一种玻化微珠保温砂浆,其特征在于,由以下组分按质量百分比搅拌混合配制而成:
水 I5-25份
玻化微珠 28-35份
水泥 15-25份
石灰 8-15份
增粘剂 1-3份
可分散乳胶粉 10-15份。

[0008]本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果是:本发明的玻化微珠保温砂浆,较好地均衡玻化微珠和水泥的比例,使得水泥能充分包裹玻化微珠,保持砂浆较好的强度。玻化微珠自身的封闭结构和胶凝材料对其包裹形成的封闭结构,使空气在孔隙中难产生对流传热,起到保温隔热作用。另外配方中还添加了石灰、可分散乳胶粉能较好地提高砂浆强度。增粘剂的添加大大提高了砂浆的可施工性。
