Description

Media transmission method, media control method and device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications, and in particular, to a media transmission method, a media control method, and a media control device.
Background
The wireless Sharing (Air Sharing) is a realization mode of multi-screen interaction, and can share the content displayed by the screen of one terminal to a solution of a plurality of mobile terminals through a wireless network, so that the rapid near-field Sharing is realized. In wireless sharing, a main terminal is a sending terminal of the multimedia data, namely a sharing terminal of the multimedia data; the slave terminal is a receiving terminal of the multimedia data, namely a shared terminal of the multimedia data. The wireless sharing is realized, the wireless sharing application can be installed on the main terminal, after the user triggers the creation of the sharing, if the user confirms the sharing created by the main terminal through clicking and the like, the slave terminal can display the content shared by the main terminal within a specific range. Optionally, the slave terminal may also be connected to the master terminal by turning on WIreless FIdelity (WiFi), and the slave terminal opens the browser according to the operation of the user and downloads the client according to the website input by the user. And after the terminals in a specific range discover equipment, discover services and negotiate the media format of the transmitted content, the transmission of the media file can be realized, and near field communication is realized.
The wireless shared bottom layer can be transmitted based on different mechanisms, for example, Apple's Airplay transmits the video images on the iPhone, iPod and iPad to a device through wifi for playing, and the bottom layer supports wireless and wired connection and plays files with various media formats through terminal application. There is also a solution for transmitting through the Miracast standard, where Miracast is an authentication name of a device that a WiFi alliance supports WiFi presentation specifications, and a bottom layer transmits a media file after negotiating through a real time Streaming media transport Protocol (RTSP). Some wireless sharing is implemented by starting an access point function through a host terminal, accessing the host terminal from a slave terminal, completing device discovery through a GET command in a Hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP), and sending a file through a POST command of the HTTP or obtaining a file through a GET command of the HTTP.
In the prior art, when multiple devices realize wireless near-field sharing, for multimedia data, the multimedia data played from a terminal is delayed by about 0.5 to 1 second relative to the multimedia data played from a main terminal due to the limitations of hardware conditions such as the performance of different mobile phones, the compatibility of mobile phones of different manufacturers, network characteristics and the like. Therefore, when the master terminal and the slave terminal share multimedia data in a wireless near field manner, interference is easily generated, and the use of a user is affected.

In practical application, when at least two users have a multimedia data sharing requirement in a restaurant, a conference room, a living room and other places, the users needing to share the multimedia data operate the main terminal by clicking and the like, the wireless sharing function is started, the users receiving the multimedia data sharing operate the slave terminal, the slave terminal and the main terminal perform equipment discovery mutually, and communication connection is established.
102. The master terminal determines the type of the multimedia data sent to each slave terminal according to the distance between the terminals and/or the request message sent by one or more slave terminals;
wherein the types of the multimedia data include: images and audio, and images only.
Optionally, the multimedia data of the type of the image and the audio comprise image data and audio data; multimedia data of the type image-only, including only the image data.
103. And the master terminal respectively sends the multimedia data of the corresponding type to each slave terminal through the communication connection according to the type of the multimedia data.
After determining the type of the multimedia data sent to each slave terminal, the master terminal can send the multimedia data of the corresponding type to each slave terminal through the communication connection according to the type of the multimedia data, so that some slave terminals can not play audio in the process of multimedia playing, and the asynchronous interference of playing among different terminals is reduced.
In the embodiment of the invention, a communication connection for sharing multimedia data is established between a master terminal and slave terminals, the master terminal determines the type of the multimedia data sent to each slave terminal according to the distance between the terminals and/or the request message sent by one or more of the at least one slave terminal, and then sends the multimedia data of the corresponding type to each slave terminal according to the type of the multimedia data, so that in the process of playing the shared multimedia data, all the terminals are not required to play audio, and the interference caused by asynchronous playing between the terminals is reduced; and corresponding to some slave terminals, only the image of the multimedia data is transmitted, so that the bandwidth resource of media transmission is saved, and the efficiency of media transmission is improved.
In this embodiment of the present invention, a distance between terminals may be a distance between a master terminal and a slave terminal, or a distance between a slave terminal and a slave terminal, and for convenience of implementation, the master terminal may determine a type of the multimedia data to be sent to the slave terminal only according to the distance between the master terminal and the slave terminal, please refer to fig. 2, where another embodiment of a media transmission method in this embodiment of the present invention includes:
201. the method comprises the steps that a communication connection for sharing multimedia data is established between a master terminal and at least one slave terminal;
the master terminal and the at least one slave terminal establish a communication connection for sharing the multimedia data, and the process of establishing the communication connection may include a process of mutually discovering the master terminal and the slave terminal and a process of discovering the service.
202. The master terminal determines the distance between the master terminal and each slave terminal;
optionally, the master terminal may detect a distance between the master terminal and each of the at least one slave terminal through a distance detection module of the master terminal. Specifically, the distance detection module of the master terminal may include: the system comprises a magnetic sensor, a gyroscope, a direction sensor, an acceleration sensor, a camera, a Near Field Communication (NFC) device, a Bluetooth transmission device, an infrared sensor, a multi-antenna array, a multi-Bluetooth antenna array, a multi-microphone array and the like. Multiple arrays refer to multiple signal acquisitions.
Optionally, the master terminal may determine a distance between the master terminal and each of the at least one slave terminal according to the signal strength of the wifi signal; specifically, the master terminal can detect the signal intensity of the received wifi signal sent by the slave terminal, and the distance between the master terminal and the slave terminal is known according to the proportional relation between the signal intensity and the transmission distance.
Optionally, the master terminal may determine a distance between the master terminal and each of the at least one slave terminal according to the sound wave information received or transmitted by the master terminal. Specifically, the sound wave information may be a sound wave or an ultrasonic wave of a specific frequency, or may be an audio frequency externally played by the terminal. Taking the sound wave of specific frequency as an example, the slave terminal sends the sound wave to the master terminal, the sound wave can carry a time stamp, the master terminal obtains the time stamp when receiving the sound wave after receiving the sound wave, and after calculating the time stamp difference, the distance is obtained according to the transmission rate of the sound wave and the time difference.
The master terminal acquires first distance information provided by a second slave terminal, wherein the first distance information is the distance between the master terminal and the second slave terminal measured by the second slave terminal. The second slave terminal represents a slave terminal providing distance information; wherein "second" is used to refer to a specific terminal only, and there is no order or magnitude relationship with "first". Specifically, the slave terminal may calculate the distance between the master terminal and the second slave terminal by using the ranging method.
Alternatively, for accuracy of ranging, the distance between the terminals may be determined based on any combination of the above, for example, the distance between the terminals may be calculated based on the direction sensor and the wifi signal strength.
203. The master terminal determines the type of the multimedia data sent to each slave terminal according to the distance between the terminals;
the master terminal determines the type of the multimedia data sent to the slave terminal closest to the master terminal to be an image and an audio according to the distance between the master terminal and each slave terminal, and determines the type of the multimedia data sent to at least one slave terminal except the slave terminal closest to the master terminal to be an image only.
In the embodiment of the present invention, it may be determined that the slave terminal closest to the master terminal is an audio playing terminal, and determine that other slave terminals are non-audio playing terminals. The main terminal can be used as an audio playing terminal or a non-audio playing terminal, and is determined according to actual conditions. In order to completely eliminate interference, only one audio playing terminal can be arranged in one area, so that the situation that audio playing is not synchronous does not occur.
Optionally, if the main terminal is located at a position close to the edge in all the terminals, the terminal close to the central point in the area formed by all the terminals may be selected as the audio playing terminal, so that the listening effect of each terminal can be considered.
The audio playing terminal is a device for audio playing in multimedia data sharing, and the non-audio playing terminal is a device for audio playing not in multimedia data sharing. It can be understood that the limitation of the audio playing terminal and the non-audio playing terminal is limited to the role of the corresponding terminal in the multimedia data sharing scene, and does not limit the physical functions of the actual hardware terminal.
204. And the master terminal respectively sends the multimedia data of the corresponding type to each slave terminal through the communication connection according to the type of the multimedia data.
After the types of the multimedia data sent to the slave terminals are determined, the master terminal sends the multimedia data of the corresponding type to each slave terminal through the communication connection according to the types of the multimedia data, so that some slave terminals can not play audio in the process of audio and video playing, and the asynchronous interference of playing among different terminals is reduced.
In practical applications, in order to facilitate sharing and communication, a shared user may approach or surround the shared user, and in this time, considering factors such as a listening effect and bandwidth saving, it is convenient for the main terminal to serve as an audio playing terminal, please refer to fig. 3, where another embodiment of the media transmission method in the embodiment of the present invention includes:
301. the method comprises the steps that a communication connection for sharing multimedia data is established between a master terminal and at least one slave terminal;
the master terminal and the at least one slave terminal establish a communication connection for sharing the multimedia data, and the process of establishing the communication connection may include a process of mutually discovering the master terminal and the slave terminal and a process of discovering the service.
302. The master terminal determines the distance between the master terminal and each slave terminal;
specifically, the method for determining the distance may refer to the content of step 202, and is not described herein again.
303. The method comprises the steps that a master terminal determines that the type of multimedia data sent to a slave terminal close to the master terminal is only an image, and the type of multimedia data sent to a slave terminal far away from the master terminal is an image and audio;
the master terminal compares and judges according to the distance between the master terminal and each slave terminal and a first distance threshold, and if the distance between the at least one slave terminal and the master terminal is less than or equal to the first distance threshold, the type of the multimedia data sent to the at least one slave terminal is determined to be only an image; and if the distance between the at least one slave terminal and the master terminal is greater than the first distance threshold, determining that the type of the multimedia data sent to the at least one slave terminal is image and audio.
The first distance threshold is an empirical value determined according to the volume and the listening effect in practical applications, and is not limited herein. Similarly, a second distance threshold, which is also an empirical value determined based on volume and listening effectiveness, will also appear in the following embodiments. The distinction between "first" and "second" is only used to indicate that they are distance thresholds used in both methods, and in practical applications, the physical values may or may not be the same.
Optionally, in practical application, a situation that the slave terminal moves during the sharing process may also occur, and at this time, there may be two processing manners:
firstly, the slave terminal actively informs;
the master terminal receives a first request message sent by a first slave terminal, wherein the first request message is used for requesting the master terminal to send multimedia data of which the types are image and audio to the at least one slave terminal; the first slave terminal represents a terminal in which a location movement is to occur. When the slave terminal is about to leave the current location, the user may operate the slave terminal to re-request the transmission of the type of the multimedia data in a first request message transmitted to the master terminal.
The master terminal determines the types of the multimedia data sent to the first slave terminal as images and audio according to the first request message;
and the master terminal sends multimedia data with image and audio types to the first slave terminal through the communication connection. And after the type of the multimedia data transmitted to the first slave terminal is redetermined, the master terminal renegotiates with the first slave terminal to resend the multimedia data.
Secondly, the master terminal determines the distance between the master terminal and the slave terminal again;
in the embodiment of the present invention, the master terminal may determine the distance between the master terminal and each of the at least one slave terminal every preset time period, and re-determine the type of the multimedia data sent to the slave terminal;
if the distance between the main terminal and the first slave terminal is larger than a first distance threshold, determining that the type of the multimedia data sent to the first slave terminal is image and audio;
and the master terminal sends multimedia data with image and audio types to the first slave terminal through the communication connection.
In practical applications, if there are many shared terminals and the distribution range of each terminal is wide, the area where each terminal is located needs to be considered, and in order to select a slave terminal with a suitable location as an audio playing terminal, referring to fig. 4, another embodiment of the media transmission method in the embodiment of the present invention includes:
401. the method comprises the steps that a communication connection for sharing multimedia data is established between a master terminal and at least one slave terminal;
the master terminal and the at least one slave terminal establish a communication connection for sharing the multimedia data, and the process of establishing the communication connection may include a process of mutually discovering the master terminal and the slave terminal and a process of discovering the service.
402. The main terminal determines the distance between the terminals;
in the embodiment of the present invention, the distance between terminals includes a distance between any two terminals in all terminals. Specifically, the master terminal determines the distance between the terminals, that is, the master terminal determines the positions and the overall distribution of all the terminals.
Optionally, the main terminal may determine the distance between the terminals according to a distance detection module of the main terminal. Specifically, the distance detection module of the master terminal may include: the system comprises a magnetic sensor, a gyroscope, a direction sensor, an acceleration sensor and a camera, and comprises a depth camera (depth camera), a Near Field Communication (NFC) device, a Bluetooth transmission device, an infrared sensor, a multi-antenna array, a multi-Bluetooth antenna array, a multi-microphone array and the like.
Optionally, the main terminal may determine the distance between the terminals according to the signal strength of the wifi signal; specifically, the master terminal can detect the signal intensity of the received wifi signal sent by the slave terminal, and the distance between the master terminal and the slave terminal is known according to the proportional relation between the signal intensity and the transmission distance.
Optionally, the main terminal may determine the distance between the terminals according to the sound wave information received or sent by the main terminal.
Further, the master terminal further obtains second distance information provided by a second slave terminal, where the second distance information is a measured distance between the master terminal and the second slave terminal, and a distance between the second slave terminal and another slave terminal. So that the master terminal can know the global position information of the terminal.
Alternatively, for accuracy of ranging, the distance between the terminals may be determined based on any combination of the above, for example, the distance between the terminals may be calculated based on the direction sensor and the wifi signal strength.
403. The main terminal divides an audio playing area for each terminal according to the distance between the terminals and a second distance threshold, and determines an audio playing terminal;
specifically, the main terminal divides an audio playing area of the terminal according to the distance between the terminals and a second distance threshold, wherein the audio playing area is an area with the distance from a center point to an edge point smaller than the second distance threshold; the second distance threshold is a preset value and is used for indicating a distance of sound transmission between two points; in practical applications, the second distance threshold is an empirical value set according to the volume and the playing environment, and the human ear can clearly hear the sound emitted from the other end at one end of the second distance threshold.
And determining one terminal close to the central point of the audio playing area as an audio playing terminal, and determining all terminals except the audio playing terminal in the same audio playing area as non-audio playing terminals.
In practical application, if only the distance factor is considered, a center area may be determined by taking the center point as a center of a circle and taking a preset value (the preset value is smaller than the second distance threshold) as a radius, the terminal in the center area may be determined as a "terminal close to the center point of the audio playing area", the main terminal may randomly select one of the terminals in the center area as the audio playing terminal, or may select one of the terminals in the center area that is closest to the center point as the audio playing terminal.
Further, if the terminal in the central area includes the main terminal, the main terminal may be preferentially selected as an audio playing terminal. In practical application, since the main terminal itself carries the audio media of the multimedia data, selecting the main terminal as the audio playing terminal can further save bandwidth resources.
Further, if one terminal in the central area is closer to a plurality of terminals in the audio playing area, the terminal is selected as the audio playing terminal. In practical applications, in order to achieve the listening quality of most users, a terminal closer to most terminals may be selected as an audio playing terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, one audio playing area is determined in one audio playing area, and a preset distance is arranged between every two audio playing areas, so that only one terminal carries out audio playing in one audio playing area, and sound interference caused by asynchronous audio playing of the two terminals is avoided.
404. The master terminal determines the type of the multimedia data sent to the slave terminal;
optionally, if the request message sent by the slave terminal is not received, it is determined that the type of the multimedia data sent to the slave terminal as the audio playing terminal is image and audio, and it is determined that the type of the multimedia data sent to the slave terminal as the non-audio playing terminal is image only.
Optionally, before determining the type of the multimedia data sent to the slave terminal, the master terminal receives the request message sent by the slave terminal, and determines the type of the multimedia data sent to the slave terminal by combining the type of the request message, specifically:
the request message includes: the first request message is used for requesting the master terminal to send multimedia data of image and audio to the slave terminal sending the first request message, and the second request message is used for requesting the master terminal to send multimedia data of image to the slave terminal sending the second request message.
If the at least one slave terminal is determined to be the non-audio playing terminal (i.e., the at least one slave terminal is close to the center point of the audio playing area), and the at least one slave terminal does not send the request message, determining the type of the multimedia data sent to the at least one slave terminal to be image-only;
if the at least one slave terminal is determined to be the audio playing terminal (i.e., the at least one slave terminal is far away from the center point of the audio playing area), and the at least one slave terminal does not send the request message, determining the type of the multimedia data sent to the at least one slave terminal to be image and audio;
if the master terminal receives the first request message sent by the at least one slave terminal, determining that the type of the multimedia data sent to the at least one slave terminal is image and audio;
and if the master terminal receives the second request message sent by the at least one slave terminal, determining that the type of the multimedia data sent to the at least one slave terminal is image-only.
It is to be understood that, in practical applications, the type of the multimedia data transmitted to the slave terminals may also be determined in combination with "the distance between the master terminal and each of the at least one slave terminal" and "the request message transmitted by one or more of the at least one slave terminal", and a specific priority setting manner may be determined according to practical applications, and is not limited herein.
In practical applications, the master terminal may further determine the type of the multimedia data sent to the slave terminal only according to the request message sent by the slave terminal, referring to fig. 5, an embodiment of the media transmission method in the embodiment of the present invention includes:

after the wireless sharing function is started, the master terminal can be used as an access point to establish communication connection with the slave terminal; optionally, the master terminal may monitor the slave terminal through the probe frame, and if the slave terminal returns a response of the probe frame, the master terminal and the slave terminal may exchange device information of the opposite terminal to complete establishment of the communication connection; optionally, the slave terminal may also send a probe frame to scan access points nearby, and after the master terminal monitors the probe frame sent by the slave terminal on a specific frequency channel, the master terminal returns a response of the probe frame, so that the master terminal and the slave terminal can exchange device information of the opposite terminal; in the process of terminal discovery, information such as device name, group certificate, PIN, channel information, interface address and the like is further exchanged.
And after the communication connection between the master terminal and the slave terminal is completed, the slave terminal receives the multimedia data sent by the master terminal according to the communication connection.
602. The slave terminal determines the distance between the slave terminal and the master terminal;
optionally, the slave terminal determines the distance between the slave terminal and the master terminal according to a distance detection module of the slave terminal. Specifically, the distance detection module of the slave terminal may include: the system comprises a magnetic sensor, a gyroscope, a direction sensor, an acceleration sensor, a camera, a Near Field Communication (NFC) device, a Bluetooth transmission device, an infrared sensor, a multi-antenna array, a multi-Bluetooth antenna array, a multi-microphone array and the like. 703. The slave terminal determines the play mode of the slave terminal to the multimedia data according to the audio played outside the master terminal;
and the slave terminal determines the play mode of the slave terminal to the multimedia data according to the audio played outside the master terminal. Wherein, the playing mode of the multimedia data is as follows: a silent mode and a non-silent mode.

For example: and m is audio 0RTP/AVP 0.
2. When the master terminal and the at least one slave terminal perform media transmission negotiation, the at least one slave terminal sends an SDP message to the master terminal, and a port for receiving audio media in media line information in the SDP message is set to be zero; i.e. the slave terminal does not set the receiving port for audio media. For example: and m is audio 0RTP/AVP 0.
3. When the master terminal and the at least one slave terminal perform media transmission negotiation, the at least one slave terminal sends an SDP message to the master terminal, and the function of a port for receiving audio media in media line information in the SDP message is set to be only allowed to send; i.e. the slave terminal disables the receiving function of the audio media port. For example: m is audio 49172RTP/AVP 98a sendoly.
905. And the master terminal transmits the multimedia data to the slave terminal according to the type of the multimedia data.
Optionally, if the transmission content of the multimedia data is not controlled during the media transmission negotiation, the master terminal may send a stop signaling message to the at least one slave terminal before or during the transmission of the multimedia data from the master terminal to the at least one slave terminal, or the master terminal receives a pause signaling message sent by the at least one slave terminal, where the stop signaling message carries a media line identifier of an audio media, and the stop signaling message is used to stop transmitting the audio media.
Optionally, in practical application, if there is a slave terminal leaving during a dinner party period, and the at least one slave terminal needs to continue sharing; the master terminal will perform update detection on the distance between the terminals, that is, perform step 902 and step 903 again, after determining that the absent slave terminal is the audio playing terminal, the master terminal and the absent slave terminal perform media transmission negotiation again, and after the negotiation is completed, the master terminal and the absent slave terminal transmit the image and audio media of the multimedia data.
Secondly, in practical application, in a conference scenario, as shown in fig. 10, 10001 is a master terminal, 10002 is a slave terminal, the master terminal is located at a position of a platform and is far away from most of the slave terminals, and at this time, the master terminal is not suitable to be used as an audio playing terminal or is not suitable to be used as a unique audio playing terminal (i.e. to determine a plurality of audio playing areas), and an audio playing terminal needs to be determined among the slave terminals; signaling flow diagram please refer to fig. 11:
1101. the master terminal and the slave terminal establish communication connection;
1102. the main terminal determines the distance between the terminals;
in the embodiment of the invention, the distance between the terminals comprises the distance between the master terminal and the slave terminal and the distance between the slave terminal and the slave terminal.
1103. Optionally, the slave terminal sends a request message to the master terminal;
specifically, the slave terminal sends a request message to the master terminal, where the request message is used to request the master terminal to set the at least one slave terminal as a non-audio playing terminal.
In practical applications, the slave terminal may actively request the master terminal as a non-audio-playing terminal according to the capabilities of the terminal itself (e.g., the volume of audio playing is insufficient, and the audio device is not the optimal terminal). Optionally, if the environment of the slave terminal is special, the user is not easy to hear the sound played by the audio playing device, or the user wears an earphone, and the sound is not affected by the earphone, the user may also actively request the master terminal to serve as the audio playing terminal.
1104. The master terminal determines the type of the multimedia data sent to each slave terminal according to the distance between the terminals;
optionally, if the request message sent by the slave terminal is not received, it is determined that the type of the multimedia data sent to the slave terminal as the audio playing terminal is image and audio, and it is determined that the type of the multimedia data sent to the slave terminal as the non-audio playing terminal is image only.
Optionally, before determining the type of the multimedia data sent to the slave terminal, the master terminal receives the request message sent by the slave terminal, and determines the type of the multimedia data sent to the slave terminal by combining the type of the request message, specifically:
the request message includes: the first request message is used for requesting the master terminal to send multimedia data to the at least one slave terminal in the types of images and audio, and the second request message is used for requesting the master terminal to send multimedia data to the at least one slave terminal in the type of images.
If the at least one slave terminal is determined to be the non-audio playing terminal and the request message is not sent by the at least one slave terminal, determining that the type of the multimedia data sent to the at least one slave terminal is image-only;
if the at least one slave terminal is determined to be the audio playing terminal and the at least one slave terminal does not send the request message, determining that the type of the multimedia data sent to the at least one slave terminal is image and audio;
if the master terminal receives the first request message sent by the at least one slave terminal, determining that the type of the multimedia data sent to the at least one slave terminal is image and audio;
and if the master terminal receives the second request message sent by the at least one slave terminal, determining that the type of the multimedia data sent to the at least one slave terminal is image-only.
1105. The master terminal and the slave terminal carry out media transmission negotiation;
the content of step 1105 is similar to that of step 904, and is not described in detail here.
1106. The master terminal transmits multimedia data to the slave terminal.
The content of step 1106 is similar to that of step 905, and is not described herein again.

and acquiring first distance information provided by a second slave terminal, wherein the first distance information is the distance between the master terminal and the second slave terminal measured by the second slave terminal.
Specifically, the second ranging unit 1250 is specifically configured to:
determining the distance between the terminals according to a distance detection module of the main terminal;
or the like, or, alternatively,
determining the distance between the terminals according to the signal intensity of the wireless fidelity wifi signal;

or the like, or, alternatively,
and acquiring second distance information provided by a second slave terminal, wherein the second distance information is the measured distance between the master terminal and the second slave terminal and the distance between the second slave terminal and other slave terminals.
The operation flow of each unit module in the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below:
1) the master terminal determines the type of the multimedia data transmitted to the slave terminal only according to the distance between the master terminal and the slave terminal:
the communication connection unit 1210 establishes a communication connection for sharing multimedia data with at least one slave terminal, and the process of establishing the communication connection may include a process in which the master terminal and the slave terminal discover each other and a process in which a service is discovered.
Optionally, the first ranging unit 1240 detects a distance between the master terminal and each of the at least one slave terminal through a distance detection module.
Optionally, the first ranging unit 1240 may determine a distance between the master terminal and each of the at least one slave terminal according to the signal strength of the wifi signal; specifically, the master terminal can detect the signal intensity of the received wifi signal sent by the slave terminal, and the distance between the master terminal and the slave terminal is known according to the proportional relation between the signal intensity and the transmission distance.
Alternatively, the first ranging unit 1240 may determine a distance between the master terminal and each of the at least one slave terminal according to the sound wave information received or transmitted by the master terminal.
Optionally, the first ranging unit 1240 may acquire first distance information provided by a second slave terminal, where the first distance information is a distance between the master terminal and the second slave terminal measured by the second slave terminal.
The type determining unit 1220 determines the type of multimedia data transmitted to the slave terminal closest to the master terminal as an image and an audio and determines the type of multimedia data transmitted to at least one other slave terminal than the slave terminal closest to the master terminal as an image only, according to the distance between the master terminal and each of the at least one slave terminal.
After determining the type of the multimedia data to be sent to each slave terminal, the sending unit 1230 sends the multimedia data of the corresponding type to each of the at least one slave terminal through the communication connection according to the type of the multimedia data, so that some slave terminals may not play audio in the process of audio/video playing, thereby reducing the interference of asynchronous playing among different terminals.
2) The main terminal is used as an audio playing terminal:
the communication connection unit 1210 establishes a communication connection for sharing multimedia data with at least one slave terminal, and the process of establishing the communication connection may include a process in which the master terminal and the slave terminal discover each other and a process in which a service is discovered.
The function of the first ranging unit 1240 is the same as that of embodiment 1), and is not described herein.
The second determining module 1222 determines, according to the distance between the master terminal and each of the at least one slave terminal and the first distance threshold, whether the type of the multimedia data transmitted to the at least one slave terminal is image-only if the distance between the at least one slave terminal and the master terminal is less than or equal to the first distance threshold; and if the distance between the at least one slave terminal and the master terminal is greater than the first distance threshold, determining that the type of the multimedia data sent to the at least one slave terminal is image and audio.
Optionally, in practical application, a situation that the slave terminal moves during the sharing process may also occur, and at this time, there may be two processing manners:
the slave terminal actively informs;
receiving a first request message sent by a first slave terminal, wherein the first request message is used for requesting the master terminal to send multimedia data of image and audio types to the at least one slave terminal; the first slave terminal represents a terminal in which a location movement is to occur. When the slave terminal is about to leave the current location, the user may operate the slave terminal to re-request the transmission of the type of the multimedia data in a first request message transmitted to the master terminal. Determining the type of multimedia data sent to the first slave terminal as image and audio according to the first request message; and sending multimedia data of image and audio types to the first slave terminal through the communication connection. And after the type of the multimedia data transmitted to the first slave terminal is redetermined, the master terminal renegotiates with the first slave terminal to resend the multimedia data.
The master terminal determines the distance to the slave terminal again;
in the embodiment of the present invention, the master terminal may determine the distance between the master terminal and each of the at least one slave terminal every preset time period, and re-determine the type of the multimedia data sent to the slave terminal;
if the distance between the main terminal and the first slave terminal is larger than a first distance threshold, determining that the type of the multimedia data sent to the first slave terminal is image and audio; and sending multimedia data of image and audio types to the first slave terminal through the communication connection.
3) Considering the area where each terminal is located, in order to select a slave terminal with a proper position as an audio playing terminal:
the communication connection unit 1210 establishes a communication connection for sharing multimedia data with at least one slave terminal, and the process of establishing the communication connection may include a process in which the master terminal and the slave terminal discover each other and a process in which a service is discovered.
The second ranging unit 1250 determines the distance between the terminals; in the embodiment of the present invention, the distance between terminals includes a distance between any two terminals in all terminals. Specifically, the master terminal determines the distance between the terminals, that is, the master terminal determines the positions and the overall distribution of all the terminals.
Optionally, the distance between the terminals may be determined according to a distance detection module of the master terminal.
Optionally, the distance between the terminals may be determined according to the signal strength of the wifi signal; specifically, the master terminal can detect the signal intensity of the received wifi signal sent by the slave terminal, and the distance between the master terminal and the slave terminal is known according to the proportional relation between the signal intensity and the transmission distance.
Optionally, the distance between the terminals may be determined according to the sound wave information received or transmitted by the main terminal.
The second distance measuring unit 1250 divides an audio playing area of the terminal according to the distance between the terminals and a second distance threshold, where the audio playing area is an area where the distance from a center point to an edge point is smaller than the second distance threshold; the second distance threshold is a preset value and is used for indicating a distance of sound transmission between two points; in practical applications, the second distance threshold is an empirical value set according to the volume and the playing environment, and the human ear can clearly hear the sound emitted from the other end at one end of the second distance threshold.
Alternatively, if the message receiving unit 1260 does not receive the request message sent from the terminal, the third determining module 1223 determines that the type of the multimedia data sent to the slave terminal as the audio playing terminal is image and audio, and determines that the type of the multimedia data sent to the slave terminal as the non-audio playing terminal is image only.
Optionally, before determining the type of the multimedia data sent to the slave terminal, the message receiving unit 1260 receives a request message sent from the slave terminal, and determines the type of the multimedia data sent to the slave terminal according to the type of the request message, and the fourth determining module 1224 is specifically configured to:
if the at least one slave terminal is determined to be the non-audio playing terminal (i.e., the at least one slave terminal is close to the center point of the audio playing area), and the at least one slave terminal does not send the request message, determining the type of the multimedia data sent to the at least one slave terminal to be image-only;
if the at least one slave terminal is determined to be the audio playing terminal (i.e., the at least one slave terminal is far away from the center point of the audio playing area), and the at least one slave terminal does not send the request message, determining the type of the multimedia data sent to the at least one slave terminal to be image and audio;
if the master terminal receives the first request message sent by the at least one slave terminal, determining that the type of the multimedia data sent to the at least one slave terminal is image and audio;
and if the master terminal receives the second request message sent by the at least one slave terminal, determining that the type of the multimedia data sent to the at least one slave terminal is image-only.
4) The master terminal determines the type of the multimedia data transmitted to the slave terminal only according to the request message transmitted by the slave terminal:
the communication connection unit 1210 establishes a communication connection for sharing multimedia data with at least one slave terminal, and the process of establishing the communication connection may include a process in which the master terminal and the slave terminal discover each other and a process in which a service is discovered. After the terminal discovery is successfully completed, the master terminal and the slave terminal exchange information such as a service list and the like to complete a service discovery process, and after the service discovery, the master terminal and the slave terminal establish communication connection.
A message receiving unit 1260 receives a request message transmitted from a terminal; the request message includes: a first request message or a second request message, wherein the first request message is used for requesting the master terminal to send multimedia data of image and audio to the slave terminal sending the first request message, and the second request message is used for requesting the master terminal to send multimedia data of image-only type to the slave terminal sending the second request message;
the fifth determining module 1225 determines the type of multimedia data transmitted to the slave terminal that transmitted the first request message as image and audio according to the first request message, determines the type of multimedia data transmitted to the slave terminal that transmitted the second request message as image only according to the second request message, and determines the type of multimedia data transmitted to the slave terminal that did not transmit the first request message or the second request message as image and audio, or image only.
After determining the type of the multimedia data sent to each slave terminal, the message receiving unit 1260 sends the multimedia data of the corresponding type to each of the at least one slave terminal through the communication connection according to the type of the multimedia data, so that some slave terminals may not play audio in the process of audio/video playing, thereby reducing the asynchronous interference of playing between different terminals.
Fig. 13 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. The terminal may include an input unit 1310, an output unit 1320, a processor 1330, a memory 1340, a bus system 1350, and a transceiver 1360. The terminal in the embodiment of the invention is used as a master terminal and is used for sharing multimedia data to at least one slave terminal.
The transceiver 1360 is used to establish a communication channel through which a terminal connects to a remote server and downloads and uploads media data from and to the remote server. The transceiver 1360 may include a Wireless Local Area Network (wlan) module, a bluetooth module, a baseband (Base Band) module, and other communication modules, and a Radio Frequency (RF) circuit corresponding to the communication module, and is configured to perform wlan communication, bluetooth communication, infrared communication, and/or cellular communication system communication, such as Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (W-CDMA) and/or High Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA). The communication module is used for controlling communication of each component in the terminal and can support Direct Memory Access (Direct Memory Access).
In various embodiments of the present invention, the various communication modules in the transceiver 1360 are typically in the form of Integrated Circuit chips (Integrated Circuit chips), and may be selectively combined without including all communication modules and corresponding antenna groups. if the audio intensity of the audio externally played by the master terminal is greater than an audio threshold, determining that the playing mode of the slave terminal for the multimedia data is a mute mode;
and if the audio intensity of the audio externally played by the main terminal is less than or equal to an audio threshold, determining that the playing mode of the slave terminal for the multimedia data is a non-silent mode.
The operation flow of each unit module in the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below:
after the master terminal and the slave terminal complete the communication connection, the data receiving unit 1410 of the slave terminal receives the multimedia data transmitted by the master terminal according to the communication connection.
Optionally, the distance determining unit 1440 determines the distance between the slave terminal and the master terminal according to the distance detecting module of the slave terminal. Specifically, the distance detection module of the slave terminal may include: the system comprises a magnetic sensor, a gyroscope, a direction sensor, an acceleration sensor, a camera, a Near Field Communication (NFC) device, a Bluetooth transmission device, an infrared sensor, a multi-antenna array, a multi-Bluetooth antenna array, a multi-microphone array and the like. Multiple arrays refer to multiple signal acquisitions.
Optionally, the distance determining unit 1440 determines the distance between the slave terminal and the master terminal according to the signal strength of the wifi signal; specifically, the slave terminal can detect the received signal intensity of the wifi signal sent by the master terminal, and the distance between the master terminal and the slave terminal is known according to the proportional relation between the signal intensity and the transmission distance.
Optionally, the distance determining unit 1440 determines the distance between the slave terminal and the master terminal according to the sound wave information received or transmitted by the master terminal.
Alternatively, for accuracy of ranging, the distance between the terminals may be determined based on any combination of the above, for example, the distance between the terminals may be calculated based on the direction sensor and the wifi signal strength.
The mode determination unit 1420 determines a play mode of the slave terminal for the multimedia data according to a distance between the slave terminal and the master terminal; wherein, the playing mode of the multimedia data is as follows: a silent mode and a non-silent mode.
Specifically, if the distance between the slave terminal and the master terminal is greater than a distance threshold, determining that the play mode of the slave terminal for the multimedia data is a non-silent mode;
and if the distance between the slave terminal and the master terminal is less than or equal to a distance threshold, determining that the play mode of the slave terminal to the multimedia data is a mute mode.
Further, in the non-mute mode, the slave terminal may also linearly adjust the volume of the playing according to the distance from the master terminal, for example, the volume is lower when the distance is closer, and the volume is larger when the distance is farther.
The playing unit 1430 plays the multimedia data according to the playing mode of the multimedia data.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the slave terminal is close to the master terminal, the mute playing can be selected for the multimedia data, so that the possibility of mutual interference among the audios of multiple terminals is reduced while the power supply of the terminal is saved.
If the scene of the playing mode is determined according to the played audio, the following steps are carried out:
the audio obtaining unit 1450 of the slave terminal obtains the play-out audio information, and determines that the play-out audio information is the audio played out by the master terminal for the multimedia data according to the multimedia data shared by the master terminal.
Specifically, the slave terminal can receive audio played by other terminals through a microphone, analyze the audio, and execute the process downwards when the audio is determined to be the audio played by the master terminal to the multimedia data; and when the audio is determined not to be the audio externally played by the master terminal on the multimedia data, continuously acquiring the audio through a microphone.
The mode determination unit 1420 determines a play mode of the slave terminal for the multimedia data according to the audio played by the master terminal. Wherein, the playing mode of the multimedia data is as follows: a silent mode and a non-silent mode.
Specifically, if the audio intensity of the audio externally played by the master terminal is greater than an audio threshold, determining that the play mode of the slave terminal for the multimedia data is a silent mode;
and if the audio intensity of the audio externally played by the main terminal is less than or equal to an audio threshold, determining that the playing mode of the slave terminal for the multimedia data is a non-silent mode.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the slave terminal detects the audio intensity of the audio played by the master terminal, the slave terminal and the master terminal are close to each other, the multimedia data can be played in a mute mode, so that the power supply of the terminal is saved, and the possibility of mutual interference among the audio of multiple terminals is reduced.
