背景技术
[0002]目前国内外的架空输电线路中应用较为广泛的仍为钢芯铝绞线,钢芯铝绞线具有结构简单、架设与维护方便、线路造价低、传输容量大等优点,但其缺点同样明显,例如在沿海盐雾区或化学工厂附近处的钢芯铝绞线腐蚀速率较高,同时内层与钢芯接触铝易发生电位腐蚀,以上几种腐蚀是导线断股和断线情况发生的主要原因,使输电线路的安全运行受到严重威胁,影响了导线的使用寿命。为有效降低铝绞层的化学腐蚀以及钢芯与铝间的电位腐蚀,对导线各绞层采用涂覆防腐油,达到提高线路安全性、降低线路损耗、提高导线使用寿命的目的。
[0003]目前各导线生产企业,采用人工对导线涂防腐油生产模式较为普遍,该种生产方式存在几个弊端,第一,采用人为涂油,无法保证不同的操作人员对涂油方式、重量、均匀性保持一致;第二,对于多层涂油导线,每层都需要涂油,增加人工成本;第三、人工涂油,难免会有在某段导线涂油过多,油膏掉落在地上或绞线机内部,造成油膏的浪费以及环境与设备的油污。而本发明采用气压管道控制压力阀,借助均匀空气压力挤压油膏,使导线在通过该充油装置时始终受到同样油膏挤压力,保证整根导线均匀涂油。

[0005]为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种用于架空电力传输导线的防腐油涂覆装置,包括油膏储存箱、活动压板、驱动气缸、气缸固定架和空气压缩机,所述油膏储存箱内存储有油膏,所述活动压板活动安装于油膏储存箱内并与油膏储存箱四壁紧密接触,一垫片固定于所述活动压板上表面,所述驱动气缸的活塞杆末端连接到位于活动压板的垫片上,一光感应部件安装于油膏储存箱侧壁上且位于活动压板与导线进线口、导线出线口之间;
所述活动压板上开有输油孔,此输油孔通过输油管连接到输油机上,所述空气压缩机与驱动气缸之间通过气管连接,所述油膏储存箱的左、右侧板分别开有导线进线口、导线出线口,所述导线进线口上安装有供导线穿过的尼龙模,所述导线出线口上安装有挡油机构;所述挡油机构包括固定环和旋转环,所述固定环安装于导线出线口上,所述旋转环安装于固定环内且旋转环可绕其轴线在固定环内高速旋转,所述旋转环内表面靠近内侧处安装有毛毡,所述旋转环内表面靠近外侧处安装有挡油板,所述毛毡与导线出线口的轴线夹角为30°〜60° ;所述旋转环相对固定环外侧延伸出一凸起部,此旋转环的凸起部通过皮带连接到电机的输出轴上。

1.本发明用于架空电力传输导线的防腐油涂覆装置,其可根据涂油重量以及导线截面、油膏粘稠度等情况调节气压传动装置以及装挡油装置,当导线表面涂油达到要求为止,便可固定气缸压力以及导线走线速度,使装置处于稳定状态,达到均匀涂油目的,装置出口处毛毡可以有效地将多余油膏阻挡至油箱内部,避免浪费;其次,其导线从挡油装置孔心通过时,旋转环高速旋转,带动挡油毛毡同步高速旋转,即使局部毛毡损坏,因处于高速旋转,同样可使导线360°均匀涂油,避免内环采用固定模式时,某部位毛毡损坏,那么在导线某一部位涂油不均;而疏松式的挡油毛毡采用倾斜45°角式涂油,既保证了油膏的涂覆,同时可及时排除油膏储存箱内的气体,后继设有尼龙材质的挡油板,不会伤害导线表面,又可将过量油膏阻挡住,避免油膏的浪费。
[0009] 2.本发明用于架空电力传输导线的防腐油涂覆装置,其使用该装置后,导线涂油重量得以保证,防腐效果得到提升,且避免油膏浪费,因挡油毡存在,以LGJ-400/35为例,涂油以GB/T 1179-2008要求各层全部涂油,每公里需涂油85.3kg,一台框绞机连续生产I天(日产量15km/天),需1.28吨防腐油,由于挡油毡的阻挡作用可避免千分之一浪费,那么可节省1.28kg/天.台的油膏,同时三层框绞可以减少72小时人工,显著降低导线加工成本。

所述挡油机构16包括固定环17和旋转环18,所述固定环17安装于导线出线口 14上,所述旋转环18安装于固定环17内且旋转环18可绕其轴线在固定环17内高速旋转,所述旋转环18内表面靠近内侧处安装有毛毡19,所述旋转环18内表面靠近外侧处安装有挡油板20,所述毛毡19与导线出线口 14的轴线夹角为30°〜60° ;所述旋转环18相对固定环17外侧延伸出一凸起部23,此旋转环18的凸起部23通过皮带24连接到电机25的输出轴上。

[0014]实施例2:—种用于架空电力传输导线的防腐油涂覆装置,包括油膏储存箱1、活动压板2、驱动气缸3、气缸固定架4和空气压缩机5,所述油膏储存箱I内存储有油膏6,所述活动压板2活动安装于油膏储存箱I内并与油膏储存箱I四壁紧密接触,一垫片7固定于所述活动压板2上表面,所述驱动气缸3的活塞杆31末端连接到位于活动压板2的垫片7上,一光感应部件22安装于油膏储存箱I侧壁上且位于活动压板2与导线进线口 13、导线出线口 14之间;
所述活动压板2上开有输油孔21,此输油孔21通过输油管8连接到输油机9上,所述空气压缩机5与驱动气缸3之间通过气管10连接,所述油膏储存箱I的左、右侧板11、12分别开有导线进线口 13、导线出线口 14,所述导线进线口 13上安装有供导线穿过的尼龙模15,所述导线出线口 14上安装有挡油机构16;
所述挡油机构16包括固定环17和旋转环18,所述固定环17安装于导线出线口 14上,所述旋转环18安装于固定环17内且旋转环18可绕其轴线在固定环17内高速旋转,所述旋转环18内表面靠近内侧处安装有毛毡19,所述旋转环18内表面靠近外侧处安装有挡油板20,所述毛毡19与导线出线口 14的轴线夹角为30°〜60° ;所述旋转环18相对固定环17外侧延伸出一凸起部23,此旋转环18的凸起部23通过皮带24连接到电机25的输出轴上。

[0016]本发明用于架空电力传输导线的防腐油涂覆装置,工作过程如下:
步骤I,空压机通过管道将气体输送至气压缸内,通过可调节气压旋钮调节活塞用气压,活塞将压力传导至垫片处,间接作用于可活动压板;
步骤2,当导线通过该装置时,气压将活动压板向下稳定移动,由于板材的向下挤压力,使得油膏挤压涂覆在导线各绞层表面;
步骤3,当活动板向下传动至距离光感部件15mm时,触发光感执行后继PLC编程操作,通过输油孔(部件12)自动向油膏储存箱中补充油膏;
步骤4,活动板向上移动,空压机停止输送气压,当活动板移动至油膏储存箱上限位时,重复执行步骤I,整个循环过程中导线一直被均匀涂油。
[0017]采用上述用于架空电力传输导线的防腐油涂覆装置时,其可根据涂油重量以及导线截面、油膏粘稠度等情况调节气压传动装置以及装挡油装置,当导线表面涂油达到要求为止,便可固定气缸压力以及导线走线速度,使装置处于稳定状态,达到均匀涂油目的,装置出口处毛毡可以有效地将多余油膏阻挡至油箱内部,避免浪费;其次,其导线从挡油装置孔心通过时,旋转环高速旋转,带动挡油毛毡同步高速旋转,即使局部毛毡损坏,因处于高速旋转,同样可使导线360°均匀涂油,避免内环采用固定模式时,某部位毛毡损坏,那么在导线某一部位涂油不均;而疏松式的挡油毛毡采用倾斜45°角式涂油,既保证了油膏的涂覆,同时可及时排除油膏储存箱内的气体,后继设有尼龙材质的挡油板,不会伤害导线表面,又可将过量油膏阻挡住,避免油膏的浪费;再次,其使用该装置后,导线涂油重量得以保证,防腐效果得到提升,且避免油膏浪费,因挡油毡存在,以LGJ-400/35为例,涂油以GB/T1179-2008要求各层全部涂油,每公里需涂油85.3kg,一台框绞机连续生产I天(日产量15km/天),需1.28吨防腐油,由于挡油毡的阻挡作用可避免千分之一浪费,那么可节省1.28kg/天.台的油膏,同时三层框绞可以减少72小时人工,显著降低导线加工成本。

Claims (3)
1.一种用于架空电力传输导线的防腐油涂覆装置,其特征在于:包括油膏储存箱(I)、活动压板(2)、驱动气缸(3)、气缸固定架(4)和空气压缩机(5),所述油膏储存箱(I)内存储有油膏(6),所述活动压板(2)活动安装于油膏储存箱(I)内并与油膏储存箱(I)四壁紧密接触,一垫片(7)固定于所述活动压板(2)上表面,所述驱动气缸(3)的活塞杆(31)末端连接到位于活动压板(2)的垫片(7)上,一光感应部件(22)安装于油膏储存箱(I)侧壁上且位于活动压板(2)与导线进线口(13)、导线出线口(14)之间; 所述活动压板(2)上开有输油孔(21),此输油孔(21)通过输油管(8)连接到输油机(9)上,所述空气压缩机(5)与驱动气缸(3)之间通过气管(10)连接,所述油膏储存箱(I)的左、右侧板(11、12)分别开有导线进线口(13)、导线出线口(14),所述导线进线口(13)上安装有供导线穿过的尼龙模(15),所述导线出线口(14)上安装有挡油机构(16); 所述挡油机构(16)包括固定环(17)和旋转环(18),所述固定环(17)安装于导线出线口(14)上,所述旋转环(18)安装于固定环(17)内且旋转环(18)可绕其轴线在固定环(17)内高速旋转,所述旋转环(18)内表面靠近内侧处安装有毛毡(19),所述旋转环(18)内表面靠近外侧处安装有挡油板(20),所述毛毡(19)与导线出线口(14)的轴线夹角为30°〜60° ;所述旋转环(18)相对固定环(17)外侧延伸出一凸起部(23),此旋转环(18)的凸起部(23)通过皮带(24)连接到电机(25)的输出轴上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于架空电力传输导线的防腐油涂覆装置,其特征在于:所述毛毡(19)与导线出线口(14)的轴线夹角为45°。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于架空电力传输导线的防腐油涂覆装置,其特征在于:所述油膏储存箱(I)底部安装有四根支撑脚(21)。
