Abstract

背景技术
[0002] 传统铝型材挤压模具加热炉通常都是采用电阻炉加热方式,由于电阻炉加热方式难以使模具内外加热到均温状态,使模具在挤压过程中受力不均,容易产生裂纹、裂桥而报废,增加了模具生产成本;且电阻加热炉存在功率大、耗电多、加热时间过长、模具易氧等不足,对电阻发热管的均匀度要求很高,否则会造成局部温度过高现。因此,应该提供一种新的技术方案解决上述问题。

[0004] 为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种改进的加热炉,包括炉头架、电磁感应线圈和炉腔,炉腔置于炉头架内,且炉腔的进料口穿出炉头架,进料口处设有上盖,炉腔两侧外壁包裹着电磁感应线圈,电磁感应线圈外侧包覆有保温层,保温层与炉头架之间设置有冷却室,炉头架的两侧位于冷却室上端处安装有进水口,炉头架的两侧底部设有出水口,炉头架的两侧壁上还设有散热通孔,散热通孔上设置有散热风机。

1.一种改进的加热炉,其特征在于:包括炉头架、电磁感应线圈和炉腔,所述炉腔置于炉头架内,且炉腔的进料口穿出炉头架,所述进料口处设有上盖,所述炉腔两侧外壁包裹着电磁感应线圈,所述电磁感应线圈外侧包覆有保温层,所述保温层与炉头架之间设置有冷却室,所述炉头架的两侧位于冷却室上端处安装有进水口,所述炉头架的两侧底部设有出水口,所述炉头架的两侧壁上还设有散热通孔,所述散热通孔上设置有散热风机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进的加热炉,其特征在于:所述上盖上设有升降机构,所述升降机构包括电机、升降杆和固定杆,所述固定杆上活动固定有升降杆,所述升降杆固定于上盖上端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进的加热炉,其特征在于:所述炉头架内还设置有测温结构。
