Abstract

本发明一种用于教学的对刀模型,包括左模、右模。所述左模为内孔车刀型实体的左半部分,外型为内孔车刀左边的标准模型,内部为车刀左边的倒模;所述右模为内孔车刀型实体的右半部分,外型为内孔车刀右边的标准模型,内部为内孔车刀左边的倒模;左模与右模拼合可构成一个完整的刀具,可用于在车间实训教学时对学生进行实物讲解以及学生在刃磨车刀时实际对比。本发明具有结构简单,操作简便等特点,使用本新型使用工具进行刀具的教学,尤其是在需要学生实际操作时,可以大大增加教学的直观性以及学生在刃磨车刀时可对比的操作性,是一种方便且效率的新型实用型发明。

本发明涉及内孔车刀教学领域。
背景技术
目前在内孔车刀教学领域,教师通常需要借助多媒体或挂图来讲解刀具的各种角度及刃磨方法,学生理解起来很有困难,而如果拿实物讲解,由于实体内孔车刀太小,学生不容易看清楚;且在实训刃磨刀具时,由于缺乏经验,往往无法刃磨出合格的车刀,费时费力,甚至将新车刀磨废,造成额外的浪费,教学效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服以上不足,提供种用于教学的对刀模型。使用时,借由模型外部的标准内孔车刀模型,可以给学生详细讲解内孔车刀的相关知识与各项参数,由于模型比实际车刀稍大,讲解起来方便且直观,在实际刃磨时,学生可借助模型内部的车刀倒模与自己实际刃磨的刀具进行比靠,直接进行校正,省时省力,也可避免将车刀磨废,这样就大大提高了教学效果,可以让学生更全面、完整、快速的学习到车刀的知识,掌握车刀的刃磨方法。
