本发明公开了一种新能源汽车中活动式电容安装装置,包括第一矩形架、第二矩形架、第三矩形架、第四矩形架、第一连接杆、第二连接杆、第三连接杆和发电机控制器搭铁螺栓,所述第一矩形架通过四根第一连接杆与第二矩形架固定连接,第二矩形架通过四根第二连接杆与第三矩形架固定连接,第三矩形架通过四根第三连接杆与第四矩形架固定连接,发电机控制器搭铁螺栓固定连接在第一矩形架的顶端。本发明结构简单,便于装卸,使用方便。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种新能源汽车中活动式电容安装装置。
背景技术:
随着国家新能源汽车推广力度的加大,各地都加大新能源汽车的采购。混合动力汽车作为新能源汽车的一种,得到大力推广,超级电容是混合动力客车动力总成的一部分,由于安装数量多,整体式安装装置在整车安装时很不方便。
因此,确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种新能源汽车中活动式电容安装装置。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种新能源汽车中活动式电容安装装置,包括第一矩形架、第二矩形架、第三矩形架、第四矩形架、第一连接杆、第二连接杆、第三连接杆和发电机控制器搭铁螺栓,所述第一矩形架通过四根第一连接杆与第二矩形架固定连接,第二矩形架通过四根第二连接杆与第三矩形架固定连接,第三矩形架通过四根第三连接杆与第四矩形架固定连接,发电机控制器搭铁螺栓固定连接在第一矩形架的顶端;
所述第一矩形架上设有对称设有两第一连接角钢,两角钢之间设有第一支撑杆,在第一矩形架的三个相邻的拐角处设有第一加强板;
所述第二矩形架的中心处设有第二连接角钢,该第二连接角钢与第一支撑杆相平行;
所述第三矩形架的中心处设有第三连接角钢;
所述第四矩形架的中心处设有第二支撑杆,该第二支撑杆的两侧对称设有两根第三连接杆,第四矩形架的四个拐角处设有第二加强板,第四矩形架外壁上设有若干底面固定板。
进一步地,所述第二矩形架和第三矩形架均由四根L形板收尾相连组成,在第二矩形架和第三矩形架均设有若干加强筋。
进一步地,所述第一矩形架与第二矩形架之间固定连接有两根第一中间杆,第二矩形架第三矩形架之间固定连接有两根第二中间杆,第三矩形架与第四矩形架之间固定连接有两根第三中间杆。
进一步地,所述第一连接杆与第二连接杆之间通过L形连接板固定连接。
进一步地,所述L形连接板上固定连接有中间固定板。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明结构简单,便于装卸,使用方便。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明一种新能源汽车中活动式电容安装装置,包括第一矩形架1、第二矩形架2、第三矩形架3、第四矩形架4、第一连接杆5、第二连接杆6、第三连接杆7和发电机控制器搭铁螺栓8,第一矩形架1通过四根第一连接杆5与第二矩形架2固定连接;第二矩形架2通过四根第二连接杆6与第三矩形架3固定连接;第三矩形架3通过四根第三连接杆7与第四矩形架4固定连接,发电机控制器搭铁螺栓8固定连接在第一矩形架1的顶端。
如图3,在第一矩形架1上设有对称设有两第一连接角钢11,两角钢11之间设有第一支撑杆12,第一连接角钢11与第一支撑杆12相平行。为增加第一矩形架1的强度,在第一矩形架1的三个相邻的拐角处设有第一加强板13。
如图4,第二矩形架2由四根L形板收尾相连组成,为增强第二矩形架2的强度,在第二矩形架2上设有若干加强筋9。在第二矩形架2的中心处设有第二连接角钢21,该第二连接角钢21与第一支撑杆12相平行。
如图5,第三矩形架3由四根L形板收尾相连组成,为增强第三矩形架3的强度,在第三矩形架3上设有若干加强筋9。在三矩形架32的中心处设有第三连接角钢31。
如图6,在第四矩形架4的中心处设有第二支撑杆41,该第二支撑杆41的两侧对称设有两根第三连接杆42,该两根第三连接杆42倾斜设于第四矩形架4上。在第四矩形架4的四个拐角处设有第二加强板43,在第四矩形架4外壁上设有若干底面固定板44。
为增加本发明电容安装装置的稳定性,在第一矩形架1与第二矩形架2之间固定连接有两根第一中间杆100,第二矩形架2与第三矩形架3之间固定连接有两根第二中间杆200,第三矩形架3与第四矩形架4之间固定连接有两根第三中间杆300。
本发明中的第一连接杆5与第二连接杆6之间通过L形连接板400固定连接,在L形连接板400上固定连接有中间固定板500。
为增加本发明电容安装装置的使用寿命,在本发明电容安装装置的各部件的表面上喷涂有防锈漆。

1.一种新能源汽车中活动式电容安装装置,其特征在于:包括第一矩形架(1)、第二矩形架(2)、第三矩形架(3)、第四矩形架(4)、第一连接杆(5)、第二连接杆(6)、第三连接杆(7)和发电机控制器搭铁螺栓(8),所述第一矩形架(1)通过四根第一连接杆(5)与第二矩形架(2)固定连接,第二矩形架(2)通过四根第二连接杆(6)与第三矩形架(3)固定连接,第三矩形架(3)通过四根第三连接杆(7)与第四矩形架(4)固定连接,发电机控制器搭铁螺栓(8)固定连接在第一矩形架(1)的顶端;
所述第一矩形架(1)上设有对称设有两第一连接角钢(11),两角钢(11)之间设有第一支撑杆(12),在第一矩形架(1)的三个相邻的拐角处设有第一加强板(13);
所述第二矩形架(2)的中心处设有第二连接角钢(21),该第二连接角钢(21)与第一支撑杆(12)相平行;
所述第三矩形架(3)的中心处设有第三连接角钢(31);
所述第四矩形架(4)的中心处设有第二支撑杆(41),该第二支撑杆(41)的两侧对称设有两根第三连接杆(42),第四矩形架(4)的四个拐角处设有第二加强板(43),第四矩形架(4)外壁上设有若干底面固定板(44)。
2.如权利要求1所述的新能源汽车中活动式电容安装装置,其特征在于:所述第二矩形架(2)和第三矩形架(3)均由四根L形板收尾相连组成,在第二矩形架(2)和第三矩形架(3)均设有若干加强筋(9)。
3.如权利要求2所述的新能源汽车中活动式电容安装装置,其特征在于:所述第一矩形架(1)与第二矩形架(2)之间固定连接有两根第一中间杆(100),第二矩形架(2)与第三矩形架(3)之间固定连接有两根第二中间杆(200),第三矩形架(3)与第四矩形架(4)之间固定连接有两根第三中间杆(300)。
4.如权利要求3所述的新能源汽车中活动式电容安装装置,其特征在于:所述第一连接杆(5)与第二连接杆(6)之间通过L形连接板(400)固定连接。
5.如权利要求4所述的新能源汽车中活动式电容安装装置,其特征在于:所述L形连接板(400)上固定连接有中间固定板(500)。
