发明内容

再次参照图1,车库门开启器20可以被配置成发射车库门打开/关闭状态信号以用于远程监控。车载远程车库门开启器50可以使用(若干)可视指示器74、声音、显示器、图标或其它手段显示车辆中的车门打开/关闭状态。通过使用(a)蓝牙或WiFi链路作为与连接互联网的移动装置40(诸如智能手机或蜂窝手机模块)的接口,(b)WiMax或(c)有线或无线链路作为与嵌入式车辆蜂窝电话80的接口(图2)或互联网访问的其它方式,车载远程车库门开启器50可以确定车库门状态,并在车辆超出传统的短距离车库门链路的范围时控制车库门。
可能需要在车载远程车库门开启器50和连接互联网的门开启器20之间建立互联网连接。通常为节约电能和带宽,此连接不是连续的。建立此初始连接和用户认证在一些情况下可以引入超过10秒的延迟。为了获得尽可能最好的响应时间,在可能需要时,连接触发器可以用来建立互联网连接,同时减小数据负荷。触发器可以来自连接互联网的移动装置40的信号,包括其图像识别系统和指纹阅读器、蜂窝网络位置、导航系统(诸如GPS位置或GPS位置附近)或车辆总线78。触发器还可以来自具体的WiFi SSID(由连接互联网的移动装置40或车载WiFi接口82感测的)的识别、时间或其它用户可选择的参数。当链路已经被预先建立起来时,实际打开/关闭命令可以被更加快速地处理。GPS信息可以来自车载导航系统84或来自连接互联网的移动装置40。
可选地,不是依靠连接互联网的移动装置40的密码,滚动码可以在车载远程车库门开启器50中产生,并通过互联网30传送到车库门开启器20。这在移动装置40丢失的情况下提供安全性,同时还消除了密码输入或与移动装置40的其它交互(诸如指纹检测)的必要。除了密码之外,或者代替密码,滚动码可以被用作附加安全层。在不链接到车载远程车库门开启器50时,一种实现方式可能需要密码输入、面部识别或移动装置40上的指纹认证。当移动装置40链接到车载远程车库门开启器50时,滚动码可以代替认证过程被传送。
不同的车库门制造商可能使用不同的互联网连接方法和安全系统。如果新型号或制造商被引入或安全缺陷被发现,则可能希望更新车载车库门开启器固件。这种更新可能通过车辆总线、专用RF链路、WiFi或蓝牙来实现。为了最佳安全性,更新可能通过车载模块使用SSL(安全套接字层)或其它安全协议来请求。更新可以自动下载或通过用户输入到车载模块而被触发。更新还可以从智能手机或其它连接互联网的装置发起。控制车载模块的不同按钮(物理或软按钮)可以根据链接到按钮的各个装置的型号或制造商,触发多个通信协议。按钮可以用来触发连接互联网的装置上的适当应用的执行以控制链接装置。
也可以建立家用互联网网关35与车载系统50的连接。此专门的WiFi连接可以用来打开车库门。其它可能的用途可以是当汽车在车库内时,从外部世界获得信息,像当前位置附近的最新天气情况和交通状况。网关会提供有效连接,手机上的数据传输率可以被短时间无效。这种请求的信息可以被用户设置,下载数据可以显示在后视镜接口上或者汽车的任何其它接口上。这还可以用来在汽车处于车库中或在范围之内时通过线上更新(airupdate)下载。
家用互联网网关35可以充当连接互联网的装置40或可训练收发器与家庭或其它建筑物内的其它装置通信的网关。网关35可以使用各种通信协议,诸如蓝牙网状网络、ZigBee和/或Zwave与其它装置通信。
一旦使用上面描述的各种方法把门打开,车辆可以使用前向和后向摄像头自动停泊在车库中,两个视图可以显示在后视镜上。

可训练RF收发器,所述可训练RF收发器用于在训练模式中接收RF信号,在操作模式中向所述车库门开启器发送RF信号;
用户致动的输入;
接口,所述接口被配置成与连接互联网的装置通信;以及
耦连到所述用户致动的输入、所述可训练RF收发器和所述接口的控制器,其中,一旦致动所述用户致动的输入,所述控制器被配置成请求由所述连接互联网的装置通过互联网向所述车库门开启器发送信号,所述车库门开启器通过打开或关闭车库门对此信号进行响应,
其中所述连接互联网的装置是连接互联网的移动装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车载远程车库门开启器,其中,所述接口是用于与所述连接互联网的装置无线通信的收发器。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车载远程车库门开启器,其中,所述收发器是蓝牙收发器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车载远程车库门开启器,其中,所述接口是耦连到车辆总线的车辆总线接口,并且其中,所述连接互联网的装置连接到所述车辆总线。

20.根据权利要求19所述的连接互联网的车库门控制系统,其中,在与连接互联网的移动装置通信时,所述车载远程车库门开启器向所述车库门开启器发送滚动码信号,所述车库门开启器不需要来自所述连接互联网的移动装置的密码,其中,当所述车载远程车库门开启器不与所述连接互联网的移动装置通信时,所述车库门开启器需要来自所述连接互联网的移动装置的密码。
21.根据权利要求16和17中任一项所述的连接互联网的车库门控制系统,其中,所述车载远程车库门开启器被配置成接收通过互联网从所述车库门开启器发送的指示车库门的打开或关闭状态的信号。
