Abstract

本发明涉及一种电气保护装置,包括设置有手柄和定触头的壳体,壳体内通过支架轴同轴转动设置有支架和锁扣,支架轴上设置有轴向扭簧,轴向扭簧的两端分别与支架和锁扣抵压,支架的一端抵靠有支架弹簧,支架弹簧的另一端抵靠壳体,支架上设置有凸起的肩状台,壳体内还设置有第二金属导体和连接于L极部件的第一金属导体,支架逆时针转动时推动第一金属导体远离L极部件的一端与第二金属导体电连接,手柄和支架通过一U形的推杆传动连接,支架与支架弹簧相对的一端连接有动触头,锁扣远离支架弹簧的一端连接有热脱扣装置。本发明中电气保护装置结构简单,零部件少,设置了对按钮系统断电的开关装置,且能让接线夹不移动情况下接电连接。

[0002] 电气保护装置即漏电断路器,其需要在正常电路和故障电路中及时有效的开合, 由于电路中常会有瞬时达到或者超过6〇〇〇A的短路电流产生,常规的断路器往往不能胜任 电路的断开操作,主要原因有几个方面:操作机构不能快速动作,操作机构占用空间较大, 操作机构的零部件较多联动反应时所花时间较长等等;同时漏电保护这一方面涉及到按钮 系统,传统的漏电断路器操作机构断电后,火线端或者零线端总有一端是连在外电系统上 未被断开,这意味着电路只有一端是断开的,在这种漏电断路器断电的情况下如果按下按 钮系统,电流有可能通过按钮连通,具有触电的隐患。
[0003] 传统的漏电断路器在接线时,一般由接线夹带动导线或导体向上抬升直至紧固导 线或导体,紧固动作时,接线夹运动的方向为紧固导线或导体至金属卡线件不能再紧固为 止,金属卡线件不会活动,位置不会变动,当汇流排接线时,接线的高度即为金属卡线件所 处的位置,无法降低位置,而很多欧式配电箱中的接线方式要求接线高度更低,传统的断路 器就没法接线,更不可能快速安装到这种较低的标配汇流排上。
