背景技术
[0002]地漏一般由地漏本体、防臭防虫芯子和盖板构成,其中的地漏本体大都采用金属材质,而地漏芯子采用塑料材质,并通过地漏芯子外壁的凸块与地漏本体内壁上的卡槽实现卡合连接。
[0003]在此,如图1和2所示,以上地漏本体V内壁上的卡槽为若干个呈周向均匀分布的导槽11',每个导槽If上方设置有芯子2'凸块21'卡入的缺口 111',导槽11'的下方其沿着地漏本体V的内壁斜向下延伸且其深度不断加大。在装配时,将每个地漏芯子上的凸块21'对应每个导槽117的缺口 1117卡入,而后沿着导槽11'的方向转动,使凸块217在深度不断加深的导槽IV限制下迫使芯子2'下沉而使芯子下沿口 22'压紧本体V上沿口 12'而实现两者的密封紧配连接。
[0004]在此,以上凸块21'与导槽11'的连接只能通过单向旋转装配,一旦实际使用中杂物进入导槽If而使旋出方向卡死时就无法旋出。此外对于那些缺少方向感的人来说也是一种麻烦,因其对顺时针和逆时针转动没有概念,在拆卸时不知道往那个方向转动,这给实际使用带来了一定不便。
[0005]此外,因各个导槽11'是沿着本体1'内壁斜向下延伸的,这样的结构无法通过后期的车加工直接实现,因此出于方便加工的考虑,整个地漏本体I' 一般由螺纹连接的上盖体31'和下筒体32'构成,不仅增加了模具成本,最主要的是增加了后期的装配工序,导致人力成本的增加。
[0006]另外,以上地漏本体I'与芯子2'的装配过程中,必须通过芯子2'的转动才能实现与本体V的卡合或拆卸。但在目前,出于拆装方便的考虑,一般都在芯子2'的入水口 23'部位设置有“一”字形或“S”形的横杠24、其中的“一”字型结构如图2所示,在拆装时,通过两手指伸入入水口抓住横杠24'来转动芯子2',不仅着力范围小,操作麻烦,最主要的问题是手指着力点位于横杠22'的中部,转动时扭力很小,当地漏长时间使用后卡的比较紧时就难以转动芯子2',给实际使用带来很大不便。此外塑料材质的细横杠24'在长时间使用后容易老化变脆,在用力过大的情况下易扳断而造成芯子2'的彻底报废。
[0007] 此外,以上“一”字形(或“S”形)的横杠24'横跨设置在入水口 23'上,会对地漏芯子2'入水口 23'的下水造成阻碍,不仅会在一定程度上影响排水性能,也比较容易被毛发等杂物卡住而造成堵塞。
发明内容
[0008]针对上述问题,本发明设计了一种地漏芯子和本体的连接结构,其具有拆装方便,且不会对地漏芯子的入水造成影响,具有结构简单实用的特点。
[0009]为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案: 一种地漏芯子和本体的连接结构,包括地漏本体和芯子,地漏本体内壁设置有卡槽,芯子外壁设置有若干可与卡槽卡合连接的凸块,其特征在于:所述卡槽为一等深的环形槽,环形槽的上方在对应每个芯子凸块的位置设置有上缺口;所述凸块两端的高度低于其中部的高度。

[0018]在以上操作过程中,可通过整只手抓住盖板来实现芯子转动,不仅着力方便,操作范围大,操作简便,最主要的是可借助盖板的长距离杠杆效应,使芯子的转动扭力得到成倍提升,能更省力的转动芯子,保证芯子的正常拆装。
[0019]此外,以上各凸起组件均设置在芯子排水孔的口部,其不会对排水孔的入水造成任何影响,能有效保证芯子良好的排水性能。

具体实施方式
[0021 ] 如图3和4所示,一种地漏芯子和本体的连接结构,包括地漏本体I和芯子2,地漏本体I内壁设置有卡槽11,芯子2外壁设置有若干可与卡槽11卡合连接的凸块21。
[0022]所述卡槽11为一等深的环形槽,环形槽的上方在对应每个芯子凸块21的位置设置有上缺口 111。该卡槽11的环形槽结构与凸块21连接时可进行双向旋转装配,只要将凸块21对应卡入相应的上缺口 111后,逆时针或顺时针转动都可以将凸块21卡入到环形槽内而实现芯子2与本体I的卡合连接,即使实际使用中杂物进入导槽11而使一个方向旋出卡死时依然可通过另一个方向旋出,给拆卸清洗和重新装配提供了很大方便。此外对于那些缺少方向感的人来说也方便了很多,因其无论转动那个方向都可以旋出拆卸。
[0023]在此,为保证凸块21双向都能顺利地卡入环形槽中,以上凸块21的两端211高度低于其中部212的高度而形成类八字形或圆弧或拱形的结构,较低的两端方便凸块21顺利卡入环形槽,而较高的中部可保证凸块21卡入环形槽后芯子2和本体I的连接密封性。

[0027]以上每个凸起组件中包括一个上凸起24或包括两个间隔布局的上凸起24。在本实施例中,每个凸起组件均包括两上凸起24,两上凸起24之间形成卡槽25,且上凸起24呈长条状并朝向地漏芯子2内部布局设置。在拆装时,将地漏盖板4垂直插入到芯子2的排水孔口部231,并使盖板4的两端分别卡入不同组凸起组件中两上凸起24构成的卡槽25中,而后手握住盖板4转动就可带动地漏芯子2同步转动。
[0028] 在实际中也可图5所示,两凸起组件中其中一个由两间隔布局的上凸起24构成,另一个由单个上凸起24构成,在拆装时,将盖板4垂直插入到芯子2的排水孔口部231,使地漏盖板4的一端卡入对应侧凸起组件中两上凸起24构成的卡槽25中而另一端单侧卡住对应侧凸起组件中上凸起24的侧边实现止位卡合,而后手握住盖板4绕箭头方向转动就可带动地漏芯子2同步转动。
[0029]此外,也可如图6所示,两凸起组件均由单个上凸起24构成,在拆装时,将盖板4垂直插入到芯子2的排水孔口部231,使地漏盖板4的两端单侧卡住对应侧凸起组件中上凸起24的侧边实现止位卡合,而后手握住盖板4绕箭头方向转动就可带动地漏芯子同步转动。
[0030]以上排水孔口部231设置的凸起组件,其可结合地漏盖板4进行地漏芯子2的转动操作,不仅受力范围大,操作简便,最主要的是可借助盖板4的长距离杠杆效应,使芯子2的转动扭力得到成倍提升,能更省力的转动芯子2,保证芯子2的正常拆装,避免转动扭力过小而无法拆卸芯子2的现象发生。
[0031]此外,以上各凸起组件均设置在芯子排水孔23的口部231周边,其不会对排水孔23的入水造成任何影响,能有效保证芯子2良好的排水性能。

Claims (5)
1.一种地漏芯子和本体的连接结构,包括地漏本体和芯子,地漏本体内壁设置有卡槽,芯子外壁设置有若干可与卡槽卡合连接的凸块,其特征在于:所述卡槽为一等深的环形槽,环形槽的上方在对应每个芯子凸块的位置设置有上缺口;所述凸块两端的高度低于其中部的高度。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种地漏芯子和本体的连接结构,其特征在于:所述芯子在其口部设置有外翻的芯子沿口,芯子沿口与地漏本体口部的接触部位设置有密封胶圈。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种地漏芯子和本体的连接结构,其特征在于:所述地漏本体为一体成型结构。
4.如权利要求1-3任一权利要求所述的一种地漏芯子和本体的连接结构,其特征在于:所述芯子的内部设置有直通的排水孔,排水孔的口部间隔布局设置有至少两个凸起组件,每个凸起组件中包括一个上凸起或两个间隔布局的上凸起。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种地漏芯子和本体的连接结构,其特征在于:所述上凸起呈长条状并朝向地漏芯子内部布局设置。
