Abstract

本发明涉及一种医疗器械,具体地说是一种用于截取肌腱组织的微创手术剪。包括扩张管、用于插装在扩张管内腔中的探针,扩张导管与扩张管的管壁之间设有连接板,所述连接板是与扩张管的管壁弧度相等的弧形板,所述弧形板的弧长小于1/4圆周;另有用于插装在扩张管内腔中的双刃剪。该用于截取肌腱组织的微创手术剪结构简单、操作方便、手术创口小,手术中不仅可以将肌腱切断并且可以截取一段肌腱,避免截断的肌腱愈合,术后不易复发。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,具体地说是一种用于截取肌腱组织的微创手术剪。
背景技术
腕管综合征是最常见的周围神经卡压性疾患,腕管综合征发生的原因,是腕管内压力增高导致正中神经受卡压。治疗腕管综合征的手术方法,包括各种切开手术、小切口减压及内窥镜手术等。内窥镜技术是一种“微创”手术治疗方法,切口小,创伤小,可以避免术后切口不适等问题。目前,使用各种内窥镜技术的文献很多,不过,也存在一定问题,例如,医源性神经损伤,视野欠佳,不能辨别解剖变异,松解不充分以及费用较高等。如果视野不充分,应改为切开手术。也有一些医生则认为小切口切开减压手术也是“微创技术”,也可以减少术后并发症率。内窥镜“微创”腕管松解手术分为双入路(Chow法)和单入路(Agee法)两大类。双入路为在腕管近侧和远侧各切开一个约25px的小切口,在内窥镜指导下,用小钩刀切开屈肌支持带。单入路则只从腕管近侧切开一个小切口,在内窥镜的指导下,用特殊切刀切开松解屈肌支持带。无论双入路法还是单入路法的微创手术,都是以切开屈肌支持带为目的,切开的肌腱很容易再次愈合,引起复发。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、操作方便、手术创口小、术后不易复发的用于截取肌腱组织的微创手术剪。
本发明为解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
本发明所述用于截取肌腱组织的微创手术剪包括扩张管、用于插装在扩张管内腔中的探针,所述探针的前端带有锥状针尖,所述扩张管的前端设有扩张导管,所述扩张导管与扩张管同轴设置并且直径相等,扩张导管与扩张管的管壁之间设有连接板,所述连接板是与扩张管的管壁弧度相等的弧形板,所述弧形板的弧长小于1/4圆周;另有用于插装在扩张管内腔中的双刃剪包括上刃、下刃、前套管、后套管,所述上刃和下刃均是截面为弧形的槽状结构,上刃和下刃相对设置并且其两侧均带有刃口,上刃和下刃的延长端通过连杆铰接在一起,所述前套管和后套管均为弹性材料制成可变形的管状结构,所述上刃和下刃的延长端固定连接在后套管中。
所述上刃和下刃的前端带有穿刺尖,所述后套管的外表面设置凸环。
扩张管、探针的截面均为椭圆形。
由于采用了上述结构,该用于截取肌腱组织的微创手术剪结构简单、操作方便、手术创口小,手术中不仅可以将肌腱切断并且可以截取一段肌腱,避免截断的肌腱愈合,术后不易复发。

具体实施方式
本发明所述的用于截取肌腱组织的微创手术剪包括扩张管1、用于插装在扩张管1内腔中的探针2。如图2所示,所述探针2的前端带有锥状针尖。如图1所示,所述扩张管1的前端设有扩张导管3,所述扩张导管3与扩张管1同轴设置并且直径相等,扩张导管3与扩张管1的管壁之间设有连接板4,所述连接板4是与扩张管1的管壁弧度相等的弧形板,所述弧形板的弧长小于1/4圆周。如图5所示,所述扩张管1、探针2的截面均为椭圆形,手术的第一步,先将探针2插装在扩张管1中,利用探针2前端的锥状针尖刺破皮肤将扩张管1和探针2插入病变部位屈肌支持带的下面,扩张管1的轴线与屈肌支持带垂直,并将连接板4推送到需要截取的屈肌支持带的正下方。
如图3所示,另有用于插装在扩张管1内腔中的双刃剪包括上刃5、下刃6、前套管7、后套管8。如图4所示,所述上刃5和下刃6均是截面为弧形的槽状结构,上刃5和下刃6相对设置并且其两侧均带有刃口,上刃5和下刃6的延长端通过连杆9铰接在一起,所述前套管7和后套管8均为弹性材料制成可变形的管状结构,所述上刃5和下刃6的延长端固定连接在后套管8中。所述上刃5和下刃6的前端带有穿刺尖10,所述后套管8的外表面设置凸环11。
手术的第二阶段,将探针2从扩张管1中退出,借助微窥镜的帮助,按压屈肌支持带,使其陷入扩张管1与扩张导管3之间的空隙中,然后将双刃剪插入扩张管1中,双刃剪插入过程中使下刃6紧贴扩张管1的下壁、上刃5紧贴扩张管1的上壁,上刃5和下刃6前端的穿刺尖10刺破肌肉组织分别从屈肌支持带的上、下两侧穿过,插入扩张导管3中。后套管8外表面设置的凸环11,起到定位和避免滑脱的作用。双刃剪插装到位以后,将前套管7套装在上刃5和下刃6的前端,多次挤压前套管7和后套管8,使上刃5和下刃6两侧的刃口相对咬合,即可截取一段屈肌支持带,双刃剪退出扩张管时可以将脱离的屈肌支持带取出。

1.用于截取肌腱组织的微创手术剪,包括扩张管(1)、用于插装在扩张管(1)内腔中的探针(2),所述探针(2)的前端带有锥状针尖,其特征在于:所述扩张管(1)的前端设有扩张导管(3),所述扩张导管(3)与扩张管(1)同轴设置并且直径相等,扩张导管(3)与扩张管(1)的管壁之间设有连接板(4),所述连接板(4)是与扩张管(1)的管壁弧度相等的弧形板,所述弧形板的弧长小于1/4圆周;另有用于插装在扩张管(1)内腔中的双刃剪包括上刃(5)、下刃(6)、前套管(7)、后套管(8),所述上刃(5)和下刃(6)均是截面为弧形的槽状结构,上刃(5)和下刃(6)相对设置并且其两侧均带有刃口,上刃(5)和下刃(6)的延长端通过连杆(9)铰接在一起,所述前套管(7)和后套管(8)均为弹性材料制成可变形的管状结构,所述上刃(5)和下刃(6)的延长端固定连接在后套管(8)中;所述上刃(5)和下刃(6)的前端带有穿刺尖(10),所述后套管(8)的外表面设置凸环(11)。
