Abstract

本发明涉及一种新风净化器,具体属于室外空气经净化后进入室内空气处理技术领域,尤其涉及优化室内空气的一种新型新风净化器。它包括主机、主控制器、主机上端的上盖板、主机前端的面板、主机下端的底板;在主机中设置有进气滤芯、热交换器、进气风机、排气风机,在进气滤芯的下方为进气口,在进气滤芯的上方设置有热交换器;在主机的一侧设置有排气腔;在面板的内侧面设置有导流板,在导流板上开有导风口。本发明与现有技术相比,本发明采用进风风机对室内进风,达到进风速率快、噪音小、能耗低的目的。优化了室内空气,提高空气质量。采用排风风机将室内污浊空气排出室外,达到更快速降低室内污染和平衡室内气压。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种新风净化器,具体属于室外空气经净化后进入室内空气处理技术领域,尤其涉及优化室内空气的一种新型新风净化器。
背景技术
[0002]现有的空气净化器多为直接放置在室内的装置,仅能对室内的原有空气进行净化,而无法从进入室内空气的源头开始净化处理,它不能增加室内空气含氧量及降低二氧化碳含量,没有良好的杀菌能力,无法提高、优化室内空气质量,且净化器本身的设计无法满足大空间的室内空气净化工作。
[0003]现有的新风系统多为管道式安装,需要穿墙过梁,会破坏房屋结构,使用时间长后管道容易污染且不易于清理,造成室内空气二次污染。
发明内容
[0004]本发明为了解决上述现有技术的不足,目的在于提出了一种新风净化器,能够实现对空气的物理过滤吸附,杀除空气中的有害菌;并且达到更快速降低室内污染和平衡室内气压。
[0005]本发明为了实现上述技术目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种新风净化器,它包括主机、主控制器、主机上端的上盖板、主机前端的面板、主机下端的底板;
在主机中设置有进气滤芯、热交换器、进气风机、排气风机,在进气滤芯的下方为进气口,在进气滤芯的上方设置有热交换器;
在主机的一侧设置有排气腔;
在面板的内侧面设置有导流板,在导流板上开有导风口。
[0006]进一步的,在面板的上端开有出风百叶、在面板的下端开有进风百叶。
[0007]进一步的,在排气腔内设置有排气滤芯。

进气风机抽气口与进气风机相对位置放置,进气滤芯导风口与进气滤芯相对位置放置;
导热管靠近排气腔的一端为导热管进风口,另一端为导热管出风口;
排气腔与导热管进风口贯通。

在进风风机作用下,室外空气由此进入,通过进气滤芯进入到进气滤芯上方的热交换器中导热管的外表面,经由进风风机的出风口将洁净空气通过面板上方的出风百叶送人室内。
[0014]面板下方格栅设有进风百叶,室内污浊空气在排风风机作用下,由此进入并通过排气滤芯进入热交换器中导热管的管体内腔,使其与进入气体热交换后,经由排风风机的出口排出室外。
[0015]本发明的有益效果:
本发明与现有技术相比,本发明设计巧妙,可直接安装在窗户上,设计的滤芯能够实现对空气的物理过滤吸附,杀除空气中的有害菌,设计采用进风风机对室内进风,达到进风速率快、噪音小、能耗低的目的。在往室内送风时,负离子发生器将有益的负离子打入气流中,进而优化了室内空气,提高空气质量。考虑进风正压过高,设计采用排风风机将室内污浊空气排出室外,达到更快速降低室内污染和平衡室内气压。

一种新风净化器,它包括主机1、主控制器18、主机I上端的上盖板2、主机I前端的面板

在主机I中设置有进气滤芯5、热交换器8、进气风机7、排气风机9,在进气滤芯5的下方为进气口 6,在进气滤芯5的上方设置有热交换器8;
在主机I的一侧设置有排气腔10;
在面板3的内侧面设置有导流板12,在导流板12上开有导风口 13;
在面板3的上端开有出风百叶14、在面板3的下端开有进风百叶15。
[0018]在排气腔10内设置有排气滤芯11。
[0019] 在面板3上设置有显示屏17,显示屏17内嵌于显示屏口 21内。
[0020]在面板3的外设置有与面板3相连接的扣板16,扣板16上对应显示屏口 21设有显示屏保护镜片20。

[0022] 在热交换器8的内部设置有多根导热管81,热交换器8外壳的底部开有进气风机抽气口 82和进气滤芯导风口 83;
进气风机抽气口 82与进气风机7相对位置放置,进气滤芯导风口 83与进气滤芯5相对位置放置;
导热管81靠近排气腔10的一端为导热管进风口 84,另一端为导热管出风口 85; 排气腔10与导热管进风口 84贯通。

在进风风机作用下,室外空气由此进入,通过进气滤芯进入到进气滤芯上方的热交换器腔体中导热管的外表面,经由进风风机的出风口将洁净空气通过面板上方的出风百叶送人室内。
[0026]面板下方格栅设有进风百叶,室内污浊空气在排风风机作用下,由此进入并通过排气滤芯进入热交换器中导热管的管体内腔,使其与进入气体热交换后,经由排风风机的出口排出室外。
[0027]室内气体热量通过热交换器的导热管进行温度交换,将室内空气的热量传递在导热管中,当室外新鲜的空气进入热交换器的腔体,通过导热管的热量传递,进入室内的新空气温度会被导热管加温。

1.一种新风净化器,其特征在于:它包括主机(I)、主控制器(18)、主机(I)上端的上盖板(2)、主机(I)前端的面板(3)、主机(I)下端的底板(4); 在主机(I)中设置有进气滤芯(5)、热交换器(8)、进气风机(7)、排气风机(9),在进气滤芯(5)的下方为进气口(6),在进气滤芯(5)的上方设置有热交换器(8); 在主机(I)的一侧设置有排气腔(10); 在面板(3 )的内侧面设置有导流板(12),在导流板(12 )上开有导风口( 13 )。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新风净化器,其特征在于:在面板(3)的上端开有出风百叶(14)、在面板(3)的下端开有进风百叶(15)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新风净化器,其特征在于:在排气腔(10)内设置有排气滤芯(Il)0
4.根据权利要求1所述的新风净化器,其特征在于:在面板(3)上设置有显示屏(17),显示屏(17)内嵌于显示屏口(21)内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的新风净化器,其特征在于:在面板(3)的外设置有与面板(3)相连接的扣板(16),扣板(16)上对应显示屏口(21)设有显示屏保护镜片(20)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的新风净化器,其特征在于:在主机(I)的内部设置有负离子发生器(19),负离子发生器(19)与主控制器(18)连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的新风净化器,其特征在于:在热交换器(8)的内部设置有多根导热管(81),热交换器(8)外壳的底部开有进气风机抽气口(82)和进气滤芯导风口(83); 进气风机抽气口(82)与进气风机(7)相对位置放置,进气滤芯导风口(83)与进气滤芯(5 )相对位置放置; 导热管(81)靠近排气腔(10)的一端为导热管进风口(84),另一端为导热管出风口(85); 排气腔(10)与导热管进风口(84)贯通。
8.根据权利要求1所述的新风净化器,其特征在于:在主机(I)内设置有进气风机放置区(71)和排气风机放置区(91)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的新风净化器,其特征在于:主控制器(18)与进气风机(7)、排气风机(9)连接。
