[0002] 目前所使用的空气净化机,普遍存在下列问题:1、吸附材料会很快吸附饱和,过滤 纸会较快堵塞,高压电场的电极会沾满微尘,催化剂会中毒失效,因此现在市场上的各种空 气净化机都有开始有效,较短时期会失效的问题;2、失效后如采用更换配件的办法恢复净 化能力,则又是一笔不菲的支出;3、以纸质过滤板为主的空气净化机,可以很好的解决 PM10、PM2.5的粉尘污染,但去除甲醛,氨,硫氧化物,氮氧化物的能力就较差;4、以电场和催 化法为主的空气净化机,则对去除粉尘效果不佳。对去除空气污染物有片面性;5、采用了一 些成本尚的兀器件,因而造价闻,每台售价动则七八千、上万元。中低收入者负担不起。

[0003] 本发明针对以上问题,提供一种最简单、最可靠也是价格和使用成本最低的以水 洗吸收和过滤吸附为主要功能的空气净化机。
[0004]众所周知,空气污染最严重的地区下过雨后,也会天朗气清。这告诉我们,水洗吸 收,是净化空气的可靠方法。本发明就是运用这一原理,但是一般的水洗吸收式空气净化 机,很难解决气水分离的问题,水滴被净化后的气流带出,使室内空气pm2.5数值不降反增, 为解决这一问题,设计了独特的三次气水分离的结构。现在多数空气净化机都使用过滤纸 折叠而成的过滤板,但过滤板的缺点是容易堵塞,不耐水,无法清洗再生,失效后只能换件, 而且过滤纸板只有过滤功能,没有吸附功能,本发明设计的新过滤板,保留了原纸质过滤板 有效去除pm2.5等粉尘的性能,又像糊袼褙一样浸渍涂覆非晶态二氧化硅和其他吸附材料, 并加上少量的憎水剂,可以增加对有害气体的吸附能力,对水滴的阻隔性能。

[0012]本机内筒直径约为D,中筒直径约为1.5D,外壳为正方形,边长为2D。内筒上端设置 风机,风机直径为D,风机下面设置螺旋式喷水头,水栗加压的水由水管引入喷头向下喷出, 并和轴流式风机向下吹出的室内空气在内筒混和,顺内筒下行,机壳下端设置水池,气水混 合体到水池上的空间后,水滴落入池中,空气折返向上,经内筒中筒间隙底部导风板上的导 风孔进入内筒中筒间隙,再经中筒上部进入中筒和过滤板之间的间隙,经过滤板过滤,净化 后的空气进入外壳与过滤板的空间,经外壳侧面的百叶窗孔排出。独特的三次气水分离结 构:气水分离是水洗式空气净化机的要害问题,为解决此问题,设计了三次气水分离的结 构。第一次是气水混合物从内筒进入水池上方,流道截面变宽阔,流速下降,水滴在下行惯 性的作用下,大部分落入水池。空气从内筒下端折返向上,水滴的比重大,折返时很少随空 气向上流,因而形成气水分离。第二次气水分离是当含有一定水滴的空气,经内筒一中筒间 隙的底板上的通气孔向上流动,通气孔上方设有导风板,使空气按照逆时针方向进入,旋转 上升,在离心力的作用下,水滴被甩到中筒内壁上,中筒内壁上设有导水槽,以小角度倾斜 向下,在风力的作用下,水滴汇聚成水流,并产生向下流动的分力,流入水池。第三次分离是 空气从中筒上端流入中筒和过滤板之间的空隙,过滤板是化纤布涂覆一层非晶态二氧化硅 等吸附剂,还添加一定的憎水剂,水滴被滤板隔阻,基本不会流到净化机外面。经过三次气 水分离,水滴不会流出,可以极大地降低室内的PM2.5、PM10的浓度。独特的过滤板材料和结 构:现在应用的过滤板,是纸质的,它具有有效去除室内PM2.5、PM10的能力,但缺点是容易 堵塞失效,又不能清洗再用,只好丢弃,而且纸质过滤板不具有吸附有害气体的能力。本发 明发明的化纤布做基体,上面浸渍不定型二氧化硅和其他吸附材料,并添加少量的憎水剂, 这个过滤板的特点是不怕水,在有堵塞现象时,可以拿出用水冲洗,恢复过滤能力,而浸渍 涂覆的吸附材料,又可以吸附一定量的不溶于水的有害气体,折叠的结构,使其有极大的通 过面积,减少了通风阻力。

1.采用三级分离水吸收式空气净化机,其特征在于:上盖(1)下端面固定设有内筒(4), 内筒(4)顶部中间设有风机(2),在内筒(4)外部设有中筒(5),在机体的底部设有水池(8), 水池(8)里注有净水(9)并设有水泵C0,水泵(7)通过水管(6)连接水喷头(3),在中筒(5)的 夕卜部安装有过滤板(10),在内筒⑷和中筒⑸底部间隙之间设有导风板(11),导风板(11) 上设有导风孔(I2),在中筒(5) —侧设有C部,在C部上设有螺旋挡水槽(13)。
