Abstract

一种再生铅冶炼中脱硫尾气高效无污染净化方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将脱硫系统排出的烟气通过风机引入到烟气罐中进行储存,使脱硫后的烟气不排放;(2)设置净化室,建造一密封的房间,在房间的墙壁上设置一进气口,在进气口相对的另一面墙壁上设置出气口,并在房间内间隔设置有多道隔板,将房间隔成多个腔室;(3)将烟气罐中的烟气通过进气口引入到房间中,启动风机,对气体进行吸附,使烟气经过涤纶过滤针刺毡,通过涤纶过滤针刺毡对尾气中的有害元素进行过滤吸附,最后由出气口排出,排出的尾气则为达标的气体,无任何有害成分。

再生铅冶炼中脱硫尾气高效无污染净化方法
技术领域
本发明涉及再生铅冶炼尾气处理技术领域,具体涉及一种再生铅冶炼中脱硫尾气高效无污染净化方法。
背景技术
目前,国内再生铅厂大约有近300家,但上万吨规模的不多,小厂平均生产能力为1000吨/年左右。国内的再生铅厂家,生产规模小,技术水平低,绝大部分厂家采用小型反射炉冶炼,一些小企业,个体户甚至采用原始的土炉土窑冶炼。具体冶炼方法是:将铅金属与铅渣灰混合进入窑炉冶炼,大量的低温即可熔化的铅金属和熔铸铅渣一起进行高温冶炼,冶炼过程中以烟煤为燃料,加入无烟煤和铁屑作为配料,每炉投料约2-4吨,平均煤耗560千克标煤/吨铅。这些规模小、产量低、工艺及环保设备简陋的再生铅厂,金属铅的回收率只有80%,综合能耗高达600kg标煤/吨铅,产生大量弃渣中高达8%以上的含铅无法得到再回收利用,锑等有色金属50%未回收利用。每年有十万吨计的铅流失或排放到环境中,严重地浪费了资源,消耗了能源。
世界上一些先进国家再生铅工业在上世纪80年代就已走向生产规模化、工艺清洁无害化的良性发展之路。主要采用的工艺流程是:废旧电池→破碎分选→铅膏脱硫→短窑冶炼→精炼→产品。
再生铅冶炼时,其产生的尾气需要进行处理,在现有技术中熔炼炉产生的尾气经过脱硫处理后直接放空。然而研究发现,脱硫后的尾气仍然含有少量粉尘、硫等成分,直接排放对环境还是具有一定的污染。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种再生铅冶炼中脱硫尾气高效无污染净化方法,使得排放尾气和操作环境都达到国家环保要求。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种再生铅冶炼中脱硫尾气高效无污染净化方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将脱硫系统排出的烟气通过风机引入到烟气罐中进行储存,使脱硫后的烟气不排放;
(2)设置净化室,建造一密封的房间,在房间的墙壁上设置一进气口,在进气口相对的另一面墙壁上设置出气口,并在房间内间隔设置有多道隔板,将房间隔成多个腔室;
所述隔板是由涤纶过滤针刺毡制成,在涤纶过滤针刺毡上浸渍有气体过滤剂,所述气体过滤剂是由以下重量的组分制成:磁化水500g、纳米陶瓷粉80g、阴离子淀粉40g、AKD乳液30g、生香酵母粉60g、纳米级硅藻土100g、受阻胺光稳定剂10g、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯30g、羟丙基-β-环糊精15g、纳米氮化硅35g、羟丙甲基纤维素15g、茶叶生物碱8g、水性导电石墨乳15g。
(3)将烟气罐中的烟气通过进气口引入到房间中,启动风机,对气体进行吸附,使烟气经过涤纶过滤针刺毡,通过涤纶过滤针刺毡对尾气中的有害元素进行过滤吸附,最后由出气口排出,排出的尾气则为达标的气体,无任何有害成分。
为进一步提高所述涤纶过滤针刺毡的理化性能,涤纶过滤针刺毡需经气体过滤剂浸渍后再烘干处理,涤纶过滤针刺毡通过气体过滤剂浸渍液的速度为0.5-2m/min,烘干采用三段式温区进行烘干,温度要求:第一温区的温度为110-120℃,时间15分钟;第二温区的温度为95-110℃,时间为10分钟;第三温区的温度90-95℃,时间为15分钟。该方法制得的涤纶过滤针刺毡具有良好的气体净化效果,特别适合铅冶炼产生的尾气,使得排放后的尾气无任何污染物,对大气环保,对人体无伤害。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的创新点在于利用净化装置内的涤纶过滤针刺毡对脱硫后的尾气进行吸附过滤,建设成本低,操作简单,对尾气中有害元素的过滤能够达到98%以上,节能环保。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
一种再生铅冶炼中脱硫尾气高效无污染净化方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将脱硫系统排出的烟气通过风机引入到烟气罐中进行储存,使脱硫后的烟气不排放;
(2)设置净化室,建造一密封的房间,在房间的墙壁上设置一进气口,在进气口相对的另一面墙壁上设置出气口,并在房间内间隔设置有多道隔板,将房间隔成多个腔室;
所述隔板是由涤纶过滤针刺毡制成,在涤纶过滤针刺毡上浸渍有气体过滤剂,所述气体过滤剂是由以下重量的组分制成:磁化水500g、纳米陶瓷粉80g、阴离子淀粉40g、AKD乳液30g、生香酵母粉60g、纳米级硅藻土100g、受阻胺光稳定剂10g、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯30g、羟丙基-β-环糊精15g、纳米氮化硅35g、羟丙甲基纤维素15g、茶叶生物碱8g、水性导电石墨乳15g。

为进一步提高所述涤纶过滤针刺毡的理化性能,涤纶过滤针刺毡需经气体过滤剂浸渍后再烘干处理,涤纶过滤针刺毡通过气体过滤剂浸渍液的速度为0.5-2m/min,烘干采用三段式温区进行烘干,温度要求:第一温区的温度为110-120℃,时间15分钟;第二温区的温度为95-110℃,时间为10分钟;第三温区的温度90-95℃,时间为15分钟。该方法制得的涤纶过滤针刺毡具有良好的气体净化效果,特别适合铅冶炼产生的尾气,使得排放后的尾气无任何污染物,对大气环保,对人体无伤害。

(1)将脱硫系统排出的烟气通过风机引入到烟气罐中进行储存,使脱硫后的烟气不排放;
(2)设置净化室,建造一密封的房间,在房间的墙壁上设置一进气口,在进气口相对的另一面墙壁上设置出气口,并在房间内间隔设置有多道隔板,将房间隔成多个腔室;
