本发明涉及一种养生酒。
背景技术
中医认为肾为先天之本,内藏元阴元阳。肾虚多为长期不良的生活习惯积累而成,随着生活和工作节奏的加快,人们所承受的压力也越来越大,健康水平逐年呈下降趋势,并出现肾虚、气血不足等。肾虚分为阴虚和阳虚,多为长期积累成疾,切不可以急药猛补之,一味壮阳会适得其反,使身体更加衰弱。
酒性温,味辛而苦甘,有温通血脉,宣散药力,温暖肠胃,祛散风寒,振奋阳气等作用。将强身健体的养生保健品与酒″溶″于一体的养生保健酒,不仅配制方便、而且安全有效。中高酒精度的白酒是一种良好的中等极性溶剂,可将保健食材中的有效成分如生物碱、鞣质、树脂、挥发油、有机酸、糖类及色素等浸出,可养生保健、美容润肤;还可作病后调养和日常饮酒使用而延年益寿。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种养生补肾板栗酒及其制备方法。本发明的养生补肾板栗酒由以下重量份的组分组成:板栗提取物10~25份、腰果提取物10~25份、榛子提取物10~25份、核桃提取物10~25份、芡实提取物10~25份、蜂胶1~5份、山药10~20份、黄精8~20份、人参8~23份、灵芝5~15份、酸枣仁5~15份、银耳8~23份、莲子5~15份、阿胶3~8份、黑芝麻13~18份、茯苓5~15份、甘草8~23份、麦芽糖30~50份、白酒1500~2500份。
进一步地,由以下重量份的组分组成:板栗提取物15~20份、腰果提取物15~20份、榛子提取物15~20份、核桃提取物15~20份、芡实提取物15~20份、蜂胶2~4份、山药12~18份、黄精10~15份、人参10~18份、灵芝10~18份、酸枣仁8~12份、银耳10~20份、莲子8~13份、阿胶4~7份、黑芝麻14~17份、茯苓8~13份、甘草10~20份、麦芽糖35~45份、白酒1800~2300份。
具体地,由以下重量份的组分组成:板栗提取物18份、腰果提取物17份、榛子提取物18份、核桃提取物17份、芡实提取物18份、蜂胶3份、山药15份、黄精13份、人参15份、灵芝15份、酸枣仁10份、银耳15份、莲子10份、阿胶6份、黑芝麻16份、茯苓11份、甘草16份、麦芽糖40份、白酒2000份。
具体地,所述白酒的酒精度为40~60%。
本发明的养生补肾板栗酒的制备方法包括以下步骤:
切片:按权利要求1~3任意一项所述重量份,将山药、黄精、人参、灵芝、酸枣仁、莲子、茯苓与甘草洗净、灭菌、烘干后切片;
泡发:银耳泡发后沥干水分;
混合:将步骤(1)制得的切片、步骤(2)制得的泡发银耳、黑芝麻与板栗提取物、腰果提取物、榛子提取物、核桃提取物、芡实提取物、阿胶、蜂胶、麦芽糖加入白酒中,搅拌使蜂胶、阿胶和麦芽糖溶解;
制酒:将步骤(3)制得的药酒加入到经过灭菌的酒坛中,密封,15~25℃下储存40~60天;
脱色:向步骤(4)制得的药酒中加入1~3%重量的酒用活性炭,回流搅拌0.5~1h后冷却,过滤除渣,即得。
具体地,所述板栗提取物的制备包括以下步骤:
(1).粉碎:将板栗剥壳取板栗仁,60~70℃下烘干并粉碎至可通过50目筛;
(2).萃取:将板栗粉末与硅藻土混匀后填满萃取池,设置萃取温度为55~65℃、加热时间为5~15min、萃取压强为5~10MPa、循环3次、淋洗体积为50%,氮吹时间为50~80s,开始萃取;
(3).沉淀:萃取完成后,将浓缩至原萃取液体积的1/2,除去蛋白质后加乙醇,得到沉淀;
(4).脱色:将沉淀滤出,加水完全复溶后加入氢氧化钠调节溶液pH值至8.0,加入1/20体积量的质量分数为30%的过氧化氢溶液,60℃下搅拌0.5~1h,冷却后加乙醇复沉淀,将所得沉淀干燥即得所述板栗提取物。
具体地,所述腰果提取物的制备包括以下步骤:
(1).将腰果晒干粉碎至可通过50目筛,将腰果粉末加入榨油机中,65~70MPa、40~45℃下压榨3~5次,分离果粕和果油;
(2).将果粕加入5倍重量的水中,分散后在50~60MPa下均质化3~10min;
(3).将步骤(2)所得均质化液加入氢氧化钠调节溶液pH值至8~9,40~50℃下超声提取1~2h,将沉渣弃去,其中所述超声功率为30~50KHz;
(4).将步骤(3)所得提取液用盐酸调pH值至4~6,离心收集沉淀物;将所得沉淀物冷冻干燥即为所述腰果提取物。
具体地,所述榛子提取物的制备包括如下步骤:
(1).将榛子果实晒干后粉碎,加入5倍重量的水中,研磨成浆状物;
(2).将步骤(1)制得的浆状物的pH值调至6.5~7.5,加热至40~50℃,加入1000~2000IU/g的中性蛋白酶,酶解1~3h;
(3).将酶解后的溶液加热至80~90℃,保温5~10min后冷却至室温,用1/3溶液体积的石油醚萃取,共萃取3次,合并萃取液,回收石油醚后所得油状物即为所述榛子提取物。
具体地,所述核桃提取物的制备包括如下步骤:
(1).山核桃经破壳机破壳后,拣选出核桃仁;将核桃仁粉碎至50目细度;
(2).将核桃仁粉末加入萃取釜中,萃取介质为二氧化碳,控制超临界萃取温度为40~45℃,超临界萃取压力为20~30Mpa,二氧化碳流量为400~500L/小时,萃取时间1~2小时,得油状物即为所述核桃提取物。
具体地,所述芡实提取物的制备包括如下步骤:
(1).将芡实粉碎至50目细度,加入5倍重量的体积百分比为70~80%的乙醇溶液中,回流提取0.5~2h,共提取2次,合并提取液,浓缩至合并液总体积的1/4;
(2).将步骤(1)制得的浓缩液加水分散后,用1/3浓缩液体积的萃取液萃取,共萃取3次,合并萃取液,所述萃取液为乙酸乙酯与二氯甲烷等体积混合溶液;
(3).向步骤(2)制得的合并萃取液加入1%重量的活性炭,搅拌下加热至回流10~30min,趁热滤去活性炭,喷雾干燥得所述芡实提取物。
本发明的组分中:
板栗味甘,性温;归肾、脾、胃经。所含的丰富不饱和脂肪酸和维生素,能防治高血压病、冠心病和动脉硬化等疾病。还有极高的糖、脂肪、蛋白质、钙、磷、铁、钾等矿物质,以及维生素C、B1、B2等,有强身健体之用。板栗有健脾胃、益气、补肾、壮腰、强筋、止血和消肿强心的功效,适合于肾虚引起的腰膝酸软、腰腿不利、小便增多以及脾胃虚寒引起的慢性腹泻、外伤后引起的骨折、瘀血肿痛、筋骨疼痛等症。
腰果味甘,性平,无毒。可治咳逆、心烦、口渴。《本草拾遗》云:腰果仁主治渴、润肺、去烦、除痰。腰果营养十分丰富,含脂肪高达47%,蛋白质21.2%,碳水化合物22.3%,尚含A、B1、B2等多种维生素和矿物质,特别是其中的锰、铬、镁、硒等微量元素,具有抗氧化、防衰老、抗肿瘤和抗心血管病的作用。
榛子每100克干品榛子中含有水分7.3克,蛋白质22克,脂肪44.8克,粗纤维9.6克,灰分3.5克、碳水化合物14.7克,胡萝卜素50微克,核黄素0.15毫克,钙104毫克,钾244.毫克,钠4.7毫克,镁420毫克,铁6。4毫克,锰12.94毫克,锌5.83毫克,铜3.03毫克,磷422毫克,硒0.78微克,尼克酸2.9毫克。中医认为,榛子有补脾胃、益气力、明目健行的功效,并对消渴、盗汗、夜尿多等肺肾不足之症颇有益处。
核桃味甘、性温,入肾、肺、大肠经。可补肾、固精强腰、温肺定喘、润肠通便。用于肾虚腰痛,两脚痿弱,小便频数,遗精阳痿;肺气虚弱或肺肾两虚,喘咳短气;肠燥便秘,大便干涩;石淋,小便不利等。
芡实味甘、涩,性平。归脾、肾经。益肾固精,补脾止泻,除湿止带。用于遗精滑精,遗尿尿频,脾虚久泻,白浊,带下。
山药味甘、性平,归脾、肺、肾经。《本草纲目》指出:山药治诸虚百损、疗五劳七伤、去头面游风、止腰痛、除烦热、补心气不足、开达心孔、多记事、益肾气、健脾胃、止泻痢、润毛皮,生捣贴肿、硬毒能治”。山药含有黏蛋白、淀粉酶、皂苷、游离氨基酸、多酚氧化酶等物质,且含量较为丰富,具有滋补作用,为食补之佳品,有强健机体、滋肾益精的作用。
黄精味甘,性平;归肾、脾、肺经。补气养阴,健脾,润肺,益肾。用于脾胃气虚,体倦乏力,胃阴不足,口干食少,肺虚燥咳,劳嗽咳血,精血不足,腰膝酸软,须发早白,内热消渴。
银耳味甘、淡、性平、无毒,既有补脾开胃的功效,又有益气清肠、滋阴润肺的作用。能增强人体免疫力。银耳富有天然植物性胶质,外加其具有滋阴的作用,是可以长期服用的良好保健食品。
莲子味甘、涩,性平,归脾、肾、心经。补脾止泻,止带,益肾涩精,养心安神。用于脾虚泄泻,带下,遗精,心悸失眠。
茯苓味甘、淡,性平;归心、肺、脾、肾经。利水渗湿,健脾,宁心。用于水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠。
与现有技术相比,本发明的养生补肾板栗酒配方合理,滋补如板栗、腰果、阿胶、银耳等成分与壮阳如黄精、核桃等成分相结合,相得益彰。氧化脱色和吸附脱色可使提取物的颜色变淡,酒的颜色更加清亮,美观。板栗、榛子、腰果、核桃与芡实提取物的添加可以进一步加强本发明的效果。诸药配合,整个组方合理、严谨,能够明显补肾阴,壮肾阳,促使肾脏自主生精,使精气充盈,元气不断。具有很好的滋养身体和补肾之功效。

具体实施方式
实施例1:板栗提取物的制备
本发明的板栗提取物的制备方法如下:
(1).将板栗剥壳取板栗仁,60~70℃下烘干并粉碎至可通过50目筛;
(2).将板栗粉末与硅藻土混匀后填满萃取池,设置萃取温度为55℃、加热时间为15min、萃取压强为5MPa、循环3次、淋洗体积为50%,氮吹时间为50s,开始萃取;
(3).萃取完成后,将浓缩至原萃取液体积的1/2,除去蛋白质后加乙醇,得到沉淀;
(4).将沉淀滤出,加水完全复溶后加入氢氧化钠调节溶液pH值至8.0,加入1/20体积量的质量分数为30%的过氧化氢溶液,60℃下搅拌0.5h,冷却后加乙醇复沉淀,将所得沉淀干燥即得所述板栗提取物。
实施例2:板栗提取物的制备
本发明的板栗提取物的制备方法如下:
(1).将板栗剥壳取板栗仁,60~70℃下烘干并粉碎至可通过50目筛;
(2).将板栗粉末与硅藻土混匀后填满萃取池,设置萃取温度为60℃、加热时间为10min、萃取压强为8MPa、循环3次、淋洗体积为50%,氮吹时间为60s,开始萃取;
(3).萃取完成后,将浓缩至原萃取液体积的1/2,除去蛋白质后加乙醇,得到沉淀;
(4).将沉淀滤出,加水完全复溶后加入氢氧化钠调节溶液pH值至8.0,加入1/20体积量的质量分数为30%的过氧化氢溶液,60℃下搅拌40min,冷却后加乙醇复沉淀,将所得沉淀干燥即得所述板栗提取物。
实施例3:板栗提取物的制备
本发明的板栗提取物的制备方法如下:
(1).将板栗剥壳取板栗仁,60~70℃下烘干并粉碎至可通过50目筛;
(2).将板栗粉末与硅藻土混匀后填满萃取池,设置萃取温度为65℃、加热时间为5min、萃取压强为10MPa、循环3次、淋洗体积为50%,氮吹时间为80s,开始萃取;
(3).萃取完成后,将浓缩至原萃取液体积的1/2,除去蛋白质后加乙醇,得到沉淀;
(4).将沉淀滤出,加水完全复溶后加入氢氧化钠调节溶液pH值至8.0,加入1/20体积量的质量分数为30%的过氧化氢溶液,60℃下搅拌1h,冷却后加乙醇复沉淀,将所得沉淀干燥即得所述板栗提取物。
实施例4:腰果提取物的制备
本发明的腰果提取物的制备包括以下步骤:
(1).将腰果晒干粉碎至可通过50目筛,将腰果粉末加入榨油机中,65MPa、45℃下压榨3次,分离果粕和果油;
(2).将1kg果粕加入5kg水中,分散后在50MPa下均质化10min;
(3).将步骤(2)所得均质化液加入氢氧化钠调节溶液pH值至8,50℃下超声提取1h,将沉渣弃去,其中所述超声功率为30KHz;
(4).将步骤(3)所得提取液用盐酸调pH值至4,离心收集沉淀物;将所得沉淀物冷冻干燥即为所述腰果提取物。
实施例5:腰果提取物的制备
本发明的腰果提取物的制备包括以下步骤:
(1).将腰果晒干粉碎至可通过50目筛,将腰果粉末加入榨油机中,68MPa、43℃下压榨4次,分离果粕和果油;
(2).将2kg果粕加入10kg水中,分散后在55MPa下均质化5min;
(3).将步骤(2)所得均质化液加入氢氧化钠调节溶液pH值至8.5,45℃下超声提取1.5h,将沉渣弃去,其中所述超声功率为40KHz;
(4).将步骤(3)所得提取液用盐酸调pH值至5,离心收集沉淀物;将所得沉淀物冷冻干燥即为所述腰果提取物。
实施例6:腰果提取物的制备
本发明的腰果提取物的制备包括以下步骤:
(1).将腰果晒干粉碎至可通过50目筛,将腰果粉末加入榨油机中,70MPa、40℃下压榨5次,分离果粕和果油;
(2).将3kg果粕加入15kg水中,分散后在60MPa下均质化3min;
(3).将步骤(2)所得均质化液加入氢氧化钠调节溶液pH值至9,40℃下超声提取2h,将沉渣弃去,其中所述超声功率为50KHz;
(4).将步骤(3)所得提取液用盐酸调pH值至6,离心收集沉淀物;将所得沉淀物冷冻干燥即为所述腰果提取物。
实施例7:榛子提取物的制备
本发明的榛子提取物的制备包括以下步骤:
(1).将1kg榛子果实晒干后粉碎,加入5kg水中,研磨成浆状物;
(2).将步骤(1)制得的浆状物的pH值调至6.5,加热至50℃,加入1000IU/g的中性蛋白酶,酶解3h;
(3).将酶解后的溶液加热至80℃,保温10min后冷却至室温,用1/3溶液体积的石油醚萃取,共萃取3次,合并萃取液,回收石油醚后所得油状物即为所述榛子提取物。
实施例8:榛子提取物的制备
本发明的榛子提取物的制备包括以下步骤:
(1).将2kg榛子果实晒干后粉碎,加入10kg水中,研磨成浆状物;
(2).将步骤(1)制得的浆状物的pH值调至7.0,加热至45℃,加入1500IU/g的中性蛋白酶,酶解2h;
(3).将酶解后的溶液加热至85℃,保温8min后冷却至室温,用1/3溶液体积的石油醚萃取,共萃取3次,合并萃取液,回收石油醚后所得油状物即为所述榛子提取物。
实施例9:榛子提取物的制备
本发明的榛子提取物的制备包括以下步骤:
(1).将3kg榛子果实晒干后粉碎,加入15kg水中,研磨成浆状物;
(2).将步骤(1)制得的浆状物的pH值调至7.5,加热至40℃,加入2000IU/g的中性蛋白酶,酶解1h;
(3).将酶解后的溶液加热至90℃,保温5min后冷却至室温,用1/3溶液体积的石油醚萃取,共萃取3次,合并萃取液,回收石油醚后所得油状物即为所述榛子提取物。
实施例10:核桃提取物的制备
本发明的核桃提取物的制备包括以下步骤:
(1).山核桃经破壳机破壳后,拣选出核桃仁;将核桃仁粉碎至50目细度;
(2).将核桃仁粉末加入萃取釜中,萃取介质为二氧化碳,控制超临界萃取温度为40℃,超临界萃取压力为30Mpa,二氧化碳流量为400L/小时,萃取时间2小时,得油状物即为所述核桃提取物。
实施例11:核桃提取物的制备
本发明的核桃提取物的制备包括以下步骤:
(1).山核桃经破壳机破壳后,拣选出核桃仁;将核桃仁粉碎至50目细度;
(2).将核桃仁粉末加入萃取釜中,萃取介质为二氧化碳,控制超临界萃取温度为43℃,超临界萃取压力为25Mpa,二氧化碳流量为450L/小时,萃取时间1.5小时,得油状物即为所述核桃提取物。
实施例12:核桃提取物的制备
本发明的核桃提取物的制备包括以下步骤:
(1).山核桃经破壳机破壳后,拣选出核桃仁;将核桃仁粉碎至50目细度;
(2).将核桃仁粉末加入萃取釜中,萃取介质为二氧化碳,控制超临界萃取温度为45℃,超临界萃取压力为20Mpa,二氧化碳流量为500L/小时,萃取时间1小时,得油状物即为所述核桃提取物。
实施例13:芡实提取物的制备
本发明的芡实提取物的制备包括以下步骤:
(1).将3kg芡实粉碎至50目细度,加入15kg 80%(v/v)的乙醇溶液中,回流提取0.5h,共提取2次,合并提取液,浓缩至合并液总体积的1/4;
(2).将步骤(1)制得的浓缩液加3倍重量的水分散后,用1/3浓缩液体积的萃取液萃取,共萃取3次,合并萃取液,所述萃取液为乙酸乙酯与二氯甲烷等体积混合溶液;
(3).向步骤(2)制得的合并萃取液加入1%重量的活性炭,搅拌下加热至回流30min,趁热滤去活性炭,喷雾干燥得所述芡实提取物。
实施例14:芡实提取物的制备
本发明的芡实提取物的制备包括以下步骤:
(1).将1kg芡实粉碎至50目细度,加入5kg70%(v/v)的乙醇溶液中,回流提取2h,共提取2次,合并提取液,浓缩至合并液总体积的1/4;
(2).将步骤(1)制得的浓缩液加3倍重量的水分散后,用1/3浓缩液体积的萃取液萃取,共萃取3次,合并萃取液,所述萃取液为乙酸乙酯与二氯甲烷等体积混合溶液;
(3).向步骤(2)制得的合并萃取液加入1%重量的活性炭,搅拌下加热至回流10min,趁热滤去活性炭,喷雾干燥得所述芡实提取物。
实施例15:芡实提取物的制备
本发明的芡实提取物的制备包括以下步骤:
(1).将2kg芡实粉碎至50目细度,加入10kg 75%(v/v)的乙醇溶液中,回流提取1h,共提取2次,合并提取液,浓缩至合并液总体积的1/4;
(2).将步骤(1)制得的浓缩液加3倍重量的水分散后,用1/3浓缩液体积的萃取液萃取,共萃取3次,合并萃取液,所述萃取液为乙酸乙酯与二氯甲烷等体积混合溶液;
(3).向步骤(2)制得的合并萃取液加入1%重量的活性炭,搅拌下加热至回流20min,趁热滤去活性炭,喷雾干燥得所述芡实提取物。
实施例16:养生补肾板栗酒的制备
本实施例的养生补肾板栗酒的制备包括以下步骤:
(1).将山药10g、黄精8g、人参8g、酸枣仁5g、灵芝5g、莲子5g、茯苓5g与甘草8g洗净、灭菌、烘干后切片;
(2).8g银耳泡发后沥干水分;
(3).将步骤(1)制得的切片、步骤(2)制得的泡发银耳、13g黑芝麻与10g板栗提取物、10g腰果提取物、10g榛子提取物、10g核桃提取物、10g芡实提取物、3g阿胶、1g蜂胶、30g麦芽糖加入1500g白酒中,搅拌使蜂胶、阿胶和麦芽糖溶解;
(4).将步骤(3)制得的药酒加入到经过灭菌的酒坛中,密封,15℃下储存60天,所得药酒呈深红色;
(5).向步骤(4)制得的药酒中加入3%重量的酒用活性炭,回流搅拌1h后冷却,过滤除渣,即得无色透明清亮的药酒。
实施例17:养生补肾板栗酒的制备
本实施例的养生补肾板栗酒的制备包括以下步骤:
(1).将山药20g、黄精20g、人参23g、酸枣仁15g、灵芝15g、莲子15g、茯苓15g与甘草23g洗净、灭菌、烘干后切片;
(2).23g银耳泡发后沥干水分;
(3).将步骤(1)制得的切片、步骤(2)制得的泡发银耳、18g黑芝麻与25g板栗提取物、25g腰果提取物、25g榛子提取物、25g核桃提取物、25g芡实提取物、8g阿胶、5g蜂胶、50g麦芽糖加入2500g白酒中,搅拌使蜂胶、阿胶和麦芽糖溶解;
(4).将步骤(3)制得的药酒加入到经过灭菌的酒坛中,密封,25℃下储存40天,所得药酒呈深红色;
(5).向步骤(4)制得的药酒中加入1%重量的酒用活性炭,回流搅拌0.5h后冷却,过滤除渣,即得无色透明清亮的药酒。
实施例18:养生补肾板栗酒的制备
本实施例的养生补肾板栗酒的制备包括以下步骤:
(1).将山药12g、黄精10g、人参10g、灵芝10g、酸枣仁8g、莲子8g、茯苓8g与甘草10g洗净、灭菌、烘干后切片;
(2).10g银耳泡发后沥干水分;
(3).将步骤(1)制得的切片、步骤(2)制得的泡发银耳、14g黑芝麻与15g板栗提取物、15g腰果提取物、15g榛子提取物、15g核桃提取物、15g芡实提取物、4g阿胶、2g蜂胶、35g麦芽糖加入1800g白酒中,搅拌使蜂胶、阿胶和麦芽糖溶解;
(4).将步骤(3)制得的药酒加入到经过灭菌的酒坛中,密封,20℃下储存50天,所得药酒呈深红色;
(5).向步骤(4)制得的药酒中加入2%重量的酒用活性炭,回流搅拌50min后冷却,过滤除渣,即得无色透明清亮的药酒。
实施例19:养生补肾板栗酒的制备
本实施例的养生补肾板栗酒的制备包括以下步骤:
(1).将山药18g、黄精15g、人参18g、灵芝18g、酸枣仁12g、莲子13g、茯苓13g与甘草20g洗净、灭菌、烘干后切片;
(2).20g银耳泡发后沥干水分;
(3).将步骤(1)制得的切片、步骤(2)制得的泡发银耳、17g黑芝麻与20g板栗提取物、20g腰果提取物、20g榛子提取物、20g核桃提取物、20g芡实提取物、7g阿胶、4g蜂胶、45g麦芽糖加入2300g白酒中,搅拌使蜂胶、阿胶和麦芽糖溶解;
(4).将步骤(3)制得的药酒加入到经过灭菌的酒坛中,密封,20℃下储存50天,所得药酒呈深红色;
(5).向步骤(4)制得的药酒中加入2%重量的酒用活性炭,回流搅拌50min后冷却,过滤除渣,即得无色透明清亮的药酒。
实施例20:养生补肾板栗酒的制备
本实施例的养生补肾板栗酒的制备包括以下步骤:
(1).将山药15g、黄精13g、人参15g、灵芝15g、酸枣仁10g、莲子10g、茯苓11g与甘草16g洗净、灭菌、烘干后切片;
(2).15g银耳泡发后沥干水分;
(3).将步骤(1)制得的切片、步骤(2)制得的泡发银耳、16g黑芝麻与18g板栗提取物、17g腰果提取物、18g榛子提取物、17g核桃提取物、18g芡实提取物、6g阿胶、3g蜂胶、40g麦芽糖加入2000g白酒中,搅拌使蜂胶、阿胶和麦芽糖溶解;
(4).将步骤(3)制得的药酒加入到经过灭菌的酒坛中,密封,20℃下储存50天,所得药酒呈深红色;
(5).向步骤(4)制得的药酒中加入2%重量的酒用活性炭,回流搅拌40min后冷却,过滤除渣,即得无色透明清亮的药酒。
实施例21(对比例):养生补肾板栗酒的制备
本实施例的养生补肾板栗酒的制备包括以下步骤:
(1).将山药15g、黄精13g、人参15g、灵芝15g、酸枣仁10g、莲子10g、茯苓11g与甘草16g洗净、灭菌、烘干后切片;
(2).15g银耳泡发后沥干水分;
(3).将步骤(1)制得的切片、步骤(2)制得的泡发银耳、16g黑芝麻与6g阿胶、3g蜂胶、40g麦芽糖加入2000g白酒中,搅拌使蜂胶、阿胶和麦芽糖溶解;
(4).将步骤(3)制得的药酒加入到经过灭菌的酒坛中,密封,20℃下储存50天,所得药酒呈深红色;
(5).向步骤(4)制得的药酒中加入2%重量的酒用活性炭,回流搅拌40min后冷却,过滤除渣,即得无色透明清亮的药酒。
实施例22:本发明组合物在抗疲劳方面的实验研究
取160只健康雄性SPF级小鼠,体重为18~22g,小鼠常规光照、饮水,在25℃环境中饲养。将小鼠随机平均分为8组批,每组20只,进行负重游泳试验。第1~6组分别给予实施例10~15制得的养生补肾板栗酒,第7组给予市售品养生补肾酒,第8组给予生理盐水。每日灌胃1次,灌胃量为小鼠中体重的1%,连续灌胃给药30d。末次给药30min后,进行负重游泳实验。游泳箱水深30cm,水温为25±0.5℃,小鼠尾根部负荷重量为小鼠体重3.5%的铅皮,记录小鼠自游泳开始到头部没入水中10s不能浮出水面的时间,作为小鼠负重游泳的时间。结果如表1所示:

由上表可知,本发明实施例10~14组的小鼠耐疲劳时间明显长于对比例组和市售品组,而对比例组和市售品组也明显长于生理盐水组,均有显著差异。可以得出添加了板栗提取物、腰果提取物、榛子提取物和核桃提取物的养生酒具有非常好的养生、抗疲劳效果。
实施例23:本发明组合物在改善性功能方面的实验研究
通过预实验挑选出健康正常且性活力相似的雄性小鼠80只,雌性小鼠240只,体重为18~22g,将雄性小鼠随机分成8组,每组10只,第1~6组分别给予实施例10~15制得的养生补肾板栗酒,第7组给予市售品养生补肾酒,第8组给予生理盐水。每日灌胃1次,灌胃量为小鼠中体重的1%,连续灌胃给药5d。末次给药1h后,按1∶3比例将雄鼠与雌鼠合笼,记录各组雄鼠交尾潜伏期(从合笼到第一次交尾雌鼠的时间)和2h内的交尾次数。结果如表2所示。

由上表可知,得出添加了板栗提取物、腰果提取物、榛子提取物和核桃提取物的养生酒具有非常好的壮阳效果。
实施例24:典型病例
1.秦某,男,45岁,腰膝酸痛,畏寒肢冷,尤以下肢为甚;头目眩晕,精神萎靡,面色苍白。经中医诊断认为肾虚所致。建议饮用本发明的养生补肾板栗酒进行调养。每天早饭前和晚饭后各饮用1次,每次20毫升。经3个月饮用后,上述症状消失。
2.张某,女,52岁,多年来一直有腰酸腿痛、失眠、多梦、月经不调症状,2015年3月起开始饮用本发明的养生补肾板栗酒进行调养。每天早饭前和晚饭后各饮用1次,每次10毫升。经3个月饮用后,上述症状消失,至今无复发。
3.赵某,男,44岁,腰膝酸软、两腿无力,眩晕耳鸣,盗汗失眠,口干,尿黄。经中医诊断为为肾虚。2015年6月起开始饮用本发明的养生补肾板栗酒进行调养。每天早饭前和晚饭后各饮用1次,每次15毫升。4个月后上述症状消失。

1.一种养生补肾板栗酒,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:板栗提取物10~25份、腰果提取物10~25份、榛子提取物10~25份、核桃提取物10~25份、芡实提取物10~25份、蜂胶1~5份、山药10~20份、黄精8~20份、人参8~23份、灵芝5~15份、酸枣仁5~15份、银耳8~23份、莲子5~15份、阿胶3~8份、黑芝麻13~18份、茯苓5~15份、甘草8~23份、麦芽糖30~50份、白酒1500~2500份;
所述板栗提取物的制备包括如下步骤:
(1).粉碎:将板栗剥壳取板栗仁,60~70℃下烘干并粉碎至可通过50目筛;
(2).萃取:将板栗粉末与硅藻土混匀后填满萃取池,设置萃取温度为55~65℃、加热时间为5~15min、萃取压强为5~10MPa、循环3次、淋洗体积为50%,氮吹时间为50~80s,开始萃取;
(3).沉淀:萃取完成后,将萃取液浓缩至原萃取液体积的1/2,除去蛋白质后加乙醇,得到沉淀;
(4).脱色:将沉淀滤出,加水完全复溶后加入氢氧化钠调节溶液pH值至8.0,加入1/20体积量的质量分数为30%的过氧化氢溶液,60℃下搅拌0.5~1h,冷却后加乙醇复沉淀,将所得沉淀干燥即得所述板栗提取物;
所述腰果提取物的制备包括如下步骤:
(1).将腰果晒干粉碎至可通过50目筛,将腰果粉末加入榨油机中,65~70MPa、40~45℃下压榨3~5次,分离果粕和果油;
(2).将果粕加入5倍重量的水中,分散后在50~60MPa下均质化3~10min;
(3).将步骤(2)所得均质化液加入氢氧化钠调节溶液pH值至8~9,40~50℃下超声提取1~2h,将沉渣弃去,其中所述超声功率为30~50KHz;
(4).将步骤(3)所得提取液用盐酸调pH值至4~6,离心收集沉淀物;将所得沉淀物冷冻干燥即为所述腰果提取物;
所述榛子提取物的制备包括如下步骤:
(1).将榛子果实晒干后粉碎,加入5倍重量的水中,研磨成浆状物;
(2).将步骤(1)制得的浆状物的pH值调至6.5~7.5,加热至40~50℃,加入1000~2000IU/g的中性蛋白酶,酶解1~3h;
(3).将酶解后的溶液加热至80~90℃,保温5~10min后冷却至室温,用1/3溶液体积的石油醚萃取,共萃取3次,合并萃取液,回收石油醚后所得油状物为所述榛子提取物;
所述核桃提取物的制备包括如下步骤:
(1).山核桃经破壳机破壳后,拣选出核桃仁;将核桃仁粉碎至50目细度;
(2).将核桃仁粉末加入萃取釜中,萃取介质为二氧化碳,控制超临界萃取温度为40~45℃,超临界萃取压力为20~30Mpa,二氧化碳流量为400~500L/小时,萃取时间1~2小时,得油状物即为所述核桃提取物;
所述芡实提取物的制备包括如下步骤:
(1).将芡实粉碎至50目细度,加入5倍重量的体积百分比为70~80%的乙醇溶液中,回流提取0.5~2h,共提取2次,合并提取液,浓缩至合并液总体积的1/4;
(2).将步骤(1)制得的浓缩液加水分散后,用1/3浓缩液体积的萃取液萃取,共萃取3次,合并萃取液,所述萃取液为乙酸乙酯与二氯甲烷等体积混合溶液;
(3).向步骤(2)制得的合并萃取液加入1%重量的活性炭,搅拌下加热至回流10~30min,趁热滤去活性炭,喷雾干燥得所述芡实提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的养生补肾板栗酒,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:板栗提取物15~20份、腰果提取物15~20份、榛子提取物15~20份、核桃提取物15~20份、芡实提取物15~20份、蜂胶2~4份、山药12~18份、黄精10~15份、人参10~18份、灵芝10~15份、酸枣仁8~12份、银耳10~20份、莲子8~13份、阿胶4~7份、黑芝麻14~17份、茯苓8~13份、甘草10~20份、麦芽糖35~45份、白酒1800~2300份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的养生补肾板栗酒,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:板栗提取物18份、腰果提取物17份、榛子提取物18份、核桃提取物17份、芡实提取物18份、蜂胶3份、山药15份、黄精13份、人参15份、灵芝15份、酸枣仁10份、银耳15份、莲子10份、阿胶6份、黑芝麻16份、茯苓11份、甘草16份、麦芽糖40份、白酒2000份。
4.根据权利要求1~3任意一项所述的养生补肾板栗酒,其特征在于:所述白酒的酒精度为40~60%。
5.一种养生补肾板栗酒的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1).切片:按权利要求1~3任意一项所述重量份,将山药、黄精、人参、灵芝、酸枣仁、莲子、茯苓与甘草洗净、灭菌、烘干后切片;
(2).泡发:银耳泡发后沥干水分;
(3).混合:将步骤(1)制得的切片、步骤(2)制得的泡发银耳、黑芝麻与板栗提取物、腰果提取物、榛子提取物、核桃提取物、芡实提取物、阿胶、蜂胶、麦芽糖加入白酒中,搅拌使蜂胶、阿胶和麦芽糖溶解;
(4).制酒:将步骤(3)制得的药酒加入到经过灭菌的酒坛中,密封,15~25℃下储存40~60天;
(5).脱色:向步骤(4)制得的药酒中加入1~3%重量的酒用活性炭,回流搅拌0.5~1h后冷却,过滤除渣,即得。
