Abstract

本发明公开了一种高浓度酸碱反应装置,包括反应槽本体,反应槽本体的外壁为双层结构,内层所构成的腔体为中和反应槽,内层和外层之间设有夹层,夹层为自来水层,中和反应槽上部设有浓酸入口和浓碱入口,自来水层上方设有自来水入口,下方设有热水出口,热水出口连接有第一循环泵,第一循环泵连接有热交换器,热交换器连接有干燥设备或供热设备,中和反应槽内设有温度仪表和PH仪表,自来水层设有导电率检测仪表。本发明的有益效果为:用于高浓度酸碱废液反应,降低了反应温度,同时增加操作的安全性;采用双层构造,方便地监测出反应槽体是否有渗漏状况;采用热交换器对反应所产生的热量进行收集循环利用,降低了企业运营成本和处理费用。

一种高浓度酸碱反应装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种化工生产用设备,尤其涉及一种高浓度酸碱反应装置。
背景技术
在化工行业中会产生很多浓酸废液或者浓碱废液,这些高浓度酸碱废液如果单独处理或者废弃处理,成本高或污染比较大;现在一般处理这些高浓度酸碱废液通常采用中和反应;但是高浓度的酸碱中和反应会释放大量热,目前采用的中和反应槽存在以下问题1、反应放热量大,存在安全隐患;2、如果中和反应槽出现泄漏,不容易被快速发现,且泄漏物直接泄漏到反应槽外部,容易对设备造成腐蚀;3、中和反应放出的大量热被浪费,不能回收利用,造成资源的损耗。因此,急需一种能解决上述问题的发明的高浓度酸碱反应装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于克服上述不足,提供一种高浓度酸碱反应装置。
为达到上述目的,本发明是按照以下技术方案实施的:
一种高浓度酸碱反应装置,包括反应槽本体,所述的反应槽本体的外壁为双层结构,分为内层和外层,内层所构成的腔体为中和反应槽,内层和外层之间设有夹层,所述夹层为自来水层,中和反应槽上部设有浓酸入口和浓碱入口,所述的自来水层上方设有自来水入口,下方设有热水出口,所述的热水出口连接有第一循环泵和热交换器,所述的第一循环泵的后管路末端与自来水层连接,后管路中间段与热交换器的热端并联连接,所述的热交换器热端进水管、热端出水管以及热端进水管和热端出水管之间的后管路上分别设有控制阀门,所述的热交换器的冷端进水口依次连接有第二循环泵和自来水补水池,冷端出水口连接有干燥设备或供热设备;所述的中和反应槽内设有温度仪表和PH仪表,所述的自来水层设有导电率检测仪表。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:用于高浓度酸碱废液反应,本装置降低了反应温度,同时增加操作的安全性;采用双层构造,方便地监测出反应槽体是否有渗漏状况;采用热交换器对反应所产生的热量进行收集循环利用,降低了企业运营成本和处理费用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以及具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,在此发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
如图1所示的一种高浓度酸碱反应装置,包括反应槽本体1,所述的反应槽本体1的外壁为双层结构,分为内层101和外层102,内层101所构成的腔体为中和反应槽2,内层101和外层102之间设有夹层,所述夹层为自来水层3,中和反应槽2上部设有浓酸入口4和浓碱入口5,所述的自来水层3上方设有自来水入口6,下方设有热水出口7,所述的热水出口7连接有第一循环泵8和热交换器9,所述的第一循环泵8的后管路末端与自来水层3连接,后管路中间段与热交换器9的热端并联连接,所述的热交换器9热端进水管901、热端出水管902以及热端进水管901和热端出水管902之间的后管路上分别设有控制阀门11,所述的热交换器9的冷端进水口903依次连接有第二循环泵12和自来水补水池13,冷端出水口904连接有干燥设备或供热设备10;所述的中和反应槽2内设有温度仪表和PH仪表,所述的自来水层3设有导电率检测仪表。
在实际使用中,中和反应槽2作为浓酸、浓碱中和反应槽体;外部的自来水层3,用循环泵8进行循环,采用热对流的方式降低中和反应槽2内的温度,避免浓酸浓碱瞬间反应时产生热量过高导致沸腾等危险性极高的情况出现;中和反应槽2内设置温度仪表、PH或导电度仪表。
监测自来水层3的0A导电度即可判断中和反应槽2是否有渗漏,便于设备操作与维护。
用于降温的热水采用热交换器9进行热交换,回收的热量用在污水厂污泥干燥,或者直接以热水形式使用。
本发明的技术方案不限于上述具体实施例的限制,凡是根据本发明的技术方案做出的技术变形,均落入本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种高浓度酸碱反应装置,包括反应槽本体,其特征在于:所述的反应槽本体的外壁为双层结构,分为内层和外层,内层所构成的腔体为中和反应槽,内层和外层之间设有夹层,所述夹层为自来水层,中和反应槽上部设有浓酸入口和浓碱入口,所述的自来水层上方设有自来水入口,下方设有热水出口,所述的热水出口连接有第一循环泵和热交换器,所述的第一循环泵的后管路末端与自来水层连接,后管路中间段与热交换器的热端并联连接,所述的热交换器热端进水管、热端出水管以及热端进水管和热端出水管之间的后管路上分别设有控制阀门,所述的热交换器的冷端进水口依次连接有第二循环泵和自来水补水池,冷端出水口连接有干燥设备或供热设备;所述的中和反应槽内设有温度仪表和PH仪表,所述的自来水层设有导电率检测仪表。
