Abstract
本发明涉及一种防治烟草野火病的药剂,本发明中特定比例的栀子、白芍、莪术、黄药子、大血藤、薄荷、连翘提取物可显著抑制野火病菌,室内抑菌效果较好,但在大田推广使用时,由于受到药剂稳定性、持效性等因素的影响药效难以发挥,导致防治效果的不理想。在配方中加入肌醇和烟酰胺,同时配合本发明的生产工艺,可提高药剂的稳定性,施药后药效保持时间较长,提高药剂对烟草野火病的防治效果。本发明的优点在于:对野火病菌的抑菌效果较好,可显著提高对烟草野火病的防效。配方以中药为主,绿色无污染,无残留,值得大规模推广使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防治烟草常见病的药剂,尤其涉及一种防治烟草野火病的药剂。
背景技术
烟草野火病是由烟草假单胞杆菌引起的细菌性病害,具有爆发性和破坏性,是影响烟叶生产的主要病害之一。烟草感病后严重影响烟草产量和品质,此已成为生产上亟待解决的问题。
化学防治、生物防治以及农业防治是野火病防治的主要手段,其中化学防治又是野火病防治的重要手段。在化学防治过程中,某种或某几种化学农药的长期使用,导致病原抗药性的产生,随着烟区连作年限的增加,抗性病原菌的数量也在增加,成为烟草野火病的防控的重大障碍。由于受到持效期、气候条件等因素的影响,再加上病原抗药性的存在等这一系列问题,传统的化学药剂己经很难有效控制野火病的发生和流行。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防治烟草野火病的药剂,对烟草野火病的防效较好,绿色无污染,无残留。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种防治烟草野火病的药剂,其特征在于:包括下述重量份的原料:
栀子100-130份、白芍40-80份、莪术15-20份、黄药子1-8份、大血藤5-15份、薄荷150-200份、连翘30-50份、肌醇10-20份、烟酰胺2-6份;
制备方法为:将栀子、白芍、莪术、黄药子、大血藤用水浸泡10-20min后加入肌醇,然后在100℃进行煎煮,50-70min后加入薄荷和连翘,继续煎煮2-3h,过滤,滤液浓缩干燥后得到粉末状固体,将其与烟酰胺混合均匀,即得。

具体实施例
实施例1:一种防治烟草野火病的药剂,其特征在于:包括下述重量份的原料:栀子120份、白芍60份、莪术17份、黄药子4份、大血藤10份、薄荷182份、连翘40份、肌醇15份、烟酰胺5份;
制备方法为:将栀子、白芍、莪术、黄药子、大血藤用水浸泡15min后加入肌醇,然后在100℃进行煎煮,60min后加入薄荷和连翘,继续煎煮2.5h,过滤,滤液浓缩干燥后得到粉末状固体,将其与烟酰胺混合均匀,即得。
实施例2:一种防治烟草野火病的药剂,其特征在于:包括下述重量份的原料:栀子100份、白芍40份、莪术15份、黄药子1份、大血藤5份、薄荷150份、连翘30份、肌醇10份、烟酰胺2份;
制备方法为:将栀子、白芍、莪术、黄药子、大血藤用水浸泡10min后加入肌醇,然后在100℃进行煎煮,50min后加入薄荷和连翘,继续煎煮2h,过滤,滤液浓缩干燥后得到粉末状固体,将其与烟酰胺混合均匀,即得。
实施例3:一种防治烟草野火病的药剂,其特征在于:包括下述重量份的原料:栀子130份、白芍80份、莪术20份、黄药子8份、大血藤15份、薄荷200份、连翘50份、肌醇20份、烟酰胺6份;
制备方法为:将栀子、白芍、莪术、黄药子、大血藤用水浸泡20min后加入肌醇,然后在100℃进行煎煮,70min后加入薄荷和连翘,继续煎煮3h,过滤,滤液浓缩干燥后得到粉末状固体,将其与烟酰胺混合均匀,即得。
实施例4:一种防治烟草野火病的药剂,其特征在于:包括下述重量份的原料:栀子120份、白芍60份、莪术17份、黄药子4份、大血藤10份、薄荷182份、连翘40份;
制备方法为:将栀子、白芍、莪术、黄药子、大血藤、薄荷和连翘在100℃煎煮3h,过滤,滤液浓缩干燥后得到粉末状固体,即得。
试验例1:抑菌效果试验
供试菌种为2014年从江西省兴国县长冈乡大塘村烟草田中采集的呈典型烟草野火病病症的烟草病株标样,经分离、纯化、鉴定和致病性测定,获得的烟草野火病原菌菌株Ps5-3。将分离、纯化得到的菌株移至KBA斜面培养基上培养24 h,加无菌水制成3×108cfu/mL的菌体悬浮液,然后采用常规平板纸碟法对实施例1-4制得的药剂(用水稀释至2000倍后进行试验)的抑菌性进行测定。加入药剂后24 h分别测量各个处理组的抑菌圈直径,确定抑菌效果,结果见表1。

试验例2:田间防效试验
试验在江西省兴国县长冈乡大塘村进行,品种为K326,共设5个处理,3次重复,每重复12株,5个处理为1个空白对照组和4个实验组,4个实验组分别喷施实施例1-4制得的药剂(用水稀释至2000倍后进行喷施)。烟草田间旺长期接种烟草野火病菌菌液,接种当天喷施1次药剂。之后每隔4d喷施1次药剂,共喷施2次,末次施药后15d,田间跟踪调查烟草野火病发病情况,计算各处理病情指数及防治效果,结果见表2。
