本发明涉及一种花卉保鲜领域,具体为一种花卉保鲜箱。
背景技术
花卉是美化生活的一种必不可少的素材,卉在环境保护、美化庭院、布置居室,陶冶情操,乃至朋友交往,外事活动等方面都有不可替代的作用,随着人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对物质文明和精神文明需求越来越高,花卉将会进入千家万户,在人们丰富多彩的精神生活中起到应有的作用,花卉的种植走进了千家万户,花卉的养殖遍及各种公共场合,小到超市大到公园等公共场合都遍布花卉,由于花卉的保鲜时间长较短,所以如何将修剪掉的花卉长时间保鲜是一个较为重要的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种花卉保鲜箱,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种花卉保鲜箱,包括箱体、保温层、固定架、放置槽、承水箱、折页、箱门、雾化喷头、磁触头、箱锁、温控器、脚轮、散热口、电源线和插头,所述箱体内侧设置有保温层,所述固定架位于保温层内侧,且固定架上设置有放置槽,所述固定架下侧安装有承水箱,所述箱体通过折页与箱门相连接,所述箱门上安装有雾化喷头,所述雾化喷头左上侧设置有磁触头,且磁触头下侧安装有箱锁,所述温控器位于雾化喷头下侧,所述箱体下侧安装有脚轮,所述散热口位于箱体右侧,且散热口下侧电连接电源线,所述电源线右侧电连接插头。
优选的,所述放置槽采用凹形结构设计。
优选的,所述磁触头位于箱锁上侧,且磁触头位于雾化喷头左上侧,所述磁触头位于箱门上。
优选的,所述温控器位于雾化喷头下侧,且温控器位于脚轮左上侧。
优选的,所述电源线设计成高弹性螺旋形状。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该花卉保鲜箱,具有保鲜性能好,保鲜时间长,温度湿度控制科学,移动方便等优点,花卉保鲜箱的独特设计上面是放置槽,下侧是承水箱,上槽下箱的独特设计使得较好的得到了保鲜,保鲜箱较好的控制了温度与湿度,花卉的保鲜时间得到较大的提升,保鲜箱的移动较为方便,节能省电,大大提高了花卉的可观赏性,此外装置简单易懂,维修方便,成本较低。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种花卉保鲜箱,包括箱体1、保温层2、固定架3、放置槽4、承水箱5、折页6、箱门7、雾化喷头8、磁触头9、箱锁10、温控器11、脚轮12、散热口13、电源线14和插头15,箱体1内侧设置有保温层2,固定架3位于保温层2内侧,且固定架3上设置有放置槽4,放置槽4采用凹形结构设计,较好的将花卉的茎卡住,不使其来回移动,以免破坏花卉,固定架3下侧安装有承水箱5,箱体1通过折页6与箱门7相连接,箱门7上安装有雾化喷头8,雾化喷头8左上侧设置有磁触头9,磁触头9位于箱锁10上侧,且磁触头9位于雾化喷头8左上侧,磁触头9位于箱门上,磁触头9较好的将箱门7固定住吸附在箱体1上,且磁触头9下侧安装有箱锁10,温控器11位于雾化喷头8下侧,温控器11位于雾化喷头8下侧,且温控器11位于脚轮12左上侧,温控器11有效的将箱体1内的温度控制在一定程度,防止花卉变质,所述箱体1下侧安装有脚轮12,散热口13位于箱体1右侧,且散热口13下侧电连接电源线14,电源线14设计成高弹性螺旋形状,有效的提高弹性,有助于远距离的作业,电源线14右侧电连接插头15。
工作原理:该花卉保鲜箱,花卉根茎放置于放置槽4内,花卉的根部放置于承水箱5内,关上箱门7,磁触头9紧紧吸附在箱体1上,雾化喷头8定时定量对花卉进行喷撒极细小的水汽,温控器11对箱体1内的温度进行定量控制,保证温度在花卉的开放需求内,脚轮12实现箱体1的地理位置的转移,散热口13对做工产生的热量进行排出,插头15通过电源线14对箱体1进行供电。

1.一种花卉保鲜箱,包括箱体(1)、保温层(2)、固定架(3)、放置槽(4)、承水箱(5)、折页(6)、箱门(7)、雾化喷头(8)、磁触头(9)、箱锁(10)、温控器(11)、脚轮(12)、散热口(13)、电源线(14)和插头(15),其特征在于:所述箱体(1)内侧设置有保温层(2),所述固定架(3)位于保温层(2)内侧,且固定架(3)上设置有放置槽(4),所述固定架(3)下侧安装有承水箱(5),所述箱体(1)通过折页(6)与箱门(7)相连接,所述箱门(7)上安装有雾化喷头(8),所述雾化喷头(8)左上侧设置有磁触头(9),且磁触头(9)下侧安装有箱锁(10),所述温控器(11)位于雾化喷头(8)下侧,所述箱体(1)下侧安装有脚轮(12),所述散热口(13)位于箱体(1)右侧,且散热口(13)下侧电连接电源线(14),所述电源线(14)右侧连接插头(15)。
