除尘除雾装置及其应用方法
[0001 ] 本申请要求申请日为2015年5月12日,申请号为201510239376.2的发明专利申请“机电一体化除尘除雾器”的优先权,该申请的全部内容以引用方式包含在本申请范围之内。
技术领域
[0002]本申请涉及湿法脱硫技术领域,尤其涉及除尘除雾装置及其应用方法。
背景技术
[0003]脱硫,是指将煤中的硫元素用钙基等方法固定成为固体防止燃烧时生成S02。目前脱硫方法按吸收剂及脱硫产物在脱硫过程中的干湿状态可分为:湿法、干法和半干(半湿)法。湿法脱硫技术是用含有吸收剂的溶液或浆液在湿状态下脱硫和处理脱硫产物,该方法由于具有脱硫反应速度快、设备简单、脱硫效率高等优点而被广泛应用于锅炉烟气或工业尾气污染治理。
[0004]湿法脱硫技术在喷淋洗涤净化后均需安装除雾器去除喷淋过程中产生的微小液滴;但是无论是平板式除雾器还是屋脊式除雾器对小于5um液滴及及烟气中小于5um粉尘以及构成PM2.5的气溶胶的硫酸根、亚硫酸根、硝酸根、亚硝酸根等微小颗粒物的去除效率很难达到环保要求。
[0005]为满足越发严格的环保要求,湿法脱硫装置后端均需加装湿式电除尘装置进行深度净化。虽然湿式电除尘能有效去除微小颗粒物,但湿式电除尘存在着工艺设备庞大笨重,占用空间大,初投资高,运行能耗高,在已建项目上改造难度大等诸多问题。
发明内容
[0006]有鉴于此,本申请提供除尘除雾装置及其应用方法,其只需利用湿法脱硫吸收塔内部空间进行改造,无需改变湿法脱硫吸收塔外部结构,节约了初投资与运行费用。
[0007]本申请提供除尘除雾装置,所述除尘除雾装置安装在湿法脱硫吸收塔内部的顶层喷淋层上方,所述除尘除雾装置包括至少一除尘除雾单元,喷淋净化后的湿烟气经过所述至少一除尘除雾单元进行高速流动,除去粉尘及雾滴的烟气经所述湿法脱硫吸收塔的烟气出口排出。
[0008]在本申请一具体实施例中,所述除尘除雾单元包括:旋流筒和置于所述旋流筒内部的旋流板式机械除尘除雾装置;
[0009]所述旋流板式机械除尘除雾装置令所述喷淋净化后的湿烟气中的粉尘及雾滴向所述旋流筒的筒壁移动。
[0010]在本申请一具体实施例中,所述旋流板式机械除尘除雾装置包括:水管、至少一法兰、至少一旋流板和至少一喷嘴,所述水管位于所述旋流筒的中部,所述至少一法兰间隔设置在所述水管外壁,所述法兰与所述旋流筒的内壁之间设置一旋流板,所述水管上设置至少一喷嘴。
[0011]在本申请一具体实施例中,所述除尘除雾单元还包括:置于所述旋流筒内部的湿式电除尘装置,所述湿式电除尘装置设置于所述旋流板式机械除尘除雾装置的上部;

[0029]由以上技术方案可见,本申请除尘除雾装置安装在湿法脱硫吸收塔内部的顶层喷淋层上方,所述除尘除雾装置包括至少一除尘除雾单元,喷淋净化后的湿烟气经过所述至少一除尘除雾单元进行高速流动,除去粉尘及雾滴的烟气经所述湿法脱硫吸收塔的烟气出口排出。因此,本申请只需利用湿法脱硫吸收塔内部空间进行改造,无需改变湿法脱硫吸收塔外部结构,节约了初投资与运行费用。

[0037]本申请除尘除雾装置安装在湿法脱硫吸收塔内部的顶层喷淋层上方,所述除尘除雾装置包括至少一除尘除雾单元,喷淋净化后的湿烟气经过所述至少一除尘除雾单元进行高速流动,除去粉尘及雾滴的烟气经所述湿法脱硫吸收塔的烟气出口排出。因此,本申请只需利用湿法脱硫吸收塔内部空间进行改造,无需改变湿法脱硫吸收塔外部结构,节约了初投资与运行费用。

[0043]所述湿法脱硫吸收塔I内除尘除雾单元21的数量由所述湿法脱硫吸收塔I的直径确定,以最大数量的排布为准。
[0044]具体的,所述除尘除雾装置2安装在湿法脱硫吸收塔I内部的顶层喷淋层3上方I〜3米处。
[0045]本申请在湿法脱硫吸收塔I内部设置所述除尘除雾装置2,所述除尘除雾装置2包括至少一除尘除雾单元21,喷淋净化后的湿烟气经过所述至少一除尘除雾单元21进行高速流动,可允许的烟气流速为4-6m/s。湿法脱硫吸收塔I内部设置所述除尘除雾装置2后,无需加大湿法脱硫吸收塔I的直径,利用原湿法脱硫吸收塔I即可,无需改造或者在湿法脱硫吸收塔I后设置单独的湿式电除尘器。

[0059]具体的,所述叶片采用耐酸不锈钢材料、加涂玻璃鳞片防腐层的碳钢、玻璃钢、PP、PVC中的任一种。
[0060]喷淋净化后的湿烟气经过旋流板式机械除尘除雾装置212时,在旋流筒211内及其上方形成气液两相的剧烈旋转及扰动,使烟气中的细小液滴、细微粉尘颗粒、气溶胶等微小颗粒物互相碰撞团聚凝聚成大液滴。

[0063]此外,由于传统湿式电除尘器在清洗时需要停止放电,因此有短期的粉尘排放高值。本申请由于本身具有机械除尘效果,可以保证在冲洗期间除尘效率下降不多。

[0067]具体的,所述湿式电除尘装置213包括:与所述旋流筒211电极相反的放电极管213a。例如,所述旋流筒211电极为阳极,放电极管213a为阴极放电极管。所述旋流筒211采用不锈钢、导电玻璃钢等材料,所述放电极管213a采用铅或者不锈钢等材料。

[0099]参见图图1及图2,所述湿法脱硫吸收塔I中的烟气经过旋流板212c中的叶片实现对烟气及烟气中微小颗粒物的运动方向的改变和加速,从而使烟气中小水滴和微小颗粒物形成湍流并充分撞击,使烟气中的细小液滴、细微粉尘颗粒、气溶胶等微小颗粒物互相碰撞团聚凝聚成大液滴。由于烟气通过旋流板212c叶片后其流动方式为在旋流筒211内旋转上升,烟气中的液滴在离心力的作用下从烟气中分离达到旋流筒211表面,再被旋流筒211表面的液膜捕获达到高效去除微小颗粒物。同时,内置于旋流筒211中心的放电极管213a(阴极)释放电子,释放的电子在向旋流筒211(阳极)运动时与烟气中的雾滴、粉尘、气溶胶等微粒碰撞,从而使得微粒带电。由于烟气在旋流板212c叶片的扰动作用下,烟气中的微粒更易于与电子碰撞。带电粒子在离心力及电场力作用的双重作用下迅速的到达旋流筒211(阳极)表面。从而达到去除烟气中的雾滴、粉尘及气溶胶的作用。
[0100]本湿法脱硫及烟气排放系统具有以下技术效果:
[0101] 1、本申请除尘器允许的烟气流动速度高,可允许的烟气流速为4-6m/S,从而不用加大湿法脱硫吸收塔直径,利用原湿法脱硫吸收塔即可,无需改造或者在湿法脱硫吸收塔后设置单独的湿式电除尘器。本申请的除尘器的高度低,只有3m高,高度与常规塔内屋脊或板式除雾器高度相当。
[0102] 2、本申请除尘除雾净化效率高。可有效去除烟气中的细小液滴、细微粉尘颗粒、气溶胶等微小颗粒物。喷淋净化后的湿烟气经过本申请时,在旋流筒内及其上方形成气液两相的剧烈旋转及扰动,使烟气中的细小液滴、细微粉尘颗粒、气溶胶等微小颗粒物互相碰撞团聚凝聚成大液滴,大液滴再被旋流筒表面液膜捕获达到去除微小颗粒物的净化目的。同时,烟气中在流经旋流板叶片后形成旋转上升运动,烟气中的雾滴及粉尘在离心力作用下加速向旋流筒(阳极)运动。同时,由于烟气的旋转作用,使得放电极放电更快,雾滴或粉尘更容易与电子碰撞,从而达到更高的除尘效率。
[0103] 3、由于传统湿式电除尘器在清洗时需要停止放电,因此有短期的粉尘排放高值。本申请由于本身具有机械除尘效果,可以保证在冲洗期间除尘效率下降不多。
[0104] 4、本申请还解决了电除尘改造的空间要求高、难度大、改造周期长、初投资和运行费用高等问题,只需利用原有吸收塔空间进行改造,不改变吸收塔外部结构。
