本发明涉及一种探测用机械手臂装置,其创新点在于:该机械手臂装置包括:活塞、驱动缸、弹簧和螺钉;该机械手臂通过液压驱动机械手臂的伸缩,能够稳定机械手臂的伸缩量,从而提高加工精度,在油缸主体的内侧壁镀铭增加油缸主体内壁的光滑度,提高使用效率;在伸缩杆体的圆周表面上氰化处理,提高伸缩杆体的硬度,增加其适用寿命。

[0002] —般的在探测领域中很多地方用到探测小车,探测小车需要携带摄像装备,使得探测探测小车队各个方向进行探测,因此就需要一种能够夹持机械手装置来实现对摄像装备的夹持,且能满足夹持之后的摄像装备能多角度进行拍摄,普通的夹持探测用的机械手臂采用的是气缸式的驱动,重量轻重心不稳,遇到凹凸不平的导致倾覆,因此需要一种能稳定探测重心,且便于在复杂路况上行走,并且会保证多角度旋转摄像效果。
发明内容

所述活塞包括活塞主体和伸缩杆体,伸缩杆体的一端在竖直方向上开有一对互相平行的通孔,伸缩杆体的另一端连接在活塞主体上,活塞主体呈圆柱状,沿着该活塞主体的外表面圆周方向开有两道凹槽,在该凹槽内设置密封圈,活塞主体上还有一凸台;
所述驱动缸包括油缸主体和注油主体,油缸主体与注油主体之间采用螺钉连接,油缸主体呈圆筒状,两端开口,油缸主体内表面的伸缩杆体通过的一端安装有密封圈,油缸主体安装有活塞,活塞沿着油缸主体部分的内腔移动,油缸主体与伸缩杆体之间安装有一弹簧,弹簧套在伸缩杆体上,一端顶在油缸主体的一端,另一端顶在活塞主体上;
所述注油主体包括侧端凸出部分和竖直注油主体,该侧端凸出部分呈圆柱状,沿轴线方向开有一水平注油通道,该侧端凸出部分嵌入在油缸主体的内腔,注油主体的侧端凸出部分外圆柱面上开有凹槽,在此凹槽内嵌有密封垫,侧端凸出部分的水平注油通道与活塞主体上的凸台相契合,竖直注油主体呈圆柱状,在沿着其轴线方向上开有竖直注油通道,该竖直注油通道与水平注油通道相通。
