Abstract

[0002]目前,由磁钢限温器进行控温的电饭锅由于结构简单,价格便宜而得到广泛应用,这种电饭锅主要由磁钢限温器、微动开关总成、保温板实现电饭锅限温、保温功能。但是,磁钢限温器有易碎、感温不灵敏、温度公差大、装配、调试复杂等缺陷;专利号201520387307.1“一种电饭锅控温总成及应用该控温总成的电饭锅”提出了可利用断电复位突跳式温控器及简单的结构实现电饭锅限温、保温和防干烧功能,但这种结构的电饭锅控温总成发热元件的安装位置不在导热盖内顶面,传热效率差,导热盖温度较低,不能提供足够的热能实现电饭锅的保温功能,在寒冷天气时也易自动复位。

如图1,本发明的新型电饭锅控温总成,包括突跳式温控器1、PTC发热器2、支架3和导热盖4,PTC发热器2的上散热面与导热盖4的内顶面紧密贴合,支架压紧固定突跳式温控器I和PTC发热器2于导热盖内。与现有技术相比,本发明的新型电饭锅控温总成,PTC发热器2的传热效率更高,更容易提供热能实现电饭锅的保温功能,并且即使在寒冷天气也不容易自动复位,性能稳定。本发明的PTC发热器2和突跳式温控器I的结构和原理均为现有成熟技术,此处不再赘述。作为优选的实施方式,PTC发热器2的下散热面与突跳式温控器I的铝盖表面紧密贴合。这样PTC发热器2的上散热面与导热盖4内顶面紧密贴合,向导热盖提供热量用于电饭锅保温,PTC发热器2的下散热面直接与突跳式温控器I的铝盖表面紧密贴合,向突跳式温控器I的铝盖提供热量,以保持突跳式温控器I的双金属片温度,使突跳式温控器I在没有断电的情况下触点保持断开,这样的结构,PTC发热器2的传热效率高,性能更稳定。支架3为环状支架,支架3的内圈套在突跳式温控器I的周壁并向上紧密压紧突跳式温控器I的铝盖,支架3的外周设有用于贴合导热盖4内周壁的折边31。这种结构的支架固定方式,安装简易而且牢固;并且支架3外周设置的与导热盖4内周壁密贴合的折边31,一方面方便支架3的安装和牢固定位,另一方面可加大支架3与导热盖4的传热面积,从而加强导热盖4与突跳式温控器I之间的传热性能,提高突跳式温控器I的可靠性。

如图2,与实施例1不同的是,突跳式温控器I的铝盖表面与导热盖4的内顶面紧密贴合,支架3通过支架3的上表面的弹片32和支架3上的通孔分别压紧固定PTC发热器2和突跳式温控器I。这种结构的控温总成,突跳式温控器I的双金属片保持温度的热量传递需要再通过导热盖4传递,相比实施例1的实施方式,需要更高的PTC发热功率,而且安装需要更精确定位,但是,这种结构下的突跳式温控器I的铝盖直接与导热盖4紧密贴合,突跳式温控器I可以更灵敏的通过导热盖4反映电饭锅内胆的温度。
[0019]如图1、3、4所示,本发明还提供应用上述新型电饭锅控温总成的电饭锅,其结构包括了上述新型电饭锅控温总成,还包括发热盘5和电饭锅内胆6,导热盖4的开口部向外延伸设有裙边41,导热盖4下部设有弹性部件7,发热盘5设有导热盖安装孔51,导热盖4向上穿过导热盖安装孔51,导热盖4的裙边41由弹性部件7顶靠以使导热盖的4的裙边41与发热盘5紧密接触,PTC发热器2与突跳式温控器I并联后再与发热盘5串联在电饭锅电源回路中。
[0020] 本发明的电饭锅,一方面,可以在突跳式温控器I的触点断开后,由PTC发热器2提供热量,热量经导热盖4传至电饭锅内胆6,实现保温功能,电饭锅的保温和煮饭状态如图4所示。这种结构传热效率高,保温效果好,与目前使用的保温板相比可以降低约一半的保温功耗;另一方面,导热盖4的裙边41可在弹性部件7和电饭锅内胆6的作用下与电饭锅发热盘5接触或分离,当电饭锅内胆6拿开时,导热盖4的裙边41与电饭锅发热盘5接触,热量通过导热盖裙边41传到PTC发热器2的铝型材,再由PTC发热器2的铝型材传至突跳式温控器I,当温度升至突跳式温控器I的触点断开温度时,触点断开,发热盘5此时由于串入PTC发热器2,电流只有约100毫安,此时发热盘5停止加热,从而起到防干烧作用,其防干烧状态如图3所示。
Claims (5)
1.一种新型电饭锅控温总成,包括突跳式温控器、PTC发热器、支架和导热盖,其特征在于所述PTC发热器的上散热面与所述导热盖的内顶面紧密贴合,所述支架压紧固定所述突跳式温控器和所述PTC发热器于所述导热盖内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型电饭锅控温总成,其特征在于所述PTC发热器的下散热面与所述突跳式温控器的铝盖表面紧密贴合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型电饭锅控温总成,其特征在于所述支架为环状支架,所述支架的内圈套在所述突跳式温控器的周壁并紧密压紧所述突跳式温控器的铝盖,所述支架的外周设有用于贴合所述导热盖内周壁的折边。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型电饭锅控温总成,其特征在于所述突跳式温控器的铝盖表面与所述导热盖的内顶面紧密贴合,所述支架通过支架的上表面的弹片和支架上的通孔分别压紧固定所述PTC发热器和突跳式温控器。
5.—种电饭锅,其特征在于包括权利要求1至4任一项所述的新型电饭锅控温总成,还包括发热盘和电饭锅内胆,所述导热盖的开口部向外延伸设有裙边,所述导热盖下部设有弹性部件,所述发热盘设有导热盖安装孔,所述导热盖向上穿过所述导热盖安装孔,所述导热盖的裙边由弹性部件顶靠以使导热盖的裙边与发热盘紧密接触,所述PTC发热器与所述突跳式温控器并联后再与所述发热盘串联在电饭锅电源回路中。
