本发明公开了一种日用陶瓷茶具釉料,涉及陶瓷制造技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:石英粉25‑30份、钠长石粉10‑15份、粉煤灰8‑12份、凹凸棒土6‑10份、海泡石粉6‑10份、木质素磺酸钠5‑8份、烷基二乙醇酰胺4‑7份、瓜尔胶4‑7份、流变性助剂3‑5份、纳米陶瓷粉3‑5份、骨炭粉2‑3份、氧化胺2‑3份、分子筛原粉1‑2份、水100‑120份。本发明釉料喷涂于陶瓷素坯后能快速形成一层白皙致密的釉面,并且釉面光滑度和光泽度高,具有优异的附着性、耐磨性、耐高温性、耐候性和抗渗透性,使用寿命长且不易形成茶垢,即使形成茶垢后也能轻易去除。

[0002]陶瓷茶具是常用日用陶瓷器皿之一,用于泡茶。由于茶叶中含有鞣质,暴露在空气中易被氧化、聚合形成棕红色化合物,难溶于水,慢慢从茶叶中沉淀出来,依附在杯壁或壶壁上,从而形成茶垢。茶垢的形成会影响茶具的外观,并且会增加清洗难度。为了防止茶垢的生成,除了要净化水质外,还需提高釉面的光滑度、耐候性和抗渗透性。

[0006] 石英粉25-30份、钠长石粉10-15份、粉煤灰8-12份、凹凸棒土 6-10份、海泡石粉6-10份、木质素磺酸钠5-8份、烷基二乙醇酰胺4-7份、瓜尔胶4-7份、流变性助剂3-5份、纳米陶瓷粉3_5份、骨炭粉2-3份、氧化胺2-3份、分子筛原粉1-2份、水100-120份。
[0007]所述流变性助剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:活性白土 10-15份、氯化聚乙烯8-11份、微晶蜡6-9份、聚丙烯酰胺6-9份、乳化硅油4-7份、硅胶粉3-5份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚2-4份、纳米胶粉2-4份、硅烷偶联剂0.5-1份、松节油5-8份、水60-70份,其制备方法为:先将活性白土、聚丙烯酰胺和硅烷偶联剂加入水中,充分混合后静置30min,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理1min,然后加入微晶蜡和乳化硅油,继续微波处理5min,待混合物自然降温至50-60 °C后加入硅胶粉和纳米胶粉,充分混合后送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体再经粉碎机制成粉末,最后加入氯化聚乙烯、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚和松节油,研磨至充分混合均匀。

[0014]本发明的有益效果是:本发明所制釉料适用于日用陶瓷茶具,喷涂效率高且效果好,干燥时间短,喷涂于陶瓷素坯后能快速形成一层白皙致密的釉面,并且釉面光滑度和光泽度高,具有优异的附着性、耐磨性、耐高温性、耐候性和抗渗透性,使用寿命长且不易形成茶垢,即使形成茶垢后也能轻易去除。具体实施方式:

2.根据权利要求1所述的日用陶瓷茶具釉料,其特征在于,所述流变性助剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:活性白土 10-15份、氯化聚乙烯8-11份、微晶蜡6-9份、聚丙烯酰胺6-9份、乳化硅油4-7份、硅胶粉3-5份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚2-4份、纳米胶粉2-4份、硅烷偶联剂0.5-1份、松节油5-8份、水60-70份,其制备方法为:先将活性白土、聚丙烯酰胺和硅烷偶联剂加入水中,充分混合后静置30min,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理1min,然后加入微晶蜡和乳化硅油,继续微波处理5min,待混合物自然降温至50-60°C后加入硅胶粉和纳米胶粉,充分混合后送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体再经粉碎机制成粉末,最后加入氯化聚乙烯、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚和松节油,研磨至充分混合均匀。
