本发明公开了一种陶瓷用粘土放置桶体自动夹持放置卸料机构，包括架体和卸料架体，所述卸料架体处于架体的一侧，卸料架体的顶板的底面固定有推动气缸，推动气缸的推杆竖直向上伸出卸料架体的顶板并固定有卸料板，卸料板上固定有夹持固定板，夹持固定板上固定有夹持推动气缸，夹持推动气缸的推杆伸出夹持固定板并固定有夹持主板，夹持主板上固定有两个连接侧板，两个连接侧板上固定有夹持气缸，夹持气缸的推杆穿过连接侧板并固定有夹持块，两个夹持块的相对面上具有弧形夹持槽；架体的顶板上设有电磁铁块。它可以自动将粘土放置桶体放置在架体上，同时，其架体上设有的电磁铁块可以自动将粘土放置桶体固定，其装卸方便。

技术领域：
本发明涉及陶瓷原料加工设备技术领域，更具体的说涉及一种陶瓷用粘土放置桶体自动夹持放置卸料机构。
背景技术：
陶瓷用原料如粘土等在使用时需要进行粉碎、研磨等，而其放置的桶体装卸麻烦，需要采用人工或者是叉车搬运，大大降低生产效率。
发明内容：
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足，而提供一种陶瓷用粘土放置桶体自动夹持放置卸料机构，它可以自动将粘土放置桶体放置在架体上，同时，其架体上设有的电磁铁块可以自动将粘土放置桶体固定，其装卸方便。
本发明的技术解决措施如下：
一种陶瓷用粘土放置桶体自动夹持放置卸料机构，包括架体和卸料架体，所述卸料架体处于架体的一侧，卸料架体的顶板的底面固定有推动气缸，推动气缸的推杆竖直向上伸出卸料架体的顶板并固定有卸料板，卸料板上固定有夹持固定板，夹持固定板上固定有夹持推动气缸，夹持推动气缸的推杆伸出夹持固定板并固定有夹持主板，夹持主板上固定有两个连接侧板，两个连接侧板上固定有夹持气缸，夹持气缸的推杆穿过连接侧板并固定有夹持块，两个夹持块的相对面上具有弧形夹持槽；
架体的顶板上设有电磁铁块，电磁铁块的顶面放置有粘土放置桶体，两个夹持块对着粘土放置桶体。
所述电磁铁块的底面固定有多个缓冲弹簧，缓冲弹簧的下端固定在架体的顶板上。
所述粘土放置桶体的下部外侧壁上具有限位套，架体的顶板上固定有多个竖直杆，竖直杆插套在限位套中。
所述限位套中插套并固定有耐磨套，竖直杆插套在耐磨套中。
所述卸料板上固定有两个轨道条，夹持主板插套在两个轨道条之间。
所述卸料板的底面固定有多个卸料提升导向杆，卸料提升导向杆插套在卸料架体的顶板上具有的导向孔体中。
本发明的有益效果在于：
它可以自动将粘土放置桶体放置在架体上，同时，其架体上设有的电磁铁块可以自动将粘土放置桶体固定，其装卸方便。

具体实施方式：
实施例：见图1至图2所示，一种陶瓷用粘土放置桶体自动夹持放置卸料机构，包括架体10和卸料架体50，所述卸料架体50处于架体10的一侧，卸料架体50的顶板的底面固定有推动气缸51，推动气缸51的推杆竖直向上伸出卸料架体50的顶板并固定有卸料板52，卸料板52上固定有夹持固定板53，夹持固定板53上固定有夹持推动气缸54，夹持推动气缸54的推杆伸出夹持固定板53并固定有夹持主板55，夹持主板55上固定有两个连接侧板56，两个连接侧板56上固定有夹持气缸57，夹持气缸57的推杆穿过连接侧板56并固定有夹持块58，两个夹持块58的相对面上具有弧形夹持槽581；
架体10的顶板上设有电磁铁块12，电磁铁块12的顶面放置有粘土放置桶体20，两个夹持块58对着粘土放置桶体20。
进一步的说，所述电磁铁块12的底面固定有多个缓冲弹簧1，缓冲弹簧1的下端固定在架体10的顶板上。
进一步的说，所述粘土放置桶体20的下部外侧壁上具有限位套21，架体10的顶板上固定有多个竖直杆111，竖直杆111插套在限位套21中。
进一步的说，所述限位套21中插套并固定有耐磨套114，竖直杆111插套在耐磨套114中。
进一步的说，所述卸料板52上固定有两个轨道条521，夹持主板55插套在两个轨道条521之间。
进一步的说，所述卸料板52的底面固定有多个卸料提升导向杆522，卸料提升导向杆522插套在卸料架体50的顶板上具有的导向孔体中。
工作原理：将粘土放置桶体20放置在卸料板52上，通过两个夹持气缸57运行，使得两个夹持块58将粘土放置桶体20夹持固定，然后，通过推动气缸51的推杆推动，将卸料板52提升高于架体10的顶板的顶面并高于竖直杆111，然后夹持推动气缸54的推杆推动，使得粘土放置桶体20处于电磁铁块12的正上方，然后，推动气缸51的推杆下降，使得粘土放置桶体20放置在电磁铁块12的顶面上，将竖直杆111插套在限位套21中，然后将电磁铁块12通电，使得粘土放置桶体20吸附在电磁铁块12上，然后夹持气缸57的推杆回缩，松开粘土放置桶体20，并通过推动气缸51的推杆提升后，夹持推动气缸54的推杆回缩从而实现回位，完成上料。
卸料时，电磁铁块12断电，然后就可以将粘土放置桶体20从电磁铁块12中移出，其具体过程和放置粘土放置桶体20的过程相反，具体不再详述。
本实施例，其结构简单，制作方便，成本低。

1.一种陶瓷用粘土放置桶体自动夹持放置卸料机构，包括架体(10)和卸料架体(50)，其特征在于：所述卸料架体(50)处于架体(10)的一侧，卸料架体(50)的顶板的底面固定有推动气缸(51)，推动气缸(51)的推杆竖直向上伸出卸料架体(50)的顶板并固定有卸料板(52)，卸料板(52)上固定有夹持固定板(53)，夹持固定板(53)上固定有夹持推动气缸(54)，夹持推动气缸(54)的推杆伸出夹持固定板(53)并固定有夹持主板(55)，夹持主板(55)上固定有两个连接侧板(56)，两个连接侧板(56)上固定有夹持气缸(57)，夹持气缸(57)的推杆穿过连接侧板(56)并固定有夹持块(58)，两个夹持块(58)的相对面上具有弧形夹持槽(581)；
卸料板(52)上固定有两个轨道条(521)，夹持主板(55)插套在两个轨道条(521)之间；
卸料板(52)的底面固定有多个卸料提升导向杆(522)，卸料提升导向杆(522)插套在卸料架体(50)的顶板上具有的导向孔体中；
架体(10)的顶板上设有电磁铁块(12)，电磁铁块(12)的顶面放置有粘土放置桶体(20)，两个夹持块(58)对着粘土放置桶体(20)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种陶瓷用粘土放置桶体自动夹持放置卸料机构，其特征在于：所述电磁铁块(12)的底面固定有多个缓冲弹簧(1)，缓冲弹簧(1)的下端固定在架体(10)的顶板上。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种陶瓷用粘土放置桶体自动夹持放置卸料机构，其特征在于：所述粘土放置桶体(20)的下部外侧壁上具有限位套(21)，架体(10)的顶板上固定有多个竖直杆(111)，竖直杆(111)插套在限位套(21)中。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种陶瓷用粘土放置桶体自动夹持放置卸料机构，其特征在于：所述限位套(21)中插套并固定有耐磨套(114)，竖直杆(111)插套在耐磨套(114)中。
