Abstract
本发明提供一种组合界面钉,该组合界面钉的结构较为稳定和可靠。本发明一种组合界面钉的技术方案包括:螺钉和位于所述螺钉外部的侧翼板;所述侧翼板与部分所述螺钉连接,所述侧翼板与所述螺钉相接触的内表面设有侧翼板螺纹,所述侧翼板螺纹与螺钉螺纹相匹配,所述侧翼板的外表面为非光滑平面;螺钉端部凸出于所述侧翼板。

技术领域
本发明实施例涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其涉及一种组合界面钉。
背景技术
前十字韧带,又称前交叉韧带,位于膝关节内,连接股骨与胫骨,主要作用是限制胫骨向前过度移位,它与膝关节内其他结构共同作用,来维持膝关节的稳定性,是维持膝关节稳定的主要结构之一,使人体能完成各种复杂和高难度的下肢动作。
前交叉韧带撕裂引起膝关节不稳,治疗不当将引起膝关节功能严重障碍。由于损伤暴力较大,常合并其他主要结构损伤,诊断、处理不当将会延误治疗,同时由于前交叉韧带的力学功能日益得到重视,以及损伤后造成的功能性不稳定,造成的膝关节不能满足日常生活和运动的需要,并可导致膝关节一系列后遗病变,因此应该行手术治疗,重建韧带及其功能。目前现有临床医疗技术通常采用界面螺钉将重建韧带固定在股骨端和胫骨端,但是由于人体膝关节韧带在运动中所承受的力较强,在术后恢复的过程中界面螺钉容易滑脱,失去固定作用,给患者的正常恢复和相关医疗措施的顺利实施造成不利影响。
因此,如何避免界面钉滑脱,使得界面钉更加稳定可靠是本领域技术人员目前需要解决的重要技术问题。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供一种组合界面钉,该组合界面钉的结构较为稳定和可靠。
本发明一种组合界面钉的技术方案包括:
螺钉和位于所述螺钉外部的侧翼板;
所述侧翼板与部分所述螺钉连接,所述侧翼板与所述螺钉相接触的内表面设有侧翼板螺纹,所述侧翼板螺纹与螺钉螺纹相匹配,所述侧翼板的外表面为非光滑平面;
螺钉端部凸出于所述侧翼板。
优选的,在上述组合界面钉的技术方案中,所述螺钉端部为锥形,所述锥形沿着从螺钉尾部至所述螺钉端部的方向面积逐渐减小。
优选的,在上述组合界面钉的技术方案中,所述螺钉尾部设有开孔。
优选的,在上述组合界面钉的技术方案中,所述开孔为梅花孔。
优选的,在上述组合界面钉的技术方案中,所述侧翼板的外表面设有若干个凸点。
优选的,在上述组合界面钉的技术方案中,所述凸点为圆形。
优选的,在上述组合界面钉的技术方案中,所述凸点沿所述侧翼板的外表面横向和纵向设置。
优选的,在上述组合界面钉的技术方案中,所述凸点沿所述侧翼板的外表面横向等间隔设置,使得两两横向设置的所述凸点的间隔相等。
优选的,在上述组合界面钉的技术方案中,所述凸点沿所述侧翼板的外表面纵向等间隔设置,使得两两纵向设置的所述凸点的间隔相等。
优选的,在上述组合界面钉的技术方案中,所述侧翼板为月牙形。
采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:
由于本实施例中的组合界面钉包括螺钉和位于螺钉外部的侧翼板,侧翼板与部分螺钉连接,侧翼板未完全覆盖螺钉,侧翼板与螺钉相接触的内表面设有侧翼板螺纹,侧翼板螺纹与螺钉螺纹相匹配,使得侧翼板与螺钉螺纹连接,侧翼板的外表面为非光滑平面;螺钉端部凸出于侧翼板,由于侧翼板的外表面为非光滑平面,当侧翼板与与肌腱移植物接触时增大了两者之间的摩擦力,使肌腱移植物固定更牢固,防止了界面钉的滑脱,使得界面钉更加稳定可靠。

本发明提供一种组合界面钉,该组合界面钉的结构较为稳定和可靠。

请参阅图1至图6,本发明实施例一种组合界面钉的技术方案包括:
螺钉1和位于螺钉1外部的侧翼板2;
侧翼板2与部分螺钉1连接,侧翼板2与螺钉1相接触的内表面设有侧翼板螺纹,侧翼板螺纹与螺钉螺纹相匹配,侧翼板2的外表面为非光滑平面;
螺钉端部凸出于侧翼板2。
采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:
由于本实施例中的组合界面钉包括螺钉1和位于螺钉1外部的侧翼板2,侧翼板2与部分螺钉1连接,侧翼板2未完全覆盖螺钉1,侧翼板2与螺钉1相接触的内表面设有侧翼板螺纹,侧翼板螺纹与螺钉螺纹相匹配,使得侧翼板2与螺钉螺纹连接,侧翼板2的外表面为非光滑平面;螺钉端部凸出于侧翼板2,由于侧翼板2的外表面为非光滑平面,当侧翼板2与与肌腱移植物接触时增大了两者之间的摩擦力,使肌腱移植物固定更牢固,防止了界面钉的滑脱,使得界面钉更加稳定可靠。
作为一种组合界面钉的改进,在上述组合界面钉的技术方案中,螺钉端部为锥形,锥形沿着从螺钉尾部至螺钉端部的方向面积逐渐减小,通过将螺钉前端设为为锥形,本实施例中的组合界面钉进入骨隧道时阻力较小,方便组合界面钉进入骨隧道。
作为一种组合界面钉的改进,在上述组合界面钉的技术方案中,螺钉尾部设有开孔3;进一步的,开孔3为梅花孔,该梅花孔与配套改锥相配合。
作为一种组合界面钉的改进,在上述组合界面钉的技术方案中,侧翼板2的外表面设有若干个凸点4;进一步的,凸点4可以为圆形,凸点4可以沿侧翼板2的外表面横向和纵向设置,即凸点4在侧翼板2的外表面上呈矩阵排列,进一步的,凸点4沿侧翼板2的外表面横向等间隔设置,使得两两横向设置的凸点的间隔相等,凸点4沿侧翼板2的外表面纵向等间隔设置,使得两两纵向设置的凸点的间隔相等。
作为一种组合界面钉的改进,在上述组合界面钉的技术方案中,侧翼板2为月牙形,即侧翼板2的两侧向中间凸出。

1.一种组合界面钉,其特征在于,包括:螺钉和位于所述螺钉外部的侧翼板;
所述侧翼板与部分所述螺钉连接,所述侧翼板与所述螺钉相接触的内表面设有侧翼板螺纹,所述侧翼板螺纹与螺钉螺纹相匹配,所述侧翼板的外表面为非光滑平面;
螺钉端部凸出于所述侧翼板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合界面钉,其特征在于,所述螺钉端部为锥形,所述锥形沿着从螺钉尾部至所述螺钉端部的方向面积逐渐减小。
3.根据权利要求2所述的组合界面钉,其特征在于,所述螺钉尾部设有开孔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的组合界面钉,其特征在于,所述开孔为梅花孔。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的组合界面钉,其特征在于,所述侧翼板的外表面设有若干个凸点。
6.根据权利要求5所述的组合界面钉,其特征在于,所述凸点为圆形。
7.根据权利要求6所述的组合界面钉,其特征在于,所述凸点沿所述侧翼板的外表面横向和纵向设置。
8.根据权利要求7所述的组合界面钉,其特征在于,所述凸点沿所述侧翼板的外表面横向等间隔设置,使得两两横向设置的所述凸点的间隔相等。
9.根据权利要求8所述的组合界面钉,其特征在于,所述凸点沿所述侧翼板的外表面纵向等间隔设置,使得两两纵向设置的所述凸点的间隔相等。
10.根据权利要求1所述的组合界面钉,其特征在于,所述侧翼板为月牙形。
