃2的位置,确保了该新型中空保温玻璃的保温效果好,减少了特殊镀膜结构玻璃所需的数量,降低了生产成本。
[0020]以上就是一种新型中空保温玻璃的结构特点和作用效果,其优点:保温效果好,透过颜色为无色,降低了生产成本。

1.一种新型中空保温玻璃,其特征在于,包括铝框(I)和平行设置于铝框(I)两侧的玻璃(2),铝框(I)的内侧于两块玻璃(2)之间设有密封环框,铝框(I)与玻璃(2)之间通过胶水层(3)相连接,两块玻璃(2)之间为真空腔(31),密封环框靠近边部的侧面上设有三角形抽真空孔(41); 靠近三角形抽真空孔(41)的玻璃(2)外侧由内至外设有钢化层(21)、镀银层(22)、镀铜层(23)、红外线反射层(24)和保护层(25),靠近三角形抽真空孔(41)的玻璃(2)上印有标识,远离三角形抽真空孔(41)的玻璃(2)外侧由内至外设有钢化层(21)和保护层(25),所述两块玻璃(2)内侧分别设有钢化层(21); 钢化层(21)、镀银层(22)、镀铜层(23)、红外线反射层(24)和保护层(25)均为透明状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型中空保温玻璃,其特征在于:所述镀银层(22)的厚度为15纳米。
