Abstract

the control circuit board and the power supply are arranged at the upper part in the pen shell, the control panel is arranged on the outer surface of the pen shell, the power supply is connected with the control circuit board, the control circuit board is respectively connected with the transmission device, the induction sensor, the trigger circuit and the control panel, the control panel is used for controlling the forward movement or the backward movement of the transmission device and setting the forward movement or the backward movement frequency and distance of the transmission device, and the control circuit board controls the operation of the transmission device according to the setting;
the trigger circuit is connected with the control circuit board, the trigger device is arranged at the front part of the injector, and once the trigger device contacts the trigger circuit, the whole circuit is communicated.
The trigger device comprises a contact point, a connecting rod and a contact piece, the contact point is arranged on the syringe needle in an annular mode and is connected with the contact piece through the connecting rod, the contact piece is not in contact with the trigger circuit, when the syringe needle pierces skin, the contact point is lifted, the connecting rod and the contact piece are lifted simultaneously, and the contact piece is in contact with the trigger circuit to communicate the whole circuit.
The connecting rod and the contact piece are positioned between the front end of the injector injection tube and the inner surface of the pen shell, and the telescopic springs are fixed on the connecting rod and the outside of the injection tube.
The control panel comprises a switch, a setting button group, a display screen and a photoresistor; the setting button group is used for setting forward or backward frequency and distance of the transmission device, the display screen is used for displaying set values and accumulated data, and the photoresistors comprise forward photoresistors used for controlling the forward movement of the transmission device and backward photoresistors used for controlling the backward movement of the transmission device.
The transmission device is a small electric linear transmission device.
The pen shell comprises a front pen shell and a rear pen shell, wherein the front pen shell and the rear pen shell are screwed together through an internal thread arranged at the rear end of the front pen shell and an external thread arranged at the front end of the front pen shell to form a hollow cylinder.

When blood return is observed, the needle head is pulled out, the circuit is disconnected, and the injection pen stops working. The strip-shaped transparent window is used for observing the injection condition of the medicine in the injector. The syringe can be replaced as required.

The pen shell comprises a front pen shell 9 and a rear pen shell 10, and the front pen shell and the rear pen shell are screwed together through an internal thread arranged at the rear end of the front pen shell and an external thread arranged at the front end of the front pen shell to form a hollow cylinder. The control circuit board and the power supply are arranged at the upper part in the pen shell, the control panel is arranged on the outer surface of the pen shell, the power supply is connected with the control circuit board, the control circuit board is respectively connected with the transmission device, the induction sensor, the trigger circuit and the control panel, the control panel is used for controlling the forward movement or the backward movement of the transmission device and setting the forward movement or the backward movement frequency and distance of the transmission device, and the control circuit board controls the operation of the transmission device according to the setting.
The trigger circuit is connected with the control circuit board, the trigger device is arranged at the front part of the injector, and once the trigger device contacts the trigger circuit, the whole circuit is communicated.
The trigger device comprises a trigger point 16, a connecting rod 17 and a contact piece 18, wherein the trigger point is annular and is arranged on the injection needle of the injector, the trigger point is connected with the contact piece through the connecting rod, and the contact piece is not contacted with the trigger circuit. When the needle pricks the skin of a person, the contact point is lifted, the connecting rod and the contact piece are lifted at the same time, and the contact piece is contacted with the trigger circuit to communicate the whole circuit. The connecting rod and the contact piece are positioned between the front end of the injection tube of the injector and the inner surface of the pen shell, and the telescopic spring 19 is fixed on the connecting rod and the outside of the injection tube.
The control panel includes a switch 20, a set button group 21, a display screen 22, and a photo resistor. The set of setting buttons is used to set the forward or reverse frequency and distance of the actuator, including the up and down buttons, and the modify and confirm buttons.
