本发明属于农药技术领域,涉及一种用于无人机喷撒的农药,包括,水溶性膜、气体和药物组合物,所述药物组合物为粉末或颗粒;所述水溶性膜形成密封的囊体,所述药物组合物和气体填充于所述囊体内,所述囊体的内部气压大于外部气压。还涉及该农药的制备方法。使用该农药,无人机的单次有效成分装载量大,减少了反复加药的次数;而且借助于囊体内的喷射力完成喷药,无人机无需进行大面积喷洒,只对若干点投放农药,提高了作业效率。

技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,涉及一种用于无人机喷撒的农药,及其制备方法。
背景技术
农药喷施作业对于农作物的生长至关重要,传统的农药喷施是人工手动喷药,工作效率较低。其后出现了利用地面机械进行喷药的方法,但该类机械对于农田耕道往往有着特殊要求。近年来,出现了小型无人机进行农药喷施作业,其喷施效率高,具有较高的利用价值。
目前,小型无人机喷施的农药主要是所装载的稀释药液或分开放置的药粉和水。由于小型无人机单次只能装载少量有效农药,在连续进行大面积喷洒作业时,无人机经常需要反复起降,不断重复加载农药,给喷施作业带来了不便,作业效率低。而且,为了对农田整体施药,现有方法是由小型无人机对农田各处进行喷施,作业时间较长,降低了效率。
目前,尚需一种用于无人机喷撒的农药,以提高喷施作业的效率。
发明内容
本发明的发明人通过创造性劳动获得了一种用于无人机喷撒的农药,使用该农药的无人机单次有效农药装载量大,减少了反复起降加药的次数。农田灌溉喷水配合无人机喷洒农药,该农药外层的水溶性膜溶解破损,内部药物向外射出,射出的药物溶于水中,从而完成对农作物的施药。借助于本发明农药水溶性膜破损后的喷射力,无人机只需对农田范围内的若干点投放农药即可起效,无需进行大面积喷洒,提高了效率。
本发明的第一方面涉及一种用于无人机喷撒的农药,包括:
水溶性膜、气体和药物组合物,所述药物组合物为粉末或颗粒;所述水溶性膜形成密封的囊体,所述药物组合物和气体填充于所述囊体内,所述囊体的内部气压大于外部气压。
为配合农药喷施,在无人机喷施前、后或过程中对农田进行灌溉喷水,无人机施放出农药后,农药外层的水溶性膜接触水分溶解破损,囊体内物质由破损处向四周喷射,随喷射进行,药物组合物溶解稀释于水中,最终完成对农作物的施药作业。
本发明第一方面的一个实施方式中,在5℃-35℃下,所述囊体的内部气压≥0.15MPa、≥0.18MPa、≥0.20MPa、≥0.22MPa、≥0.25MPa、≥0.30MPa、≥0.34MPa、≥0.40MPa或≥0.45MPa,例如0.15MPa、0.18MPa、0.20MPa、0.24MPa、0.25MPa、0.32MPa、0.34MPa、0.40MPa或0.45MPa;优选温度为10℃-35℃。
本领域技术人员知悉,囊体的外部气压为标准大气压强,即1.01325×105Pa。
本发明第一方面的一个实施方式中,优选地,在0℃-35℃下,所述囊体的内部气压≤1.0MPa、≤0.9MPa、≤0.8MPa、≤0.7MPa、≤0.6MPa或≤0.5MPa,例如1.0MPa、0.9MPa、0.85MPa、0.8MPa、0.75MPa、0.7MPa、0.65MPa、0.6MPa、0.55MPa或0.5MPa;优选温度为0℃-5℃、5℃-35℃或10℃-35℃。
在0℃-5℃的低温下,囊体内压力相比常温进一步降低,农药在保存过程中更易维持稳定。
本发明第一方面的一个实施方式中,所述水溶性膜的抗拉伸强度在3MPa以上,例如≥3.0MPa、≥3.5MPa、≥4.2MPa、≥4.5MPa、≥5.0MPa,优选为3.0MPa、3.5MPa、3.7MPa、4.0MPa、4.5MPa、5.0MPa、5.5MPa或6.0MPa。
本发明水溶性膜的抗拉伸强度能保证农药在保存过程中水溶性膜不易破裂、囊体内药物不易泄露,保持农药的稳定性。
本发明第一方面的一个实施方式中,水溶性膜溶解破损后,所述囊体内的物质向外喷射的距离为3-18米;优选为3-10米、5-10米、3-5米、8-15米或10-18米,更优选为3米、4米、5米、6米、7米、8米、9米、10米、11米、12米、13米、14米、15米、16米、17米或18米。
本发明第一方面的一个实施方式中,所述水溶膜的厚度为500μm-1500μm;优选为500-800μm、700-1000μm、800-1200μm、900-1500μm,更优选为500μm、550μm、600μm、670μm、700μm、750μm、800μm、900μm、1000μm、1100μm、1200μm、1300μm、1500μm。
水溶性膜的厚度不宜过厚或过薄,过厚遇水不易溶解破损,过薄容易在保存过程中受压破裂。
本发明第一方面的一个实施方式中,所述水溶性膜的主成分为聚乙烯醇;优选地,所述水溶性膜还包括增塑剂、崩解剂和润湿剂中的一种或多种。
润湿剂的添加使水溶性膜更易与水分子接触。
本发明第一方面的一个实施方式中,所述药物组合物包括活性成分;优选地,还包括吸水剂。
吸水剂的添加使药物组合物在喷射过程中更易吸水,溶解稀释。
所述药物组合物单独为活性成分,或者由活性成分和吸水剂混合得到。
本发明第一方面的一个实施方式中,其包括如下1)-11)中的任意一项或者多项:
1)所述气体选自空气、氧气和氮气中的一种或多种;
2)所述聚乙烯醇的平均分子量为2万-6万;优选为2-4万、3-5万或4-6万,更优选为2万、25000、27000、3万、33000、35000、4万、45000、5万、54000、58000或6万;
3)所述聚乙烯醇的醇解度为70%-95%,优选为70%-80%、75%-83%、80%-88%、80%-90%或85%-95%,更优选为70%、75%、80%、82%、85%、88%、90%、93%或95%;
4)所述润湿剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚或聚氧乙烯戊基酚醚,优选为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚;
5)以重量百分数计,所述增塑剂占水溶性膜的0.1-0.8%,优选为0.1-0.4%、0.1-0.5%、0.3-0.6%或0.5-0.8%,更优选为0.1%、0.5%、0.6%或0.8%;

本发明第二方面提供了第一方面所述农药的制备方法,包括如下步骤,
(1)向聚乙烯醇原料中加水,溶解后得胶液;
可选地,加水同时还加入增塑剂、崩解剂和润湿剂中的任意一种或多种;
(2)将所述胶液静置脱泡,入模具成型,干燥脱模,制得开口的囊体;
(3)向囊腔内放入药物组合物,充入气体,封口;
任选地,还包括将封口的囊体置于干燥(湿度≤20%,优选≤18%、≤15%、≤13%、≤10%或≤5%)、0-5℃环境下保存。
本发明第二方面的一个实施方式中,所述的制备方法包括如下1)-5)中的任意一项或者多项:
1)胶液中所述聚乙烯醇的重量百分数为15-30%;
2)胶液中所述增塑剂的重量百分数为0.015-0.27%;
3)胶液中所述崩解剂的重量百分数为0.07-0.67%;
4)胶液中所述润湿剂的重量百分数为0.7-2.33%;
5)步骤(2)中,干燥温度为50-100℃,优选为80-100℃。
所述增塑剂可以为所属领域通常使用的类型,可以选自脂肪族二元酸酯类、苯二甲酸酯类(包括邻苯二甲酸酯类、对苯二甲酸酯类)、苯多酸酯类、苯甲酸酯类、多元醇酯类、氯化烃类、环氧类、柠檬酸酯类和聚酯类中的一种或多种。
所述崩解剂可以为所述领域通常使用的类型,可以选自羧甲基淀粉钠、低取代羟丙基纤维素、交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和交联羧甲基纤维素钠中的一种或多种。

本发明用于无人机喷洒的农药不含液体、重量轻,无人机的单次有效农药装载量大,减少了无人机反复起降加药的次数,提高了效率。在喷洒农药的前、后或过程中对农田灌溉喷水,无人机喷药后,本发明农药外层的水溶性膜遇水溶解破损,内部药物向外射出,并且射出的药物遇水溶解稀释,附着于农作物的叶、根等部位,完成施药,因此,借助于上述施药机理,无人机只需对农田范围内病虫害严重或按区域划分选定出的若干点施药即可,无需大面积喷洒农药,提高了施药效率。本发明的水溶性膜易于自然降解,对环境无污染。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例对本发明的实施方案进行详细描述,但是本领域技术人员将会理解,下列实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不应视为限定本发明的范围。实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市购获得的常规产品。
实施例1:本发明用于无人机喷撒的农药A
(1)将醇解度为88%、平均分子量为2-4万的聚乙烯醇原料加水溶解,得到的胶液中聚乙烯醇的重量百分数为30%;
(2)将所述胶液静置脱泡5小时,浇入模具中成型,在100℃干燥4小时后脱模,得到开口囊体;经测试,囊体外层聚乙烯醇膜的厚度为1500μm,抗拉伸强度为5MPa;
(3)将194g敌百虫(二甲基-(2,2,2-三氯-1-羟基乙基)磷酸酯)粉剂与6g活性炭(粒径200-400μm)混合成药物组合物,向囊腔内放入该药物组合物,充入气体、封口,5-35℃下囊体内部的压力为0.15-0.18MPa,囊体体积为0.5L。
制备得到本发明用于无人机喷撒的农药A。
实施例2:本发明用于无人机喷撒的农药B
(1)将150g醇解度为95%、平均分子量为4-6万的聚乙烯醇原料、2.7g邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯、0.7g交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和7g聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚加水至1000g溶解,得到胶液;
(2)将所述胶液静置脱泡6小时,浇入模具中成型,在50℃干燥10小时后脱模,得到开口囊体;经测试,囊体外层聚乙烯醇膜的厚度为500μm,抗拉伸强度为4MPa;
(3)将95g敌百虫(二甲基-(2,2,2-三氯-1-羟基乙基)磷酸酯)粉剂与5g淀粉混合成药物组合物,向囊腔内放入该药物组合物,充入气体、封口,5-35℃下囊体内部的压力为0.42-0.45MPa,囊体体积为0.3L。
制备得到本发明用于无人机喷撒的农药B。
对比例:现有的用于无人机喷洒的农药
将100g敌百虫粉剂加水稀释成浓度为40%(w/w)的溶液,得到农药C。
实验例:
用同型号无人机装载农药A-C进行施药,施药对象分别为三处地域位置相近、面积均为20亩的农田,其中农药A、B施药时边灌溉边喷药。跟踪观察施药过程、测定施药时间、观察施药效果。
(1)施药过程:
Ⅰ、农药A:施药前,将每亩均分四个区域,无人机仅在每个区域中心位置施药。农药落地后,其外层的水溶性膜遇水溶解破损,由破损处喷出药物,随着药物的喷出,破损处开裂渐大,最终完全开裂向周围喷射药物,药物向外喷射的距离为5-10米,喷射的药物遇水溶解稀释,并在喷射过程中受农作物阻挡而附着于其叶、根等部位,完成喷药。无人机喷洒农药A的过程中没有重新起降加药。
Ⅱ、农药B:施药前,将每亩均分两个区域,无人机仅在每个区域中心位置施药。农药落地后,其外层的水溶性膜遇水溶解破损,由破损处喷出药物,随着药物的喷出,破损处开裂渐大,最终完全开裂向周围喷射药物,药物向外喷射的距离为10-18米,喷射的药物遇水溶解稀释,并在喷射过程中受农作物阻挡而附着于其叶、根等部位,完成喷药。无人机喷洒农药B的过程中没有重新起降加药。
Ⅲ、农药C:无人机对20亩农田进行大面积喷洒,并且在喷药过程中,无人机重新起降加药一次。
(2)施药时间见表1:

由上面结果可知,本发明用于无人机喷洒的农药,不含水分,无人机的单次有效成分装载量更大,减少了施药过程中起降加药的次数。而且,借助于囊体内药物喷出时的喷射力作用完成喷药,因此,无人机无需对农田各处进行喷药,只需对若干点投放农药即可,提高了效率。
(3)药效:施药2天后,农田的施药效果见表2。

农药A-C都具有杀虫效果,并且农药A-B的效果更佳。
尽管本发明的具体实施方式已经得到详细的描述,本领域技术人员将会理解。根据已经公开的所有教导,可以对那些细节进行各种修改和替换,这些改变均在本发明的保护范围之内。本发明的全部范围由所附权利要求及其任何等同物给出。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于无人机喷撒的农药,包括:水溶性膜、气体和药物组合物,所述药物组合物为粉末或颗粒;所述水溶性膜形成密封的囊体,所述药物组合物和气体填充于所述囊体内,所述囊体的内部气压大于外部气压。
2.根据权利要求1所述的农药,其中,在5℃-35℃下,所述囊体的内部气压≥0.15MPa。
3.根据权利要求1所述的农药,其中,所述水溶性膜的抗拉伸强度在3MPa以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的农药,其中,水溶性膜溶解破损后,所述囊体内的物质向外喷射的距离为3-18米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的农药,其中,所述水溶性膜的厚度为500μm-1500μm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的农药,其中,所述水溶性膜的主成分为聚乙烯醇;优选地,所述水溶性膜还包括增塑剂、崩解剂和润湿剂中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的农药,其中,所述药物组合物包括活性成分;优选地,还包括吸水剂。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的农药,其特征在于如下1)-11)中的任意一项或者多项:
1)所述气体选自空气、氧气和氮气中的一种或多种;
2)所述聚乙烯醇的平均分子量为2万-6万;
3)所述聚乙烯醇的醇解度为70%-95%;
4)所述润湿剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚或聚氧乙烯戊基酚醚;
5)以重量百分数计,所述增塑剂占水溶性膜的0.1-0.8%;
6)以重量百分数计,所述崩解剂占水溶性膜的0.5-2%;
7)以重量百分数计,所述润湿剂占水溶性膜的5-7%;
8)所述囊体的体积为0.1L-0.6L;
9)所述吸水剂占药物组合物重量的3-5%;
10)所述吸水剂选自活性炭、氯化钙和淀粉中的一种或多种;
11)每个囊体含药物组合物50-200g。
9.权利要求1-8任一项所述农药的制备方法,包括如下步骤,
(1)向聚乙烯醇原料中加水,溶解后得胶液;
可选地,加水同时还加入增塑剂、崩解剂和润湿剂中的任意一种或多种;
(2)将所述胶液静置脱泡,入模具成型,干燥脱模,制得开口的囊体;
(3)向囊腔内放入药物组合物,充入气体,封口;
任选地,还包括将封口的囊体置于干燥、0-5℃环境下保存。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于如下1)-5)中的任意一项或者多项:
1)胶液中所述聚乙烯醇的重量百分数为15-30%;
2)胶液中所述增塑剂的重量百分数为0.015-0.27%;
3)胶液中所述崩解剂的重量百分数为0.07-0.67%;
4)胶液中所述润湿剂的重量百分数为0.7-2.33%;
5)步骤(2)中,干燥温度为50-100℃。
