本发明公开了一种治疗尿路感染的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量份配比为：巴戟天10-30份，鱼腥草10-20份，石苇10-20份，瞿麦5-15份，土茯苓10-20份，六月雪10-20份，滑石5-15份，断续10-20份，玉米须10-20份，仙茅10-20份，山茱萸10-20份，节节草5-15份，四季青10-20份，紫花地丁10-20份，海金沙5-15份，黄柏10-20份，马齿苋10-20份，白花蛇舌草10-20份，灯心草5-15份，垂盆草10-20份，半枝莲10-20份，甘草5-15份。本发明中药组合物具有健脾利肾、清热解毒、泄热通淋、杀菌消炎的功效，其治疗尿路感染疗效显著，作用可靠。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医用配制品，尤其是一种治疗尿路感染的中药组合物。
背景技术
尿路感染是指病原体在尿路中生长繁殖，并侵犯泌尿道黏膜或组织而引起的炎症，是细菌感染中最常见的一种感染。其发病率仅次于上呼吸道感染，致病菌侵入途径主要为上行性感染以及血源性感染及淋巴管感染，临床上以膀胱炎和肾盂肾炎为多见，女性发病率较高。目前，临床上多采用广谱抗生素治疗尿路感染，如四环素、氧氟沙星、罗红霉素、阿齐霉素、红霉素等，上述药物治疗尿路感染虽起效快，但是长期使用易产生耐药性，且对人体存在副作用影响。
中医认为，尿路感染是因湿热蕴结下焦，壅塞气机，导致膀胱气化不利，若病延日久，湿热亦可熏蒸于肾，耗伤肾之气阴。
根据中医理论，针对尿路感染的发病机理，以清热解毒、健脾利肾为治则，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中抗生素类药物治疗尿路感染存在副作用大的不足，本发明提供一种配制方便、药源广、成本低、疗效显著、作用可靠、无副作用的治疗尿路感染的中药组合物。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种治疗尿路感染的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：巴戟天10-30份，鱼腥草10-20份，石苇10-20份，瞿麦5-15份，土茯苓10-20份，六月雪10-20份，滑石5-15份，断续10-20份，玉米须10-20份，仙茅10-20份，山茱萸10-20份，节节草5-15份，四季青10-20份，紫花地丁10-20份，海金沙5-15份，黄柏10-20份，马齿苋10-20份，白花蛇舌草10-20份，灯心草5-15份，垂盆草10-20份，半枝莲10-20份，甘草5-15份。
本发明的优选技术方案是：一种治疗尿路感染的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：巴戟天20份，鱼腥草15份，石苇15份，瞿麦10份，土茯苓15份，六月雪15份，滑石10份，断续15份，玉米须15份，仙茅15份，山茱萸15份，节节草10份，四季青15份，紫花地丁15份，海金沙10份，黄柏15份，马齿苋15份，白花蛇舌草15份，灯心草10份，垂盆草15份，半枝莲15份，甘草10份。
本发明中药组合物是在传统中医理论和临床经验指导下，精选药物组方。本发明中药组合物中：巴戟天具有补肾助阳、强筋壮骨、祛风除湿的功效；鱼腥草具有清热解毒、排脓消痈、利尿通淋的功效；石苇具有利尿通淋、清肺止咳、凉血止血的功效；瞿麦能降心火、利小肠、逐膀胱邪热，具有利尿通淋、破血通经的功效；土茯苓具有清热解毒、祛湿利水、健脾胃、利关节的功效；六月雪具有舒肝解郁、清热利湿、消肿拔毒、止咳化痰的功效；滑石具有利尿通淋、清热解暑、祛湿敛疮的功效；断续具有补肝肾、壮筋骨、调血脉的功效；玉米须具有利尿、泄热、平肝、利胆的功效；仙茅具有补肾助阳、益精血、强筋骨和行血消肿的功效；山茱萸具有补益肝肾、涩精固脱的功效；节节草具有清热利尿、明目退翳、祛痰止咳的功效；四季青具有清热解毒、活血止血的功效；紫花地丁具有热解毒的功效；海金沙具有清热解毒、利水通淋的功效；黄柏具有清热燥湿、泻火除蒸、解毒疗疮的功效；马齿苋具有清热解毒、利水去湿、散血消肿、除尘杀菌、消炎止痛、止血凉血的功效；白花蛇舌草具有清热解毒、利尿消肿、活血止痛的功效；灯心草具有利水通淋、清心降火的功效；垂盆草具有清利湿热、解毒的功效；半枝莲具有清热解毒、散瘀止血、消肿定痛的功效；甘草具有补脾益气、清热解毒、祛痰止咳、调和诸药的功效。本发明组合物中的药物组分经辩证配伍，在作用上相辅相成，具有协同作用，共奏健脾利肾、清热解毒、泄热通淋、杀菌消炎之功效，对尿路感染达到标本兼治的目的。
本发明组合物的组分均采用天然的中药原料，其配制简便、药源广、成本低。其遵循中医的处方用药原则，各种组分药物采用水煎服用。经临床应用验证，其疗效显著，作用可靠，药性平和，未出现毒副作用，总有效率93.7%，治愈率达75%。

一种治疗尿路感染的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：巴戟天20g，鱼腥草15g，石苇15g，瞿麦10g，土茯苓15g，六月雪15g，滑石10g，断续15g，玉米须15g，仙茅15g，山茱萸15g，节节草10g，四季青15g，紫花地丁15g，海金沙10g，黄柏15g，马齿苋15g，白花蛇舌草15g，灯心草10g，垂盆草15g，半枝莲15g，甘草10g。
实施例2
一种治疗尿路感染的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：巴戟天30g，鱼腥草10g，石苇20g，瞿麦5g，土茯苓20g，六月雪10g，滑石15g，断续10g，玉米须20g，仙茅10g，山茱萸20g，节节草5g，四季青20g，紫花地丁10g，海金沙15g，黄柏10g，马齿苋20g，白花蛇舌草10g，灯心草15g，垂盆草10g，半枝莲20g，甘草5g。
实施例3

一种治疗尿路感染的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：巴戟天23g，鱼腥草12g，石苇18g，瞿麦7g，土茯苓18g，六月雪12g，滑石13g，断续12g，玉米须18g，仙茅12g，山茱萸18g，节节草7g，四季青18g，紫花地丁12g，海金沙13g，黄柏12g，马齿苋18g，白花蛇舌草12g，灯心草13g，垂盆草12g，半枝莲18g，甘草7g。
实施例5
一种治疗尿路感染的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：巴戟天17g，鱼腥草18g，石苇12g，瞿麦13g，土茯苓12g，六月雪18g，滑石8g，断续18g，玉米须12g，仙茅18g，山茱萸12g，节节草13g，四季青12g，紫花地丁18g，海金沙7g，黄柏18g，马齿苋12g，白花蛇舌草18g，灯心草7g，垂盆草18g，半枝莲12g，甘草13g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗尿路感染的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例64例，其中男28例，女36例，年龄22～60岁。病程最短者2个月，最长者达1年，平均0.5年。
二、诊断标准：
1、正规清洁中段尿(要求尿停留在膀胱中4～6小时以上)细菌定量培养，菌落数≥105/mL；
2、清洁离心中段尿沉渣白细胞数＞10/HP，有尿路感染症状；
3、作膀胱穿刺尿培养，细菌阳性(不论菌数多少)，亦可确诊；
4、作尿菌培养计数有困难者，可用治疗前清晨清洁中段尿(尿停留于膀胱4～6小时以上)正规方法的离心尿沉渣革兰氏染色找细菌，结合临床尿感症状，亦可确诊；
5、尿细菌数在104-5/mL之间者，应复查，如仍为104-5/mL，需结合临床表现来诊断或作膀胱穿刺尿培养来确诊。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，五天一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：尿急、尿痛、排尿困难、发热等症状消失；
2、好转：上述症状和体征明显改善；
3、未愈：症状和体征无明显变化。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药3-10个疗程，治愈48例，好转12例，未愈4例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：张某，男，46岁。自述2个月前感觉症状夜间较重，伴下腹坠胀不适，解小便6-8次，每次量少，淋漓不尽，门诊查尿查规提示感染。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程后，自觉解小便次数减少，下腹坠胀感减轻；继续服用2个疗程，症状消失，治愈。
病例2：邢某，女，44岁。自述初起时无明显诱因出现间断发作尿频、尿急、尿痛，有时伴腰痛、发热，无肉眼血尿，发热达39℃。自服罗红霉素效果不明显。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，尿频、尿痛症状减轻，体温基本稳定；续服2个疗程后，各症状消失，身体痊愈。

1.一种治疗尿路感染的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：巴戟天10-30份，鱼腥草10-20份，石苇10-20份，瞿麦5-15份，土茯苓10-20份，六月雪10-20份，滑石5-15份，断续10-20份，玉米须10-20份，仙茅10-20份，山茱萸10-20份，节节草5-15份，四季青10-20份，紫花地丁10-20份，海金沙5-15份，黄柏10-20份，马齿苋10-20份，白花蛇舌草10-20份，灯心草5-15份，垂盆草10-20份，半枝莲10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗尿路感染的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：巴戟天20份，鱼腥草15份，石苇15份，瞿麦10份，土茯苓15份，六月雪15份，滑石10份，断续15份，玉米须15份，仙茅15份，山茱萸15份，节节草10份，四季青15份，紫花地丁15份，海金沙10份，黄柏15份，马齿苋15份，白花蛇舌草15份，灯心草10份，垂盆草15份，半枝莲15份，甘草10份。
